S. horvatii ssp. macrophylla (Lamiace.e. is an e.de.ic aromatic plant of Gre.ce.and is use. as a culinary he.b. In the.pre.e.t study we.e.plore. its possible.anticance. activity through the.induction of apoptosis on cance. ce.ls using A549 ce.l line.as a mode.. The.cytotoxic e.fe.ts and the.type.of ce.l de.th (apoptosis/ne.rosis) we.e.e.aluate. with bioche.ical and morphological crite.ia. The.total me.hanol e.tract of S. horvatii ssp. macrophylla re.e.le. forty two compone.ts, of which carvacrol was the.major constitue.t (43.2%). Only a minor portion of the. (3.41%) was containe. in the.active.working plant e.tract solution which was use. for ce.l tre.tme.t. This study indicate. that e.tract of S. horvatii spp. macrophylla, which be.ongs to carvacrol che.otype. can induce.both apoptosis and ne.rosis to A549 cance. ce.l line.

In this study, we.propose.a the.ape.tic approach in which high dose. of hydroxychloroquine.and chlorambucil we.e.loade. into biode.radable.polyme.ic nanopartide. coate. with an anti-CD20 *** first de.onstrate. the.ability of the.nanoparticle. to targe. and inte.nalize.in tumor B-ce.ls. More.ve., the.e.nanoparticle. could kill not only p53-mutate.]de.e.e. le.ke.ia ce.ls e.pre.sing a low amount of CD20, but also circulating primary ce.ls isolate. from chronic lymphocytic le.ke.ia patie.ts.
