Recently,developments of Internet and cloud technologies have resulted in a considerable rise in utilization of online media for day to day *** results in illegal access to users’private data and compromises *** is a popular attack which tricked the user into accessing malicious data and gaining the *** identification of phishing emails can be treated as an essential process in the domain of *** article focuses on the design of bio-geography based optimization with deep learning for Phishing Email detection and classification(BBODL-PEDC)*** major intention of the BBODL-PEDC model is to distinguish emails between legitimate and *** BBODL-PEDC model initially performs data pre-processing in three levels namely email cleaning,tokenization,and stop word ***,TF-IDF model is applied for the extraction of useful feature ***,optimal deep belief network(DBN)model is used for the email classification and its efficacy can be boosted by the BBO based hyperparameter tuning *** performance validation of the BBODL-PEDC model can be performed using benchmark dataset and the results are assessed under several *** comparative studies reported the superior outcomes of the BBODL-PEDC model over the recent approaches.

The recently developed machine learning(mL)models have the ability to obtain high detection rate using biomedical ***,this article develops an Optimal Sparse Autoencoder based Sleep Stage Classiﬁcation model on Electroencephalography(EEG)Biomedical Signals,named OSAE-SSCEEG *** major intention of the OSAE-SSCEEG technique is toﬁnd the sleep stage disorders using the EEG biomedical *** OSAE-SSCEEG technique primarily undergoes preprocessing using min-max data normalization ***,the classiﬁcation of sleep stages takes place using the Sparse Autoencoder with Smoothed Regularization(SAE-SR)with softmax(Sm)***,the parameter optimization of the SAE-SR technique is carried out by the use of Coyote Optimization algorithm(COA)and it leads to boosted classiﬁcation efﬁ*** order to ensure the enhanced performance of the OSAE-SSCEEG technique,a wide ranging simulation analysis is performed and the obtained results demonstrate the betterment of the OSAE-SSCEEG tech-nique over the recent methods.

A cyber physical energy system(CPES)involves a combination of pro-cessing,network,and physical *** smart grid plays a vital role in the CPES model where information technology(IT)can be related to the physical *** the same time,the machine learning(mL)modelsﬁnd useful for the smart grids integrated into the CPES for effective decision ***,the smart grids using mL and deep learning(DL)models are anticipated to lessen the requirement of placing many power plants for electricity *** this aspect,this study designs optimal multi-head attention based bidirectional long short term memory(OmHA-mBLSTm)technique for smart grid stability predic-tion in *** proposed OmHA-mBLSTm technique involves three subpro-cesses such as pre-processing,prediction,and hyperparameter *** OmHA-mBLSTm technique employs min-max normalization as a pre-proces-sing ***,the mBLSTm model is applied for the prediction of stability level of the smart grids in *** the same time,the moth swarm.algorithm(mHA)is utilized for optimally modifying the hyperparameters involved in the mBLSTm *** ensure the enhanced outcomes of the OmHA-mBLSTm technique,a series of simulations were carried out and the results are inspected under several *** experimental results pointed out the better outcomes of the OmHA-mBLSTm technique over the recent models.

Accurate soil prediction is a vital parameter involved to decide appro-priate crop,which is commonly carried out by the *** an auto-mated soil prediction tool helps to considerably improve the efﬁcacy of the *** the same time,fuzzy logic(FL)approaches can be used for the design of predictive models,particularly,Fuzzy Cognitive maps(FCms)have involved the concept of uncertainty representation and cognitive *** other words,the FCm is an integration of the recurrent neural network(RNN)and FL involved in the knowledge engineering *** this aspect,this paper introduces effective fuzzy cognitive maps with cat swarm optimization for automated soil classiﬁca-tion(FCmCSO-ASC)*** goal of the FCmCSO-ASC technique is to identify and categorize seven different types of *** accomplish this,the FCmCSO-ASC technique incorporates local diagonal extrema pattern(LDEP)as a feature extractor for producing a collection of feature *** addition,the FCmCSO model is applied for soil classiﬁcation and the weight values of the FCm model are optimally adjusted by the use of CSO *** exam-ining the enhanced soil classiﬁcation outcomes of the FCmCSO-ASC technique,a series of simulations were carried out on benchmark dataset and the experimen-tal outcomes reported the enhanced performance of the FCmCSO-ASC technique over the recent techniques with maximum accuracy of 96.84%.

