宫颈癌是妇科常见的恶性肿瘤,世界上每年约500000女性发病,而75%-80%在发展中国家,居世界第一位,目前其死亡率仍居世界首位,每年约300000妇女死于此病,严重危害着女性的生命与健康,其发生、发展及预后受到诸多因素的影响。人乳头状瘤病毒感染是宫颈癌发生的主要致病原因,其中以高危型HPV16及18型最常见。p53基因是一种抑癌基因,在许多恶性肿瘤中异常表达,但研究发现宫颈癌中p53功能的缺失却少见。该文将综述人乳头状瘤病毒、p53和宫颈癌预后的相关研究。

In this study, titania nanotubes （TNTs） were prepared by hydrothermal method with the aim to compare the properties of these one-dimensional tubular nanostructures＇ reinforced nanocomposites with the carbon and halloysite nanotubes＇（CNTs and HNTs, respectively） reinforced nanocomposites. Low density polyethylene （LDPE） was used as the matrix material. The prepared nanocomposites were characterized and compared by means of their morphological, mechanical and thermal properties. SEm results showed enhanced interracial interaction and better dispersion of TNTs and HNTs into LDPE with the incorporation of a mAPE compatibilizer, however, these interactions seem to be absent between CNTs and LDPE, and the CNTs remained agglomerated. Contact angle measurements revealed that CNT filled nanocomposites are more hydrophilic than HNT composites, and less than TNT composites. CNTs provided better tensile strength and Young＇s modulus than HNT and TNT nanocomposites, a 42% increase in tensile strength and Young＇s modulus is achieved compared to LDPE. Tear strength improvement was noticed in the TNT composites with a value of 35.4 N. mm -1, compared to CNT composites with a value of 25.5 *** 1 -s- 1. all the prepared nanocomposites are more thermally stable than neat LDPE and the best improvement in thermal stability was observed for CNT reinforced nanocomposites. CNTs depicted the best improvement in tensile and thermal properties and the mAPE compatibilizer effective- ness regarding morphological, mechanical and thermal properties was only observed for TNT and HNT systems.

目的探讨宫颈癌中同源结构域相互作用蛋白激酶2（HIPK2）的表达及其与人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）感染和细胞凋亡的关系。方法取50例宫颈癌组织和15例正常宫颈组织，采用免疫组化法测定HIPK2和HPV的表达，采用DNA原位末端标记（TUNEL）技术检测了细胞凋亡情况。结果15例正常宫颈组织中，HIPK2、HPV和PCNA阳性表达者分别有1、3和4例，而50例宫颈癌组织中分别有44、39和45例，宫颈癌组织HIPK2、HPV和PCNA的表达明显高于正常宫颈组织（均P〈0．05）。宫颈癌组凋亡指数（AI）为（1．6±0．7）％，正常宫颈组AI为（5．7±0．2）％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。在宫颈癌组织中，HIPK2表达与HPV表达呈正相关（r=0．467，P=0．0006），与AI呈负相关（r=-0．370，P=0．0083）。结论在宫颈癌中，HIPK2的表达与HPV感染和细胞凋亡密切相关，可能在宫颈癌发生、发展中起重要作用。

Controlling feedback control systems in continuous action spaces has always been a challenging ***,reinforcement learning is mainly an area of artificial intelligence(AI)because it has been used in process control for more than a ***,the existing algorithms are unable to provide satisfactory ***,this research uses a reinforcement learning(RL)algorithm to manage the control *** propose an adaptive speed control of the motor system based on depth deterministic strategy gradient(DDPG).The actor-critic scenario using DDPG is implemented to build the RL *** addition,a framework has been created for traditional feedback control systems to make RL implementation easier for control *** RL algorithms are robust and proficient in using trial and error to search for the best *** proposed algorithm is a deep deterministic policy gradient,in which a large amount of training data trains the *** the system is trained,the agent can automatically adjust the control *** algorithm has been developed using Python 3.6 and the simulation results are evaluated in the mATLAB/Simulink *** performance of the proposed RL algorithm is compared with a proportional integral derivative(PID)controller and a linear quadratic regulator(LQR)*** simulation results of the proposed scheme are promising for the feedback control problems.

Objective:To analyze scrum leptin levels in patients with malaria falciparum and compare them with healthy controls and correlate with development and outcome of malaria ***:Sixty cases of malaria falciparum were included in this study as *** healthy individuals of comparable age,racial and body mass index were taken as *** patients were diagnosed by clinical picture and the presence of malaria parasites in blood *** of liver function test,kidney function test,complete blood count,fasting blood sugar,fasting serum insulin,pro-inflammatory cytokine tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNFα)and interleukin 1(IL1),estimation of morning serum leptin and calculation of body mass index(kg/m^2)were done in both groups on the day of admission,on discharge and 7 d after ***:At admission,leptin levels were significantly higher in patients group than in control while lasting serum insulin levels were not significantly different between the two *** were significant increases as regard to TNFαand IL1 in malaria *** differences were observed between the control and the patient group for leptin,TNFαand IL1 at the time of admission and *** discharge for 7 d.a significant decline in scrum leptin levels,TNFαand IL1 in the patients group was observed as compared with time of admission and time of discharge,a positive correlation between serum leptin levels and TNFαand ***:Leptin hormone level might play an important role in development and outcome of malaria infection.

Post-operative pancreatic fistula(POPF)is a common and dangerous complication of pancreatic resection,occurring in 5-30%of *** is a significant source of morbidity and mortality,leading to prolonged hospital stays and increased healthcare costs(1).The most widely accepted definition of POPF comes from the International Study Group on Pancreatic Fistula(ISGPF).Initially created in 2005,this classification system for POPF was revised in 2016 such that POPF should be associated with a clinically relevant change in status,deeming what was originally defined as a Grade A fistula as a biochemical leak and grade B and C fistulas as clinically relevant(CR)fistulae(Table 1)(2).
