The growing interest of consumers in using foods that improve health has motivated researchers and the food industry to develop new functional products such as foods with probiotics. Probiotic cultures, for example, from lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria have been highlighted for their ability to promote balance in the intestinal microbiota as well as other benefits such as anticarcinogenic and antimutagenic effects, reduced plasma cholesterol levels, decreased symptoms of lactose intolerance, and stimulation of the immune response. Traditionally, probiotics are incorporated into dairy products. However, because of the growing number of individuals affected by lactose intolerance and/or vegans, other food matrices have been studied as potential carriers for these microorganisms. Considering all the facts mentioned above, cereals, legumes, fruits, and vegetables could be potential substrates, where probiotic bacteria can be used for the development of non-dairy beverages. This review aimed to highlight the research carried out on 1) probiotic micro-organisms, including the more recent reclassification according to their phylogenetic position, 2) probiotic beverages from non-dairy sources which emerged as an alternative for lactose-intolerant consumers and, 3) the aspects of improving the gut microbiota.

目的观察舌三针联合补阳还五汤合地黄饮子治疗桥脑梗死患者吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法将80例桥脑梗死合并吞咽障碍患者按随机数字表法分为两组(观察组和对照组),每组40例。对照组予口服补阳还五汤合地黄饮子治疗,观察组在对照组口服中药治疗基础上联合舌三针针刺治疗。比较两组临床疗效,观察两组治疗前后洼田饮水试验、功能性经口摄食量表(functional oral intake scale,fOIS)和吞咽生活质量量表(swallowing-quality of life,SWAl-QOl)评分的变化,观察两组治疗前后吞咽造影检查指标的变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(PfOIS和SWAl-QOl评分均优于同组治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后上述评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后吞咽造影检查误吸和吞咽困难程度评分以及上食道括约肌开放时间、开放程度和咽收缩持续时间均优于同组治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后上述吞咽造影检查指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舌三针联合补阳还五汤合地黄饮子可明显改善桥脑梗死合并吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能,提高患者生活质量,疗效优于单纯口服中药治疗。

Spodoptera frugiperda(lepidoptera:Noctuidae)is an important migratory agricultural pest worldwide,which has invaded many countries in the Old World since 2016 and now poses a serious threat to world food *** present monitoring and early warning strategies for the fall army worm(fAW)mainly focus on adult population density,but lack an information technology platform for precisely forecasting the reproductive dynamics of the *** this study,to identify the developmental status of the adults,we first utilized female ovarian images to extract and screen five features combined with the support vector machine(SVM)classifier and employed male testes images to obtain the testis circular ***,we established models for the relationship between oviposition dynamics and the developmental time of adult reproductive organs using laboratory *** results show that the accuracy of female ovary development stage determination reached 91%.The mean standard error(MSE)between the actual and predicted values of the ovarian developmental time was 0.2431,and the mean error rate between the actual and predicted values of the daily oviposition quantity was 12.38%.The error rate for the recognition of testis diameter was 3.25%,and the predicted and actual values of the testis developmental time in males had an MSE of 0.7734.A WeChat applet for identifying the reproductive developmental state and predicting reproduction of *** was developed by integrating the above research results,and it is now available for use by anyone involved in plant *** study developed an automated method for accurately forecasting the reproductive dynamics of *** populations,which can be helpful for the construction of a population monitoring and early warning system for use by both professional experts and local people at the county level.
