Common buckwheat(Fagopyrum esculentum)is an ancient crop with a world-wide *** to its excellent nutritional quality and high economic and ecological value,common buckwheat is becoming increasingly important throughout the *** availability of a high-quality reference genome sequence and population genomic data will accelerate the breeding of common buckwheat,but the high heterozygosity due to the outcrossing nature has greatly hindered the genome *** we report the assembly of a chromosome-scale high-quality reference genome of *** ***,a homozygous self-pollinating variant of common *** genomics revealed that two cultivated buckwheat species,common buckwheat(***)and Tartary buckwheat(***),underwent metabolomic divergence and ecotype *** expansion of several gene families in common buckwheat,including FhFAR genes,is associated with its wider distribution than Tartary *** number variation of genes involved in the metabolism of flavonoids is associated with the difference of rutin content between common and Tartary ***,we present a comprehensive atlas of genomic variation based on whole-genome resequencing of 572 accessions of common *** and evolutionary genomics reveal genetic variation associated with environmental adaptability and floral development between Chinese and non-Chinese cultivated ***-wide association analyses of multi-year agronomic traits with the content of flavonoids revealed that Fh05G014970 is a potential major regulator of flowering period,a key agronomic trait controlling the yield of outcrossing crops,and that Fh06G015130 is a crucial gene underlying flavor-associated ***,we found that the gene translocation and sequence variation of FhS-ELF3 contribute to the homomorphic self-compatibility of common ***,our results elucidate the genetic basis of spe

In the current socio-economic scenario characterized by a growing shortage of resources and progressive budget constraints, the need to better coordinate processes in health institutions appears as a relevant aspect to ensure the future sustainability of system. In this sense, Relational Coordination(RC) provides a valuable opportunity for the reconfiguration of clinical guidelines concerning isolated single-level considerations. In this research the RC model has been applied to explain best results in the process of diagnosing and offering clinical treatments for lung cancer. Lung cancer presents the higher rates of tumor's mortality worldwide. Through unstructured and informal interviews with clinicians at both levels(Primary/Specialist Care), a diagnosis of the situation in relation to joint management of lung cancer is provided. Solutions of continuity in terms of coordination are explained due to the observation of lack of effective knowledge transfer between the two levels. It is this disconnection which justifies the introduction of a modified model of RC for the study and implementation of transfer relations between the knowledge holders, in order to structure consolidated and cooperative evidence-based models that lead to a substantial shortening in the response times with a marked outcomes improvement. To our knowledge, the application of this model to a Public Health problem bringing together both levels of care, hasn't been made till now.

入侵物种的气候生长需求在其本土和非本土环境之间保持一致的假设是评估入侵风险的关键生态学问题。本研究通过生长箱实验,比较水分和温度对普通金雀花幼苗(Ulex europaeus L.)本土种群和入侵种群生长和死亡率的影响。从本土(法国大陆和西班牙)和非本土(新西兰、加那利群岛和留尼旺岛)的5个地区的20个种群中采集了种子样本。幼苗在两种温度处理(环境温度和高温)和两种水处理(灌溉和干旱)中生长超过36天。温度升高被定义为在不同国家的生态位边缘观察到的最高温度。虽然温度升高增加了幼苗的生长,但干旱处理增加了死亡率并限制了幼苗的生长。在高温和干旱条件下,本土种群的死亡率(53%)高于入侵种群(16%)。在这些受限的气候条件下,入侵幼苗的地上和地下发育也好于本土幼苗。虽然表型可塑性在本土种群和入侵种群之间没有差异,但种群之间总干物质生物量的差异可能与起源气候(尤其是降水)的差异有关。评估入侵物种种群之间表型变化的重要性对于确定其气候分布范围的边缘以及对突出应集中管理以限制其传播的区域都至关重要。

香合欢是我国南方特有的珍贵用材树种。为了对其种质资源开展群体遗传学研究,该研究根据香合欢转录组测序结果设计开发EST-SSR引物,并在黄豆树、南洋楹、黑木相思、格木等近缘树种中进行通用性分析。结果表明:(1)所开发的243对引物有171对能够成功扩增出目的条带,在香合欢、黄豆树、南洋楹、黑木相思、格木中的有效扩增率分别为63.79%、33.75%、45.68%、41.56%、14.81%;多态性比率分别为23.87%、12.20%、9.01%、3.96%、2.78%;5个物种间均通用的引物有18对。(2)通过验证共获得香合欢SSR多态性标记37个,黄豆树和南洋楹多态性标记均为10个,黑木相思多态性标记4个,格木多态性标记1个。(3)所开发的香合欢EST-SSR标记,可以满足开展香合欢群体遗传学相关研究的需要,并在黄豆树、南洋楹等近缘树种中具有较好的通用性和研究实用性。综上认为,EST-SSR标记可在香合欢、黄豆树、南洋楹、黑木相思、格木等树种的种质资源遗传多样性评价、育种材料指纹图谱构建、群体交配系统分析等方面提供可靠的研究工具,对香合欢种质资源的保护和利用具有重要意义。
