Cancer is a leading cause of death globally,with limited treatment options and several *** agents often result in toxicity which long-term conventional *** are natural constituents that are more effective in treating various diseases with less toxicity than the chemotherapeutic agents providing alternative therapeutic approaches to minimize the *** phytoconstituents act in several ways and deliver optimum effectiveness against ***,the effectiveness of phyto-formulations in the management of cancers may be constrained due to challenges related to inadequate solubility,bioavailability,and *** presents a promising avenue for transforming current cancer treatment methods through the incorporation of phytochemicals into nanosystems,which possess a range of advantageous characteristics such as biocompatibility,targeted and sustained release capabilities,and enhanced protective *** holds significant potential for future advancements in cancer ***,this review aims to provide intensive literature on diverse nanocarriers,highlighting their applications as cargos for phytocompounds in ***,it offers an overview of the current advancements in the respective field,emphasizing the characteristics that contribute to favourable outcomes in both in vitro and in vivo ***,clinical development and regulatory concerns are also discussed to check on the transformation of the concept as a promising strategy for combination therapy of phytochemicals and chemotherapeutics that could lead to cancer management in the future.

Heterogeneous Wireless Network is currently a major area of focus in communication *** the important issue in recent communication is the approachability to the wireless networks while maintaining the quality of ***,all the wireless access networks are working in tandem to keep the users always connected to the internet cloud that matches the price affordability and performance *** order to achieve seamless connectivity,due consideration has to be given to handoff precision and a smaller number of *** researchers have used heuristic approaches to solve this *** the present work,a hybrid intelligent algorithm has been suggested for vertical handoff *** hybrid intelligent algorithm is based on dual optimization approach which uses“Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)”and“Mobile Robustness Optimization(MRO)”techniques for improving the quality of *** approach performs well even in the failure network conditions and gives the best results in terms of *** results at the last has been compared with the conventional techniques and it has been observed that the proposed methodology outperforms the existing one.

Meta-QTL analysis for mining of candidate genes and constitutive gene network development for fungal disease resistance in maize(Zea mays L.)

The development of resistant maize cultivars is the most effective and sustainable approach to combat fungal *** the last three decades,many quantitative trait loci(QTL)mapping studies reported numerous QTL for fungal disease resistance(FDR)in ***,different genetic backgrounds of germplasm and differing QTL analysis algorithms limit the use of identified QTL for comparative *** meta-QTL(MQTL)analysis is the meta-analysis of multiple QTL experiments,which entails broader allelic coverage and helps in the combined analysis of diverse QTL mapping studies revealing common genomic regions for target *** the present study,128(33.59%)out of 381 reported QTL(from 82 studies)for FDR could be projected on the maize genome through MQTL *** revealed 38 MQTL for FDR(12 diseases)on all chromosomes except chromosome *** MQTL namely 1_4,2_4,3_2,3_4,and 5_4 were linked with multiple *** of 1910 candidate genes were identified for all the MQTL regions,with protein kinase gene families,TFs,pathogenesis-related,and disease-responsive proteins directly or indirectly associated with *** comparison of physical positions of marker-traits association(MTAs)from genome-wide association studies with genes underlying MQTL interval verified the presence of QTL/candidate genes for particular *** linked markers to MQTL and putative candidate genes underlying identified MQTL can be further validated in the germplasm through marker screening and expression *** study also attempted to unravel the underlying mechanism for FDR resistance by analyzing the constitutive gene network,which will be a useful resource to understand the molecular mechanism of defense-response of a particular disease and multiple FDR in maize.

An incremental learning approach for the text categorization using hybrid optimization

Purpose–Document retrieval has become a hot research topic over the past few years,and has been paid more attention in browsing and synthesizing information from different *** purpose of this paper is to develop an effective document retrieval method,which focuses on reducing the time needed for the navigator to evoke the whole document based on contents,themes and concepts of ***/methodology/approach–This paper introduces an incremental learning approach for text categorization using Monarch Butterfly optimization–FireFly optimization based Neural Network(MB–FF based NN).Initially,the feature extraction is carried out on the pre-processed data using Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency(TF–IDF)and holoentropy to find the keywords of the ***,cluster-based indexing is performed using MB–FF algorithm,and finally,by matching process with the modified Bhattacharya distance measure,the document retrieval is *** MB–FF based NN,the weights in the NN are chosen using MB–FF ***–The effectiveness of the proposed MB–FF based NN is proven with an improved precision value of 0.8769,recall value of 0.7957,F-measure of 0.8143 and accuracy of 0.7815,***/value–The experimental results show that the proposed MB–FF based NN is useful to companies,which have a large workforce across the country.

