We a.m to eva.ua.e the incidence of incontinence following la.er endoscopic enuclea.ion of the prosta.e(EEP)compa.ing en-bloc(Group 1)versus 2-lobe/3-lobe techniques(Group 2).We performed a.retrospective review of pa.ients undergoing EEP for benign prosta.icenla.gement in 12 centers between Ja.ua.y 2020 a.d Ja.ua.y *** were presented a. media. a.d interqua.tile ra.ge(IQR).Univa.ia.le a.d multiva.ia.le logistic regression a.a.ysis wa. performed to eva.ua.e fa.tors a.socia.ed with stress urina.y incontinence(SUI)a.d mixed urina.y incontinence(MUI).There were 1711 pa.ients in Group 1 a.d 3357 pa.ients in Group *** in Group 2were significa.tly younger(68[62–73]yea.s vs 69[63–74]yea.s,P=0.002).Media.(interqua.tile ra.ge)prosta.e volume(PV)wa.simila. between the groups(70[52–92]ml in Group 1 vs 70[54–90]ml in Group 2,P=0.774).There wa. no difference in preopera.iveInterna.iona. Prosta.e Symptom Score,qua.ity of life,or ma.imum flow ***,morcella.ion,a.d tota. surgica. time weresignifica.tly shorter in Group *** 1 month,overa.l incontinence ra.e wa. 6.3%in Group 1 versus 5.3%in Group 2(P=0.12),a.d urge incontinence wa. significa.tly higher in Group 1(55.1%vs 37.3%in Group 2,Pa.ter 3 months,the overa.l ra.e ofincontinence wa. 1.7%in Group 1 versus 2.3%in Group 2(P=0.06),a.d SUI wa. significa.tly higher in Group 2(55.6%vs 24.1%in Group 1,P=0.002).a. multiva.ia.le a.a.ysis,PV a.d IPSS were fa.tors significa.tly a.socia.ed with higher odds of tra.sient SUI/***,surgica. time,a.d no ea.ly a.ica. relea.e technique were fa.tors a.socia.ed with higher odds of persistent SUI/MUI.

The a.pheta.ine deriva.ive 3,4-methylenedioxymetha.pheta.ine (MDMa., a.so ca.led ecsta.y, is a.neurotoxin widely consumed a.ong young people tha. ha. increa.ed in recent yea.s beca.se it is a.recrea.iona. drug, of which immedia.e effects a.e known such a. a.grea.er sensa.ion of well-being, extroversion, increa.ed sensory perception. However, its long-term effects ha.e been described very little in the medica. litera.ure, including da.a.e to the hea.t, centra. nervous system, kidney, etc. One of its little-known effects is hepa.otoxicity, of which few ca.es a.e known a.socia.ed with fulmina.t hepa.itis, which is a.ra.idly deteriora.ing condition tha. is genera.ly a.socia.ed with a.syndrome of multiple orga. dysfunction a.d dea.h. Therefore, it is very importa.t to know this type of da.a.e in the short a.d long term. The following ca.e is of a.39-yea.-old ma. who ca.e to our service due to ja.ndice syndrome a.d the only history of MDMa.consumption, who a. the da.s went by met the criteria.for fulmina.t liver fa.lure, with da.a.e to multiple orga.s (orga. dysfunction syndrome).

中国传统的伦理体系与新中国成立所带来的新思想之间的调和形成了一种广受欢迎的电影形式,这在西方被称为“情节剧”。然而,这个类别从未成为中国电影类型系统的一部分。谢晋是中国最能代表完整和复杂情感共鸣的全面电影人,在他独特的电影风格中,情节剧始终服务于纯粹的场面调度,同时他的“政治情节剧”和“家庭情节剧”构成了私人与公共之间的冲突、社会中(可以解决的)矛盾的戏剧化呈现。正是由于像谢晋这样的电影巨匠的存在,情节剧的想象力一直贯穿着整个中国近代电影史,今天他的电影仍然在向中国资深和年轻导演传授如何不惧怕电影中的情感表达。
