A foot bracket is a metal panel bracket used to mount and support the footrest in two-wheeler *** holds the footrest in place while rigidly supporting *** working conditions,this element has often been observed to fail when specific load-fluctuation conditions are established at its rear *** materials therefore need to be identified to overcome such a recurring *** address these issues,the present study has been implemented with the specific objective to determine the response of selected Al6061-T6 and Al7075-T6 Hybrid metal matrix Composites(HmmC).The results,obtained using the AnsYs software,show that the selected composites can withstand 636,962 n/m^(2)of maximum stress and 8.88×10^(−6)m of minimum *** results are also compared with relevant mathematical models and it is concluded that the identified material combination provides the required improvement of structural stability that can withstand the load fluctuation on the foot bracket.

Coronavirus disease 2019(COViD-19)is a global pandemic where several comorbidities have been shown to have a significant effect on *** with diabetes mellitus(Dm)have a higher mortality rate than non-Dm patients.if they get *** studies have indicated that patients with a history of diabetes can increase the risk of severe acute res.iratory syndrome coronavirus 2 ***,patients without any history of diabetes can acquire newonset Dm when infected with ***,there is a need to explore the bidirectional link between these two conditions,confirming the vicious loop between“Dm/COViD-19”.This narrative review presents(1)the bidirectional association between the Dm and COViD-19,(2)the manifestations of the Dm/COViD-19 loop leading to cardiovascular disease,(3)an understanding of primary and secondary factors that influence mortality due to the Dm/COViD-19 loop,(4)the role of vitamin-D in Dm patients during COViD-19,and finally,(5)the monitoring tools for tracking atherosclerosis burden in Dm patients during COViD-19 and“COViD-triggered Dm”*** conclude that the bidirectional nature of Dm/COViD-19 causes acceleration towards cardiovascular *** to this alarming condition,early monitoring of atherosclerotic burden is required in“Diabetes patients during COViD-19”or“new-onset Diabetes triggered by COViD-19 in non-Diabetes patients”.

Rice sheath blight disease （shB）, caused by Rhizoctonia solani, gives rise to significant grain yield losses. The present study evaluated the efficacy of integral, the commercial liquid formulation of Bacillus subtilis strain mBi 600, against rice shB and for plant growth promotion. in greenhouse studies, four log concentrations of integral （from 2.2×10^6 to 2.2×10^9 cfu/mL） were used as seed treatment （sT）. After 25 d, seedlings were dipped （sD） into integral prior to transplanting. At 30 d after transplanting （DAT）, leaf sheaths were inoculated with immature sclerotia of the pathogen. At 45 DAT, a foliar spray （Fs） with integral was applied to some treatments. The fungicide control was 50% carbendazim at 1.0 g/L, and a nontreated control was also included. Overall, there were 10 treatments, each with five replications. shB severity was rated at 52 DAT, and seedling height and number of tillers per plant were rated at 60 DAT. in 2009, two field trials evaluated integral at 2.2×10^8 and 2.2×10^9 cfu/mL. integral was applied as sT, and seedlings were produced in a nursery bed. After 32 d, seedlings were treated with integral as sD and transplanted into 10 m^2 blocks. Foliar sprays were given at 45 and 60 DAT. There were seven treatments, each with eight replications arranged as a factorial randomized complete block design. At 20 DAT, the plots were broadcast inoculated with R. solani produced on rice grains. seedling height before transplanting, shB severity at 90 DAT, and grain yield at harvest were recorded. integral at 2.2×10^9 cfu/mL provided significant increase of seedling heights over other treatments under greenhouse conditions. The integral treatments of sT ＋ sD ＋ Fs at 2.2×10^9 cfu/mL significantly suppressed shB over other treatments. in field studies, integral provided significant increase of seedling height in nursery, and number of tillers per plant, compared with the control. shB severity was significantly suppressed with higher concentrations of integ

single-phase pris.ine and cation-subs.ituted calcium manganite（Ca1-xBixmn1-yVyO3-δ） polycrystalline samples were synthesized by the solid state reaction technique. Their thermoelectric properties were measured by a set up that was designed and assembled in the laboratory. The Ca1-x Bixmn1-yVyO3-δsample with x = y = 0.04 has shown a power factor（s^2σ） of 176 μW/m/K^2 at 423 K, which is nearly two orders of magnitude higher than that of the pris.ine sample（2.1 μW/m/K2）. The power factor of the subs.ituted oxide remains almost temperature independent as the seebeck coefficient increases monotonically with temperature, along with the simultaneous decrease in electrical resis.ivity which is attributed to enhanced electron density due to co-doping of bismuth and vanadium and grain boundary scattering. These cation-subs.ituted calcium manganites can be used as a potential candidate for an n-type leg in a thermoelectric generator（module）.