Effective strategies to control COVID-19 pandemic need high attention to mitigate negatively impacted communal health and global economy,with the brim-full horizon yet to *** the absence of effective antiviral and limited medical resources,many measures are recommended by WHO to control the infection rate and avoid exhausting the limited medical *** mask is among the non-pharmaceutical intervention measures that can be used as barrier to primary route of SARS-CoV2 droplets expelled by presymptomatic or asymptomatic *** of discourse on medical resources and diversities in masks,all countries are mandating coverings over nose and mouth in public *** contribution of public health,the aim of the paper is to devise a real-time technique that can efficiently detect non mask faces in public and thus enforce to wear *** proposed technique is ensemble of one stage and two stage detectors to achieve low inference time and high *** took ResNet50 as a baseline model and applied the concept of transfer learning to fuse high level semantic information in multiple feature *** addition,we also propose a bounding box transformation to improve localization performance during mask *** experiments are conducted with three popular baseline models namely ResNet50,AlexNet and *** explored the possibility of these models to plug-in with the proposed model,so that highly accurate results can be achieved in less inference *** is observed that the proposed technique can achieve high accuracy(98.2%)when implemented with ***,the proposed model can generate 11.07%and 6.44%higher precision and recall respectively in mask detection when compared to RetinaFaceMask detector.

Investigation of the Test–Retest Reliability and Inter-Rater Agreement of Traditional Chinese Medicine-Based Pulse Practitioners

Objective:The objective of this study was to assess the test–retest reliability and inter-rater agreement between the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pulse diagnosis between two Indian TCM ***:A total of 300 participants were evaluated for their bilateral pulse based on TCM independently by two investigators with similar years of experience but who graduated from different medical *** investigators who were blinded diagnosed the participants as per TCM based on the depth,rate,and strength of their ***αand weighted kappa were used for assessing the reliability and ***:The data of all the 300 participants were included in the *** test–retest reliability computed using Cronbach's alpha indicated high reliability between the investigators(α=0.963).There were a total of 37 different types of diagnoses identified by both *** investigators diagnoses matched for 116 participants out of 300 participants;whereas 184 cases were not matched between the *** inter-rater agreement for the TCM diagnosis tested by weighted Kappa did not returned any significant agreement(Kappa=0.370).Discussion:The present study shows higher reliability between the pulse diagnoses between the ***,the inter-rater agreement for TCM diagnosis based on pulse diagnosis was not significant probably due to the variation in subjective *** calls for the standardization of training in TCM diagnostic methods among *** studies should include the differences in training,medical education,and experience among the practitioners while determining the reliability of pulse diagnosis.

Design and simulation of nanoscale double-gate TFET/tunnel CNTFET

A double-gate tunnel field-effect transistor （DG tunnel FET） has been designed and investigated for various channel materials such as silicon （Si）, gallium arsenide （GaAs）, alminium gallium arsenide （A1xGa1-xAs） and CNT using a nano ViDES Device and TCAD SILVACO ATLAS simulator. The proposed devices are com- pared on the basis of inverse subthreshold slope （SS）, ION/IoFF current ratio and leakage current. Using Si as the channel material limits the property to reduce leakage current with scaling of channel, whereas the A1xGa1-xAs based DG tunnel FET provides a better ION/IOFF current ratio （2.51 × 10^6） as compared to other devices keeping the leakage current within permissible limits. The performed silmulation of the CNT based channel in the double-gate tunnel field-effect transistor using the nano ViDES shows better performace for a sub-threshold slope of 29.4 mV/dec as the channel is scaled down. The proposed work shows the potential of the CNT channel based DG tunnel FET as a futuristic device for better switching and high retention time, which makes it suitable for memory based circuits.

Radiation effect on temperature distribution in three-dimensional Couette flow with suction or injection

A theoretical analysis of three-dimensional Couette flow with radiation effect on temperature distribution has been analysed, when the injection of the fluid at the lower stationary plate is a transverse sinusoidat one and its corresponding removal by constant suction through the upper porous plate is in uniform motion. Due to this type of injection velocity, the flow becomes three-dimensional. The effect of Prandtl number, radiation parameter and injection parameter on rate of heat transfer has been examined by the help of graphs. The Prandtl number has a much greater effect on *** distribution than the injection or radiation parameter.

Since the failure of traditional therapy, gene therapy using functional DNA sequence and small RNA/DNA molecules(oligonucleotide) has become a promising avenue for cancer treatment. The discovery of RNA molecules has impelled researchers to investigate small regulatory RNA from various natural and artificial sources and determine a cogent target for controlling tumor progression. Small regulatory RNAs are used for therapeutic silencing of oncogenes and aberrant DNA repair response *** their advantages, therapies based on small RNAs exhibit limitations in terms of stability of therapeutic drugs, precisionbased delivery in tissues, precision-based intercellular and intracellular targeting, and tumor heterogeneity-based responses. In this study, we summarize the potential and drawbacks of small RNAs in nucleic acid therapeutics for cancer.
