Endophytic Occupation in Nodules of Rhynchosia Plants from Semiarid Regions of Argentina

Beneﬁcial microbes can improve soil health by promoting soil structure,nutrient cycling,and disease *** addition,a wide array of rhizospheric microbes are responsible for producing metabolically active compounds including various types of plant growth ***,microbial biodiversity studies could contribute to the improvement of agricultural practices in deprived areas,such as the Pampean semiarid *** vast majority of studies conducted on endophytic microorganisms have focused on intensive crop legume *** contrast,little attention has been paid to microorganisms of native legumes,whose ecology is not directly affected by human *** this study,endophytic microorganisms isolated from root nodules of a selected native legume of the genus Rhynchosia were *** isolates were studied with a focus on their plant growth-pro-moting rhizobacteria(PGPR)*** the edaphic characteristics of the Pampean semiarid region,the isolates obtained were evaluated for their ability to grow under three salt stress conditions(50,100,and 200 mM NaCl)and four different pH values(6,7,8,and 9).Based on their PGPR activities,the selected strains were phylogenetically grouped using *** results showed great variability among the isolates in terms of the characteristics *** legumes manifested a wide endophytic variability and remarkable perfor-mance in PGPR *** conclude that they could be used as potential bioinoculants for legume cultivation,an excellent alternative to the use of chemical fertilizers that currently pollute the environment.

Branching Ratios from H→γγ and H→zγ with a 125 GeV Higgs Boson

Motivated by the recent result reported from LHC on the di-photon search from the Standard Model (SM) Higgs boson, we obtain limits on the anomalous couplings Hγγ and Hzγ. We also perform a calculation at tree level of the decay widths as well as of the branching ratios for the reactions H → γγ and H → zγ in the context of effective lagrangian for Higgs boson masses 115 ≤MH ≤ 130 GeV. We find that the decay widths and branching ratios from these reactions enhanced significantly due to the anomalous Hγγ and Hzγ vertex, which would lead to measurable effects in Higgs signals at the LHC. Moreover, our results complement other studies on the channels H → γγ and H → zγ.

Stem Population and Tissue Replacement of <i>Urochloa</i>in Different Phenological Stages

The objective of the present investigation was to evaluate the Urochloa Insurgent, Piata and Signal grasses by varying the phenology in the attributes: stem population dynamics, tissue replacement, leaf:stem relation and weight per stem. The data were analyzed using a completely randomized block design with arrangement in divided plots and four replications, the procedure used was PROC GLM from SAS. The Signal grass presented higher stem density with an average of 450 m?2 stems, while the meadow with Insurgent grass registered the lowest stem density throughout the investigation, with an average of 320 m-2 stems;furthermore, in this treatment, the stem density tended to increase slowly over time (P = 0.05). The Insurgente and signal grasses showed rapid leaf elongation from day 21 of regrowth with 123 and 104 cm stem?1, while in Piata the accelerated leaf elongation was on day 14 with 113 cm stem?1 where it remained active its growth until day 56 (P > 0.05). As the regrowth age was increasing, the population dynamics of stems and weight per stem were increasing;in Insurgent and signal the leaf elongation and net growth increased to a maximum point to start declining;however, in Piata grass was increasing without decreasing. The trend of the leaf:stem relation was decreasing as the test progressed and senescence increased from day 21 of regrowth.

This study compares the results from the thermodynamic analysis at an Organic Rankine Cycle power plant,for first and second law efficiency,operating with 14 different working *** plant—located in the town of los Negritos,in the municipality of Villamar,in the State of Michoacán,Mexico—uses heat from a low-temperature geothermal source with the purpose of identifying the working fluids that are best suited for the operating conditions at *** v.8.0 software was used to collect the thermodynamic *** all the thermodynamic parameters that were analyzed,the fluid that performed the best had an overall energy efficiency of 5.87%,an overall exergy efficiency of 43.07%,and a net output power of 13.04 kWe.

BACKGROUND Enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)was introduced in China in *** time,the scope of ERAS has expanded from abdominal surgery to orthopedics,urology and other *** development and research has contributed to progress of ERAS in *** 2019,to promote the application of ERAS in bone tumor surgery,we formed the“Consensus of Experts on Perioperative Management of Accelerated Rehabilitation in Major Surgery of Bone Tumors in China”.AIM To evaluate the effect of enhanced recovery after bone tumor surgery in perioperative management in *** One hundred and seven patients who underwent bone tumor surgery at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University between May 2019 and April 2021 were randomized into a study group(53 cases)and a control group(54 cases).The study group adopted the ERAS protocol and the control group adopted conventional *** outcome measures included postoperative length of stay(los),postoperative complications,mortality,and 30-d readmission *** outcomes included postoperative visual analog scale(VAS)score of pain,number of blood transfusions,drainage volume in 24 h after operation,patient satisfaction 30 d after discharge,VAS score at 30 d after discharge,and daily standing walking *** There were no significant differences in the baseline data,clinical features and surgical site between the two *** los in the study group with the ERAS protocol was 7.72±3.34 d compared with 10.28±4.27 d in the control group who followed conventional *** incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting(PONV)in the study group was 19%and 37%in the control *** VAS scores of pain on postoperative day 1(POD1)and POD3 in the study group were 4.79±2.34 and 2.79±1.53 compared with 5.28±3.27 and 3.98±2.27 in the control *** drainage volume in 24 h after the operation was 124.36±23.43 mL in the study group and 167.43±30.87 mL in the control *** number of blood transfusion

经胼胝体入路切除第三脑室肿瘤

目的探讨31例第三脑室内肿瘤经胼胝体入路手术治疗的临床与神经心理结果。方法31例第三脑室前部肿瘤采用经胼胝体-穹隆间、胼胝体-室间孔、胼胝体-脉络膜裂结合室间孔入路手术治疗，患者在术前和术后用RancholosAmigos认识功能评定量表进行神经心理测试，术后行影像学复查和GOS评估。结果采用纵裂胼胝体-室间孔入路14例，纵裂胼胝体-穹隆间入路12例，纵裂胼胝体-脉络膜裂（脉络膜上、下）结合室间孔入路5例；全切26例，次全切除5例。手术死亡1例。8例垂体柄因肿瘤侵犯被切除后尿崩7例，5例完全恢复，2例持续尿崩。Rancho losAmigos认识功能评定术后有明显改善。84％（26／31）术后GOS评估优秀（V级）。术后2例出现意识障碍超过24h，约72h恢复。术后2例出现失联系综合征，1例有明显记忆障碍，经康复治疗有好转。结论主体位于第三脑室内、后界未达到松果体的肿瘤都可以经上述胼胝体入路进行手术切除。选择经室间孔、经穹隆间、经脉络膜上下进入第三脑室可因病变的具体方位和周围血管布局而定。但是胼胝体、穹隆问、脉络膜上下可以切开的范围有限且值得进一步探讨，严格切开范围和控制牵拉幅度可以最大限度减少脑功能损害。
