Immunotherapy becomes a promising line of treatment for breast cancer(BC)however,its success rate is still ***:The study was designed to optimize the condition for producing an effective dendritic cell(DCs)based immunotherapy by using DCs and T lymphocytes together with tumor-inﬁltrating lymphocytes(TILs)and tumor-inﬁltrating DCs(TIDCs),treated with anti-PD1 and anti-CTLA4 monoclonal *** mixture of immune cells was co-cultured with autologous breast cancer cells(BCCs)isolated from 26 BC ***:There was a signiﬁcant upregulation of CD86 and CD83 on DCs(p=0.001 and 0.017,respectively),similarly upregulation of CD8,CD4 and CD103 on T cells(p=0.031,0.027,and 0.011,respectively).While there was a signiﬁcant downregulation of FOXP3 and combined ***8 expression on regulatory T cells(p=0.014 for both).Increased CD8/Foxp3 ratio(phere was a signiﬁcant increase in interferon-γ(IFN-γ,phydrogenase(LDh,p=0.02),and a signiﬁcant decrease in vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF,ph ligand 1(PDL-1)were downregulated in BCCs(ph),similarly cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen-4(CTLA4,p=0.02),Programmed cell death 1(PD-1,ph immune checkpoint inhibitors could produce a potent and effective BC ***,these data should be validated on an experimental animal model to be transferred to the clinical setting.

Big data and information and communication technologies can be important to the effectiveness of smart *** on the maximal attention on smart city sustainability,developing data-driven smart cities is newly obtained attention as a vital technology for addressing sustainability ***-time monitoring of pollution allows local authorities to analyze the present traffic condition of cities and make *** to air pollution occurs a main environmental problem in smart city *** effect of the deep learning(DL)approach quickly increased and penetrated almost every domain,comprising air pollution ***,this article develops a new Coot Optimization Algorithm with an Ensemble Deep Learning based Air Pollution Prediction(COAEDL-APP)system for Sustainable Smart *** projected COAEDL-APP algorithm accurately forecasts the presence of air quality in the sustainable smart city *** achieve this,the COAEDL-APP technique initially performs a linear scaling normalization(LSN)approach to pre-process the input *** air quality prediction,an ensemble of three DL models has been involved,namely autoencoder(AE),long short-term memory(LSTM),and deep belief network(DBN).Furthermore,the COA-based hyperparameter tuning procedure can be designed to adjust the hyperparameter values of the DL *** simulation outcome of the COAEDL-APP algorithm was tested on the air quality database,and the outcomes stated the improved performance of the COAEDL-APP algorithm over other existing systems with maximum accuracy of 98.34%.

Biochemical Liver Functions and Molecular Identification of Fasciola hepatica from Experimentally Infected Rat Model

The current study was performed to evaluate the liver function status as well as molecular characterization of the recovered worms in rats experimentally infected with F. hepatica. Sixteen male Wister rats aged 30 days were randomly allocated into two groups (n = 8). The first group was infected orally with 15 viable encysted metacercaria of F. hepatica per animal. The other group was kept non-infected (control group). At zero time (before infection), the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th and 14th weeks post-infection (WPI), blood and serum samples were collected via puncture of retro-orbital plexus of veins from each rat. Serum enzyme level (AST and ALT) and total protein were measured, and the serum protein profile was carried out using agarose gel electrophoresis. During the period of the experiment, serum ALT and AST activities and serum total globulins significantly increased while serum total proteins and albumin markedly decreased in the infected group. On the 14th WPI, the data of the electropherogram showed that globulin fractions (α1-, β- and γ-globulin) levels were significantly increased while α2-globulin was markedly decreased in the infected group. The molecular analysis confirmed the amplification of the ITS1, ITS2 and NDI genes of F. hepatica recovered from the infected liver of rats with amplicon sizes of 630, 510 and 560 bp, respectively. Sequencing of the amplified ITS gene resulted in the determination of 3 strains (PP108836, PP108837, and PP108838). Also, analysis of the ITS2 gene resulted in obtaining 3 isolates under the accession numbers (PP109065, PP109066, and PP109067). In conclusion, fasciolosis in the rat model is suitable for routine experimental infections and caused a pronounced liver dysfunction with discharging of the Fasciola eggs in the faeces and the development of adult stages in the bile ducts. Inter-Calibration Between Plasma Instruments Onboard DEMETER

