Sixth-generation(6G) networks are anticipated to achieve transformative advancements, characterized by extreme connectivity, deep integration with artificial intelligence(AI) and sensing, and airground integration. The evolution of 6G exhibits two major trends: ubiquitous intelligence and sustainability. The former aims to embed state-of-the-art AI technology into the 6G network, from the physical layers to applications, while the latter emphasizes reducing energy consumption while enhancing network performance to address environmental concerns. Despite the amazing progress in recent years, AI advancements come with substantial increases in data and computational overhead, posing critical challenges for integrating AI into sustainable 6G networks. First, high energy consumption from large datasets and heavyweight AI models contradicts6G's green goals. Second, the precise collection of large datasets, message delivery latency, and inference delays in AI models pose challenges for real-time tasks in 6G. Third, the uninterpretability and unpredictability of AI models complicate meeting the stringent requirements for controllable transmission in dynamic wireless environments. Addressing these challenges and achieving sustainable 6G with ubiquitous intelligence calls for a revolutionary design of 6G architecture and AI frameworks. To this end, this paper introduces a novel and practical methodology for green, real-time, and controllable 6G native intelligence,starting with knowledge graph(KG) analysis to extract small but critical datasets, followed by the development of distributed lightweight AI models, and the use of digital twins(DTs) to create precise replicas of physical 6G networks. This leads to a pervasive multi-level(PML)-AI framework supported by a task-centric, three-layer 6G architecture. Meteorological effects on sources and future projection of nitrogen deposition to lakes in China

Lake ecosystems are extremely sensitive to nitrogen growth,which leads to water quality degradation and ecosystem health *** depositions,as one of the main sources of nitrogen in water,are expected to change under future climate change ***,it remains not clear how nitrogen deposition to lakes respond to future meteorological *** this study,a source-oriented version of Community Multiscale Air Quality(CMAQ)Model was used to estimate nitrogen deposition to 263 lakes in 2013 and under three RCP scenarios(4.5,6.0 and 8.5)in *** total deposition of 58.2 Gg nitrogen was predicted for all lakes,with 23.3 Gg N by wet deposition and 34.9 Gg N by dry *** and ammonium in aerosol phase are the major forms of wet deposition,while NH3 and HNO_(3)in gas phase are the major forms of dry *** emissions contribute to 57%of wet deposition and 44%of dry *** future meteorological conditions,wet deposition is predicted to increase by 5.5%to 16.4%,while dry deposition would decrease by 0.3%to 13.0%.Changes in wind speed,temperature,relative humidity(RH),and precipitation rates are correlated with dry and wet deposition *** predicted changes in deposition to lakes driven by meteorological changes can lead to significant changes in aquatic chemistry and ecosystem *** from future emission scenarios,different climate scenarios should be considered in future ecosystem health evaluation in response to nitrogen deposition.

Study on the off situ reconstruction of the core neutron field based on dual-task hybrid network architecture

The off situ accurate reconstruction of the core neutron field is an important step in realizing real-time reactor *** existing off situ reconstruction method of the neutron field is only applicable to cases wherein a single region changes at a specified location of the ***,when the neutron field changes are complex,the accurate identification of the individual changed regions becomes challenging,which seriously affects the accuracy and stability of the neutron field ***,this study proposed a dual-task hybrid network architecture(DTHNet)for off situ reconstruction of the core neutron field,which trained the outermost assembly reconstruction task and the core reconstruction task jointly such that the former could assist the latter in the reconstruction of the core neutron field under core complex ***,to exploit the characteristics of the ex-core detection signals,this study designed a global-local feature upsampling module that efficiently distributed the ex-core detection signals to each reconstruction unit to improve the accuracy and stability of *** experiments were performed on the simulation datasets of the CLEAR-I reactor to verify the accuracy and stability of the proposed *** results showed that when the location uncertainty of a single region did not exceed nine and the number of multiple changed regions did not exceed ***,the reconstructed ARD was within 2%,RD_(max)was maintained within 17.5%,and the number of RD≥10%was maintained within ***,when the noise interference of the ex-core detection signals was within±2%,although the average number of RD≥10%increased to 16,the average ARD was still within in 2%,and the average RD_(max)was within 22%.Collectively,these results show that,theoretically,the DTHNet can accurately and stably reconstruct most of the neutron field under certain complex core changes.