BACKGROUnD Patients with Crohn’s disease(CD)are at risk of developing complications such as perianal *** with Crohn’s perianal fistulas(CPF)are affected by fecal incontinence(Fi),bleeding,pain,swelling,and purulent perianal discharge,and mETHODs This cross-sectional observational study was conducted in patients with CD aged 21-90 years via a web-enabled ques.ionnaire in seven countries(April-August 2021).Patients were recruited into three cohorts:Cohort 1 included patients without perianal fistulas;cohort 2 included patients with perianal fistulas without fistula-related surgery;and cohort 3 included patients with perianal fistulas and fistula-related *** patient-reported outcome measures were used to assess quality of *** of treatment preferences were measured using a discrete choice experiment(DCE).REsULTs.in total,929 patients were recruited(cohort 1,n=620;cohort 2,n=174;cohort 3,n=135).short inflammatory Bowel Disease Ques.ionnaire scores were worse for patients with CPF(cohorts 2 and 3)than for those with CD without CPF(cohort 1):mean score 3.8 and 3.7 vs 4.1,respectively,(Psimilarly,mean Revised Fi and Fi Quality of Life scores were worse for patients with CPF than for those with CD without *** of Life with Anal Fistula scores were similar in patients with CPF with or without CPF-related surgery(cohorts 2 and 3):mean score 41 and 42,*** the DCE,postoperative discomfort and fistula healing rate were the most important treatment attributes.influencing treatment choice:mean relative importance 35.7 and 24.7,*** The burden of illness.in CD is significantly higher for patients with CPF and patients rate lower postoperative discomfort and higher healing rates as the most desirable treatment attributes.

The aim of this study was to develop a simple and derivatization free method for the Quantification of s-Epichlorohydrin in R-Epichlorohydrin by using a gas chromatography coupled with flame ionization detector (FiD). Enantiopure epichlorohydrin was a valuable epoxide key starting material for preparing optically active Rivaroxaban. The enantiomeric separations of s-Epichlorohydrin and R-Epichlorohydrin were achieved on Gamaa-Dex-225 (30 meters × 0.25 mm i.D, 0.25 μm) column with a total run time of 30 min. nitrogen was used as a carrier gas with constant pressure 25.0 psi. The critical experimental parameters such as, column selection, flow rate, injection volume and diluent were studied and optimized. Excellent correlation coeffient between peak responses and concentrations was >0.9998. The recoveries of s-Epichlorohydrin s.iked in R-Epichlorohydrin were in the range from 98.2% to 102.8%. Limit of quantitation for s-Epichlorohydrin was sufficiently lower than limits specified by iCH. The method has validated as per international Conference on Harmonization (iCH) guidelines. A precise, accurate, linear and robust Gas Chromatography method was developed for the quantification of s-Epichlorohydrin in R-Epichlorohydrin for Rivaroxaban.

A new and Enantioselective Chromatographic method for Linagliptin on Amylose Coated Chiral stationary Phase

A new and enantioselective liquid chromatographic method was developed for es.imation of s-Linagliptin in Linagliptin (LinA) drug substances. The desired enantiomeric separation was achieved on Chiralpak AD-H (250*4.6 mm*5 μm) column with the mobile phase composition of ethanol, methanol and diethylamine in a ratio of 90:10:0.1 (v/v/v) with flow rate of 0.5 mL·minsup>-sup>sup>1sup> and column oven temperature 30°C and the eluted compounds were monitored at 225 nm. in the proposed chiral method, UsP resolutions between both the enantiomers were more than 5.0. Limit of detection and Limit of quantitation of s-LinA was found to be 0.03 μg·mLsup>-1sup> and 0.10 μg·mLsup>-1sup> respectively. Linearity study was conducted from LOQ to 150% and correlation coefficient found to be 0.9997. Accuracy was within the range of 98.6% to 101.5%. To prove selectivity power of the method specificity study was conducted by subjecting drug substance to acid, base, hydrolysis, oxidation and photolysis and ensured the peak purity of analyte in degraded samples. moreover, the method has been fully validated as per iCH guidelines. The proposed method is precise, accurate, linear, rugged, robust and s.itable for accurate quantification of s-LinA in LinA drug substance.