The in-situ measurements of the ionospheric plasma that we use come from two instruments of the scientific payload of the satellite DEMETER; the plasma analyser IAP （Instrument d＇analyse du plasma） and the Langmuir probe ISL （Instrument Sonde de Langmuir）. DEMETER is a micro-satellite realized by the CNES（Centre National d＇Etudes Spatiales, France） with a principal objective to seek a possible influence of the seismic activity on the electromagnetic waves in the ionosphere and on the ionospheric plasma. The satellite was placed on June 29, 2004, in a circular and quasi helio-synchronous orbit at -710 km altitude. The experiments function primarily at mid-latitudes （from ＋60° to -60°）. The IAP data were analysed to deduce the ion population （densities of the dominant ions, i.e. generally O^＋, h^＋ and he^＋） therefore the total ion density. The use of data IAP thus requires some precaution to make sure that the electric equilibrium conditions of the satellite, such as the satellite potential （Фsat）, are obtained during the treatment of routine, does not induce an error of measurement. When this potential is negative, the minority light ions h^＋ and he^＋ can be measured in a reliable way when their proportion is above 3% to 5% of that of O^＋. The critical limitation is： under certain conditions, the satellite potential becomes positive and reach a value about -0.5 V so that it becomes impossible to measure h^＋ ions. This is likely to involve a significant error on the composition and the density of the plasma. Therefore we carried out a calibration to estimate the missing density. The ISL experiment （Langmuir probe） provided the collected current/polarized tension characteristics of a cylindrical probe from which both electron density Ne and temperature Te were obtained. Detection of the Relationship between Imipenem Susceptible and Non-Susceptible Clinical Isolates of Acinetobacter Baumannii by Repetitive Element PCR-Mediated DNA Fingerprinting in an Egyptian hospital

In this work, the authors aimed to detect the clonal relatedness of the isolated imipenem-susceptible and non-susceptible Acenitobacter baumanii. This study was conducted from September 2008 through August 2009 in Aboelreech-Elmounira paediatric-Cairo University-teaching hospital in Egypt. All the isolated acenitobacter species were identified by standard laboratory procedures. The clonal relationship of the A. baumanii （the most common detected clinical type） was studied by biotyping and AST and then confirmed using rep-PCR with primers aimed at repetitive extragenic palindromic sequences and enterobacterial repetitive intergenic consensus sequences. A total of 100 A. baumanii isolates out of 104 acenitobacter species were recovered from different clinical samples. Sixty two percent of the isolates were resistant to imipenem. The resulting rep-PCR patterns oftheA, baumanii strains revealed 8 clones, 3 clones found in the imipenem resistant group, and 5 clones in imipenem sensitive group with statistically significant clonal distribution in both groups （P-value 0.00）. Clonality was proved in imipenem resistant group with an alarming predominance of clone 1 representing 80.6% of IMP-R isolates. In accordance the prevalence of resistant acenitobacter strains seems to be correlated with inappropriate antibiotic use. These results call for strict compliance of coordinated strategy of infection control measures and judicious use of antimicrobials which is likely to effectively deal with this serious public health issue.

Mechanical and thermodynamical stability of BiVO4 polymorphs using first-principles study

First principles calculations of structural, electronic, mechanical, and thermodynamic properties of different poly- morphs of BiVO4 are performed using Bender-type plane/wave ultrasoft pseudopotentials within the generalized gradient approximation （GGA） in the flame of density functional theory （DFT）. The calculated structural and electronic properties are consistent with the previous theoretical and experimental results. The electronic structures reveal that m-BiVO4, op- BiVO4, and st-BiVO4 have indirect band gaps, on the other hand, zt-BiVO4 has a direct band gap. From the DOS and Mulliken＇s charge analysis, it is observed that only m-BiVO4 has 6s2 Bi lone pair. Bond population analysis indicates that st-BiVO4 shows a more ionic nature and a similar result is obtained from the elastic properties. From the elastic prop- erties, it is observed that st-BiVO4 is more mechanically stable than the others, st-BiVO4 is more ductile and useful for high electro-optical and electro-mechanical coupling devices. Our calculated thermodynamic properties confirm the similar characteristics found from electronic and elastic properties, m-BiVO4 is useful as photocatalysts, solid state electrolyte, and electrode and other polymorphs are applicable in electronic device fabrications.
