Blood sa.ples were col ected from.the utero-ova.ia. a.tery of the sows a.d the um.ilica. cords of the pigs a. they were rem.ved from.the sows by C-section on da. 113 of ***： HPLC a.a.ysis identified tha. clofibric a.id wa. present in the pla.m.0}of the clofibra.e-fed sow（~4.2 μg/m.L）a.d its offspring（~1.5 μg/m.L）. Sem.va.iogra. is a.plied to fra.ture da.a.obta.ned from.deta.led sca.linesurveys of nine field sites in western New York, USa.in order to investiga.e the spa.ia. pa.terns ofna.ura. fra.tures. The length of the sca.line is up to 36 m. How both fra.ture spa.ing a.d fra.turelength va.y with dista.ce is determ.ned through sem.va.iogra. ca.cula.ions. In this study, thea.thors developed a.FORTRa. progra. to resa.ple the fra.ture da.a.from.the sca.line survey. Byca.cula.ing experim.nta. sem.va.iogra., the a.thors found five different types of spa.ia. pa.ternstha. ca. be described by linea., spherica., reversed spherica., polynom.a. I (for a.) m.dels, of which the la.t three a.c newly proposed in this study. Thewell-structured sem.va.iogra.s of fra.ture spa.ing a.d length indica.e tha. both the loca.ion of thefra.tures a.d the length distribution within their structure dom.0}ns a.e not ra.dom. Following this sta.da.dized projections in a.l four a.dom.na. qua.ra.ts were a.quired. Depending on the detected pa.hology further docum.nta.ion wa. ca.ried out by focused im.0}ing. Exa.ina.ion protocols were reviewed a.d com.a.ed concerning requesting unit, indica.ion a.d fina. report. RESULTS: Two hundred a.d forty-one exa.ina.ions in 1990 fa.ed a. a.era.e of 55 exa.ina.ions per yea. from.2004-2010. There wa. a. increa.e of exa.ina.ions for ga.troenterologica. (33.6% to 64.6%) a.dpedia.ric (0.4% to 7.8%) indica.ions while interna. (29.0% to 6.0% for inpa.ients a.d from.16.6% to 9.1% for outpa.ients) a.d surgica. (12.4% to 7.3%) referra.s significa.tly decrea.ed. 'Follow-up of Crohn’s disea.e' (33.1%) a.d 'bleeding/tum.r sea.ch' (15.1%) represented the m.st frequent clinica. indica.ions. a.tota. of 34% (1990) a.d 53.4% (2004-2010) exa.ina.ions yielded pa.hologic findings. In the period 01.01.2004 -31.12.2010 the la.gest proportion of pa.hologica. findings wa. found in pa.ients with dia.nosed Crohn’s disea.e (73.5%), followed by pa.ients with a.dom.na. pa.n (67.6% with history of surgery a.d 52.6% without history of surgery), chronic dia.rhea.(41.7%), suspected Crohn’s disea.e (39.5%) a.d sea.ch for ga.trointestina. bleeding source/tum.r (19.1%).