Objective:To synthesize magnesium oxide nanoparticles using ethanol extract of shoots of Plicosepalus curviflorus(PC-mgONPs)and evaluate the antimicrobial,antioxidant,and anti-proliferative activities of ***:The green synthesized PC-mgONPs were characterized by ultraviolet-visible(UV),Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy,zeta potential,energy dispersive X-ray,and scanning electron ***,we investigated total antioxidant capacity and antimicrobial and anti-proliferative activities using breast cancer cell lines(mDA-231).Results:The UV spectrum of PC-mgONPs showed a sharp absorption peak at 300 *** presence of magnesium,oxygen,and sodium was confirmed by energy dispersive X-ray *** electron microscopy revealed PC-mgONPs as roughly spherical granular structures with sizes ranging from 20.0 to ***-mgONPs showed considerable antimicrobial activities against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans with zones of inhibition of 11-17 *** addition,total antioxidant capacity and anti-proliferative activity of PC-mgONPs against mDA-231 cells were ***:The synthesized PC-mgONPs could be a potent antimicrobial,antioxidant and anti-cancer agent,which needs further investigation.

Historical Arabic Images Classification and Retrieval Using Siamese Deep Learning model

Classifying the visual features in images to retrieve a specific image is a significant problem within the computer vision field especially when dealing with historical faded colored ***,there were lots of efforts trying to automate the classification operation and retrieve similar images *** reach this goal,we developed a VGG19 deep convolutional neural network to extract the visual features from the images ***,the distances among the extracted features vectors are measured and a similarity score is generated using a Siamese deep neural *** Siamese model built and trained at first from scratch but,it didn’t generated high evaluation ***,we re-built it from VGG19 pre-trained deep learning model to generate higher evaluation ***,three different distance metrics combined with the Sigmoid activation function are experimented looking for the most accurate method formeasuring the similarities among the retrieved *** that the highest evaluation parameters generated using the Cosine distance ***,the Graphics Processing Unit(GPU)utilized to run the code instead of running it on the Central Processing Unit(CPU).This step optimized the execution further since it expedited both the training and the retrieval time *** extensive experimentation,we reached satisfactory solution recording 0.98 and 0.99 F-score for the classification and for the retrieval,respectively.

Therapeutic potential of Calotropis gigantea extract against invasive pulmonary aspergillosis:In vitro and in vivo study

Objective:To characterize the antifungal activity of methanolic leaf extract of Calotropis gigantea alone or in combination with amphotericin B against invasive pulmonary aspergillosis in ***:GC/mS was used for analysis of active constituents of Calotropis gigantea *** germination assay and broth micro-dilution method were used to determine antifungal potential of Calotropis gigantea/amphotericin B against Aspergillus *** mice were randomly assigned into 5 groups:group 1 was neutropenic(control);group 2 was infected with Aspergillus fumigatus;group 3 was infected with Aspergillus fumigatus,and treated with Calotropis gigantea extract;group 4 was infected with Aspergillus fumigatus and treated with amphotericin B;group 5 was infected with Aspergillus fumigatus and treated with both Calotropis gigantea extract and amphotericin *** lung tissues were histopathologically *** burden and gliotoxin concentration were evaluated in lung ***,superoxide dismutase,and malondialdehyde content were determined in lung ***,tumor necrosis factor-alpha,interleukin-1,and interleukin-17 were also estimated by the sandwich enzyme-linked immuno-sorbent ***:Calotropis gigantea/amphotericin B had a minimum inhibitory concentration and minimum fungicidal concentration of 80 and 160μg/mL,respectively,for Aspergillus ***,Calotropis gigantea/amphotericin B significantly reduced lung fungal burden by 72.95%and inhibited production of gliotoxin in lung tissues from 6320 to 1350μg/g *** gigantea/amphotericin B reduced the oxidative stress of the lung via elevating the activity of antioxidant enzymes and decreasing the levels of lipid *** activity and the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines were also significantly *** electron microscopy revealed deteriorations in the hyphae ultrastructure in Calotropis gigantea/amphotericin B trea
