The generation of electricity,considering environmental and eco-nomic factors is one of the most important challenges of recent *** this article,a thermoelectric generator(TEG)is proposed to use the thermal energy of an electric water heater(EWH)to generate electricity *** improve the energy conversion efficiency of the TEG,a fuzzy logic con-troller(FLC)-based perturb&observe(P&O)type maximum power point tracking(mPPT)control algorithm is used in this *** EWH is one of the major electricity consuming household appliances which causes a higher electricity price for ***,a significant amount of thermal energy generated by EWH is wasted every day,especially during the winter *** recent years,TEGs have been widely developed to convert surplus or unused thermal energy into usable *** this context,the proposed model is designed to use the thermal energy stored in the EWH to generate *** addition,the generated electricity can be easily stored in a battery storage system to supply electricity to various household appliances with *** proposed mPPT control algorithm helps the system to quickly reach the optimal point corresponding to the maximum power output and maintains the system operating point at the maximum power output *** validate the usefulness of the proposed scheme,a study model was developed in the mATLAB Simulink environment and its performance was investigated by simulation under steady state and transient *** results of the study confirmed that the system is capable of generating adequate power from the available thermal energy of *** was also found that the output power and efficiency of the system can be improved by maintaining a higher temperature difference at the input terminals of the ***,the real-time temperature data of Abha city in Saudi Arabia is considered to analyze the feasibility of the proposed system for practical implementation.

This paper investigates the operation and analysis of the photovoltaic water pumping system in detail. Power electronic controllers were designed and developed for the water pumping system using a boost converter along with an inverter followed by an induction motor pump set. The proposed system could be employed in agricultural irrigation under any operating condition of varying natures of solar irradiances and temperatures. The configuration and implementation of the system were described in detail. Further, the detailed method of analysis and simulation characteristics of such PV water pumping system was also presented. Objective:To evaluate the anticancer activity of the methanolic extract of Cyathula prostrata in Ehrlich ascites carcinoma(EAC)-bearing mice with methotrexate as positive control in the advanced stage of ***:EAC was induced in swiss albino mice by injecting10~6 cell/mL of tumor cell suspension *** methanolic extract of Cyathula prostrata effect on the tumor cell viability,DNA fragmentation and mTT assay were carried ***:methanolic extract attenuated percentage increased in the cell survival lime when compared to control ***,the effect was less than that of *** and the extracts reversed the tumor-induced alterations in UNA fragmentation and mTT ***:The present study suggests that the methanol extract of Cyathula prostrata has significant anticancer activity and that is comparable to that of methotrexate.

Simultaneous Enhancement of Transparent and Antibacterial Properties of ZnO Films by Suitable F Doping

Undoped and fluorine doped ZnO （ZnO：F） thin films were deposited onto glass substrates by employing a simplified spray pyrolysis technique using a perfume atomizer. The fluorine doping level in the starting solution was varied from 0 to 20 at.% in steps of 5 at.~g and the effects of fluorine doping level on the structural, optical, surface morphological properties along with their antibacterial activity against Escherichia coil （E. coli） and Bacillus subtilis （B. subtilis） bacteria were studied and reported. The X-ray diffraction studies revealed that despite the orientation ofcrystallites was strongly influenced by fluorine doping, the preferential orientation was retained in favor of （002） plane even at the highest doping level. The crystallite size decreased as the F doping level was increased and the reason for this variation has been explained on the basis of Zener pinning effect. The average optical transparency in the visible range was about 80%-90g for doped films and the optical band gap was found to be slightly increased with the F doping level. The antibacterial efficiency of the F doped ZnO films was found to be enhanced as the F doping level was increased. The antibacterial efficiency was more pronounced in the case of B. subtilis （Gram-positive） when compared with E. coil （Gram-negative）.

Frauds don’t follow any recurring *** require the use of unsupervised learning since their behaviour is continually ***-sters have access to the most recent technology,which gives them the ability to defraud people through online *** make assumptions about consumers’routine behaviour,and fraud develops *** learning must be used by fraud detection systems to recognize online payments since some fraudsters start out using online channels before moving on to other *** a deep convolutional neural network model to identify anomalies from conventional competitive swarm optimization pat-terns with a focus on fraud situations that cannot be identified using historical data or supervised learning is the aim of this paper Artificial Bee Colony(ABC).Using real-time data and other datasets that are readily available,the ABC-Recurrent Neural Network(RNN)categorizes fraud behaviour and compares it to the current *** compared to the current approach,the findings demonstrate that the accuracy is high and the training error is minimal in ABC_*** this paper,we measure the Accuracy,F1 score,mean Square Error(mSE)and mean Absolute Error(mAE).Our system achieves 97%accuracy,92%precision rate and F1 score 97%.Also we compare the simulation results with existing methods.

