Improving rollover and stability of the vehicles is the indispensable part of automotive research to prevent vehicle rollover and *** main objective of this work is to develop active control mechanism based on fuzzy logic controller(FLC) and linear quadratic regulator(LQR) for improving vehicle path following,roll and handling performances simultaneously.3-DOF vehicle model including yaw rate,lateral velocity(lateral dynamic) and roll angle(roll dynamic) were *** controller produces optimal moment to increase stability and roll margin of vehicle by receiving the steering angle as an input and vehicle variables as a feedback *** effectiveness of proposed controller and vehicle model were evaluated during fishhook and single lane-change *** results demonstrate that in both cases(FLC and LQR controllers) by reducing roll angle,lateral acceleration and side slip angles remain under 0.6g and 4° during maneuver,which ensures vehicle stability and handling ***,the sensitivity and robustness analysis of developed controller for varying longitudinal speeds were investigated.

Streamline simulation is developed to simulate waterflooding in fractured reservoirs. Conventional reservoir simulation methods for fluid flow simulation in large and complex reservoirs are very costly and time consuming. In streamline method, transport equations are solved on one-dimensional streamlines to reduce the computation time with less memory for simulation. First, pressure equation is solved on an Eulerian grid and streamlines are traced. Defining the "time of flight", saturation equations are mapped and solved on streamlines. Finally, the results are mapped back on Eulerian grid and the process is repeated until the simulation end time. The waterflooding process is considered in a fractured reservoir using the dual porosity model. Afterwards, a computational code is developed to solve the same problem by the IMPES method and the results of streamline simulation are compared to those of the IMPES and a commercial software. Finally, the accuracy and efficiency of streamline simulator for simulation of two-phase flow in fractured reservoirs has been proved.

Zika virus(ZIKV) was discovered more than half a century ago,recently it has gained unprecedented attention by the global health *** 2007,only 14 cases of human ZIKV infections were reported around the globe,while during the current outbreak,estimated cases mounted to approximately 1.5 million in Brazil alone,the virus was disseminated to wider South-American territories and travel-associated ZIKV infections were reported in USA,Europe and recently in *** infections remain asymptomatic in approximately 80% of the individuals,and no anti-viral treatments were ***,neurological complications associated with the infections,such as infant microcephaly and Guillain-Barré syndrome are major cause of the ***,based on small numbers of cases,existing evidence strongly supports an exclusive link of viral infection and observed neurological ***,much work remains to assign exact numbers of complications caused by *** its structural attributes ZIKV shows remarkable resemblance with dengue virus and West-Nile ***,genomes of different ZIKV strains have already been decoded;role of the viral components in infection process and particularly pathogenesis of the disease remain widely *** vulnerable areas,most viable strategy to ensure public health safety is vector control and enhanced public awareness about the transmission of the disease.

This study focuses on exploring the effects of geometrical imperfections and different analysis methods on the optimum design of Double-Layer Grids(DLGs),as used in the construction industry.A total of 12 notable metaheuristics are assessed and contrasted,and as a result,the Slime Mold Algorithm is identified as the most effective approach for size optimization of *** evaluate the influence of geometric imperfections and nonlinearity on the optimal design of real-size DLGs,the optimization process is carried out by considering and disregarding geometric nonlinearity while incorporating three distinct forms of geometrical imperfections,namely local imperfections,global imperfections,and combinations of *** light of the uncertain nature of geometrical imperfections,probabilistic distributions are used to define these imperfections randomly in direction and *** results demonstrate that it is necessary to account for these imperfections to obtain an optimal ***’s worth noting that structural imperfections can increase the maximum stress ratio by up to 70%.The analysis also reveals that the initial curvature of members has a more significant impact on the optimal design of structures than the nodal installation error,indicating the need for greater attention to local imperfection issues in space structure construction.

It has previously been shown that Dendrostellera lessertii（Thymelaeaceae）has stronganticancer *** this study,the antileukemic activity of another new compound from the same plantextract is ***（NB4 and HL-60）and erythroleukemia（K562）cells were cultured in thepresence of various concentrations of the new compound（0.5-3.0 μtg/ml）for *** cell numbers werethen determined by trypan blue exclusion *** new compound inhibited growth and proliferation ofNB4,HL-60 and K562 with IC50values of 1.5,2.0 and 2.5μg/ml,*** also found that the newcompound inhibited cell proliferation in a dose-and time-dependent *** low concentrations and after48h of treatment,approximately 50%-70% of NB4 and HL-60 cells were differentiated to monocyte/macrophage lineage and approximately 30%-40% of the treated K562 cells were differentiated in the mega-karyocytic lineage,as evidenced by morphological changes and nitro blue tetrazolium reduction *** of Hoechst 33258 staining also indicated that the new compound induced NB4 and HL-60 cellapoptosis at their respective IC50values after 72h of *** on the present data,the new com-pound seems a good candidate for further evaluation as an effective chemotherapeutic agent acting throughinduction of differentiation and apoptosis.

AIM:To review applications of confocal laser endomicroscopy(CLE) in pancreatobiliary lesions and studies that assessed training and interpretation of images. METHODS: A computerized literature search was performed using OVID MEDLINE, EMBASE, Cochrane library, and the ISI Web of Knowledge from 1980 to October 2014. We also searched abstracts from major meetings that included the Digestive Disease Week, Canadian Digestive Disease Week and the United European Gastroenterology Week using a combination of controlled vocabulary and text words related to p CLE, confocal, endomicroscopy, probe-based confocal laser endomicroscopy, and bile duct to identify reports of trials. In addition, recursive searches and crossreferencing was performed, and manual searches of articles identified after the initial search was also completed. We included fully published articles and those in abstract form. Given the relatively recent introduction of CLE we included randomized trials and cohort studies.R E S U LT S : In the evaluation of indeterminate pancreatobiliary strictures CLE with ERCP compared to ERCP alone can increase the detection of cancerous strictures with a sensitivity of(98% vs 45%) andhas a negative predictive value(97% vs 69%), but decreased the specificity(67% vs 100%) and the positive predictive value(71% vs 100%) when compared to index pathology. Modifications in the classification systems in indeterminate biliary strictures have increased the specificity of p CLE from 67% to 73%. In pancreatic cystic lesions there is a need to develop similar systems to interpret and characterize lesions based on CLE images obtained. The presence of superficial vascular network predicts serous cystadenomas accurately. Also training in acquiring and interpretation of images is feasible in those without any prior knowledge in CLE in a relatively simple manner and computer-aided diagnosis software is a promising innovation.