PrDA1-1 and its interacting proteins PrTCP1/PrTCP9 in flare tree peony affect yield by regulating seed weight and number

Tree peony is an emerging woody oilseed crop that has the potential to help meet the growing demand for edible oil and biofuel, and breeding high-yield varieties is the key to increasing production. The DA1 gene regulates seed weight and number and effectively improves crop yield, although its function in tree peonies has not yet been reported. In this study, three PrDA1 genes were first identified in the whole genome of ‘Jing Hong' flare tree peony(Paeonia rockii). PrDA1-1 is homologous to AtDA1 and contains three types of conserved structural domains: UIM(ubiquitin-interacting motif), LIM(Lin11, Isl-1, and Mec-3), and DA-like. PrDA1-1 was strongly expressed during both the early and late stages of seed development, and its constitutive expression in Arabidopsis reduced seed number but increased seed weight, which ultimately led to a reduction in yield. PrDA1-1 was found to interact with PrTCP1/PrTCP9 in yeast and plants, and the constitutive expression of PrTCP1/PrTCP9 in Arabidopsis increased seed weight and number, which resulted in higher yield. Since this study showed that PrDA1-1 and PrTCP1/PrTCP9 regulate seed weight and number to affect yield, these new genetic resources will help to improve the seed yield of tree peonies.

Moment Redistribution Effect of the Continuous Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer-Concrete Composite Slabs Based on Static Loading Experiment

This study aimed to investigate the moment redistribution in continuous glass fiber reinforced polymer(GFRP)-concrete composite slabs caused by concrete cracking and steel bar yielding in the negative bending moment *** experimental bending moment redistribution test was conducted on continuous GFRP-concrete composite slabs,and a calculation method based on the conjugate beam method was *** composite slabs were formed by combining GFRP profiles with a concrete layer and supported on steel beams to create two-span continuous composite slab *** methods,epoxy resin bonding,and stud connection,were used to connect the composite slabs with the steel *** experimental findings showed that the specimen connected with epoxy resin exhibited two moments redistribution phenomena during the loading process:concrete cracking and steel bar yielding at the internal *** contrast,the composite slab connected with steel beams by studs exhibited only one-moment redistribution phenomenon throughout the loading *** the concrete at the internal support cracked,the bending moment decreased in the internal support section and increased in the midspan *** the steel bars yielded,the bending moment further decreased in the internal support section and increased in the mid-span *** GFRP profiles do not experience cracking,there was no significant decrease in the bending moment of the mid-span *** test specimens experienced compressive failure of concrete at the mid-span *** results showed good agreement between the calculated and experimental values of bending moments in the mid-span section and internal support *** proposed model can effectively predict the moment redistribution behavior of continuous GFRP-concrete composite slabs.

A photocatalytic process was developed for intermolecular reductive coupling of aliphatic ketones with alkynes/alkenes to furnish tertiary *** studies support that boron carbonitrides(BCN)promote the single electron reduction of unactivated aliphatic ketones to generate ketyl radicals with visible light irradiation,which then react with alkynes and alkenes to afford the allylic and aliphatic alcohols,*** heterogeneous photocatalytic system is compatible with diverse substrates including pharmaceutical-related molecules(43 examples)with reusability and scale-up experiments,verifying the complementary synthetic utility of this method to the homogeneous catalysts.

Identification of transcription factors contributing to vitamin C synthesis during Rosa roxburghii fruit development by integrating transcriptomics and metabolomics

Ascorbic acid, also referred to as vitamin C(Vc), is an important nutrient found in fruits and vegetables that promotes produce quality and human health. Rosa roxburghii is an underutilized natural fruit that contains very high levels of Vc. However, the Vc content of R. roxburghii varies considerably during plant development and ripening. To better understand the molecular mechanisms that underlie fluctuations in Vc content of R. roxburghii fruit at different developmental stages, we performed transcriptomic and metabolomic analyses and identified two significant gene networks/modules and 168 transcription factors directly involved in Vc synthesis. Promoter analysis of two core genes involved in Vc synthesis, RrGGP and RrGalUR, revealed the presence of a retroviral long terminal repeat(LTR) insert in the RrGalUR promoter. Using yeast one-hybrid and dual-luciferase assays, we demonstrated that the transcription factors RrHY5H and RrZIP9 bind to the promoter of RrGGP to promote its expression. RrZIP6 and RrWRKY4 bind to the LTR in the RrGalUR promoter to promote its expression. Our results reveal a molecular mechanism that controls Vc synthesis and accumulation in R. roxburghii fruit.