Nanocapacitors and nonvolatile ferroelectric random access memories require nanoscale thin film coatings with ferroelectric properties. One dimensional ferroelectric nanofibers are used in ferroelectric memory devices owing to the fact that decrease of the dimensionality of the memory device elements will reduce the addressing and appreciably increase the storage capacity, Novel ZnO/BaO nanocomposite fibers exhibiting ferroelectric properties have been prepared in the form of non-woven mesh by electrospinning the sol derived from the sol-gel route, Thin cylindrical nanofibers of average diameter 100 nm have been obtained and their morphology is confirmed by SEm and AFm images. In the electrospinning process, the effect of the working distance on the fiber morphology was studied and it showed that working distance between 11 and 15 cm can produce fibers without beads and the decrease in working distance in this range increases the fiber diameter. Powder XRD was used to identify the phases and EDX analysis confirmed the presence of ZnO/BaO. Dielectric and non-linear optical properties have also been studied. The dielectric studies showed that ZnO/BaO composite nanofibers undergo a phase transition from ferroelectric to paraelectric at 323 K.

Objective:To identify the in vitro antiplasmodial activity of seaweed plants against Plasmodium falciparum ***:A total of eight seaweeds were collecled from Kanvakumari district,Tainilnadu,*** in vitro antiplasmodial activity was performed in 96 well plates against Plasmodium falciparum,and preliminary phytochemcial analysis were performed for the ***:Of the selected plants Enteromorpha intestinalis(2.61%) showed maximum percentage of *** minimum concentration of inhibitory(IC_(50)) value was observed with Chaetomorpha antennina[(26.37±4.14)μg/ml.]further,the positive controls such as chloroquine and artemether showed antiplasmodial activities(IC_(50)) with(19.10±5.93) and(6.03±0.21)μg/mL concentrations,*** preliminary phytochemical analysis of the seaweed extracts showed a variety of phytochemical constituents such as carboxylic acids,phenols,protein, resins,steroids and ***:The antiplasmodial activity of the seaweed extract might due to the presence of sugars and phenolic *** the present findings,it is concluded that,the seaweed extract of Chaetomorpha antennina can be further used as a putative antiplasmodial drugs in near future.

Objective:To evaluate the antihyperglycemic activity of leaves of Hyptis suaveolens using streptozotocin ***:Hyptis suaveolens extract(HSE) 250 and 500 mg/kg body weight was administered orally to streptozotocin induced diabetes,once daily for 21 ***:A significant reduction in blood glucose was observed in diabetic animals treated with HSE at different doses when compared with diabetic *** of triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density *** low density lipoprotein were decreased while administering HSE at different doses,compared with their control values in diabetic ***:Our results show that HSE possesses significant antihyperglycemic activity which might be attributed to stimulating effects on glucose utilization and antioxidant enzyme.

microbial fuel cells (mFC) utilize microbes as catalysts to convert chemical energy to *** used for mFC operation must therefore contain active microbial *** dye reduction-based electron-transfer activity monitoring (DREAm) assay was employed to evaluate different inocula used in mFCs for their microbial bioelectrical *** assay utilizes the redox property of methylene Blue to undergo color change from blue to colorless state upon microbial *** extent of methylene Blue reduction was denoted as the DREAm assay *** assay was initially performed on a microbial culture along with the growth curve and estimation of colony forming units (CFUs).DREAm coefficient correlated to the CFU/m L obtained over time as growth *** assay was then extended to water samples (domestic sewage,lake and a man-made pond) serving as inocula in *** wastewater gave the highest DREAm coefficient (0.300±0.05),followed by pond (0.224±0.07) and lake (0.157±0.04) water *** density obtained conformed to the DREAm coefficient values,with the three samples generating power densities of 46.45±5.1,36.12±3.2 and 25.08±4.3 m W/m^2 *** have also studied the role of addition of various carbon sources and their concentrations towards improving the sensitivity of the *** DREAm assay is a rapid,easy-to-perform and cost-effective method to assess inocula for their suitability as anolytes in terms of electron transfer potential in mFCs.
