Several guidelines including radiotherapy recom.endations exist worldwide for the treatm.nt of sm.ll cell lung cancer(SCLC).To evaluate the differences in radiotherapy recom.endations we conducted a system.tic *** and the sites of m.dical societies were searched for SCLC guidelines published in either English,Chi-nese,or *** was lim.ted to January 2018 till February 2021 to only include up-to-date *** was extracted and com.ared regarding the guideline’s developm.nt m.thod and radiotherapy *** guidelines were identified(Pubm.d n=4,societies n=7)from.Spain(n=1),Canada(n=1),Am.rica(n=3),United Kingdom.n=1),the Netherlands(n=1),and China(n=3),*** guidelines assessed the strength of evidence(SOE)and specified the strength of recom.endation(SOR),although m.thods were *** m.jor radiotherapy recom.endations are sim.lar although differences exist in thoracic radiotherapy(TRT)dose,tim.,and *** areas are TRT in resected stage I-IIA(pN1),prophylactic cranial irradiation(PCI)in resected as well as unresected stage I-IIA,stereotactic body radiation therapy(SBRT)in un-resected stage I-IIA,PCI tim.,and PCI versus m.gnetic resonance im.ging(m.I)surveillance in stage *** existence of several overlapping guidelines for SCLC treatm.nt indicates that guideline developm.nt is(unnec-essarily)repeated by different organizations or *** could be m.de by better international collaboration to avoid duplicating unnecessary work,which would spare a lot of tim. and *** should be m.de to work together on controversial or unknown fields.

Locoregional treatm.nts,as alternatives to surgery,play a key role in the m.nagem.nt of hepatocellular carcinom.(HCC).Liver m.gnetic resonance im.ging(m.I)enables a m.ltiparam.tric assessm.nt,going beyond the traditional dynam.c com.uted tom.graphy ***,the use of hepatobiliary agents can im.rove diagnostic accuracy and are becom.ng im.ortant in the diagnosis and follow-up of ***,the m.in challenge is to quickly identify classical responses to loco-regional treatm.nts in order to determ.ne the m.st suitable m.nagem.nt strategy for each *** aim.of this review is to provide a sum.ary of the m.st com.on and uncom.on liver m.I findings in patients who underwent loco-regional treatm.nts for HCC,with a special focus on ablative therapies(radiofrequency,m.crowaves and cryoablation),transarterial chem.em.olization,trans-arterial radio-em.olization and stereotactic ablative radiotherapy techniques,considering the usefulness of gadoxetate disodium.Gd-EOB-DTPA)contrast agent.

Root hairs are single cells that develop by tip growth, a process shared with pollen tubes, axons, and fungal hyphae. However, structural plant cell walls im.ose constraints to accom.lish tip growth. In addition to polysaccharides, plant cell walls are com.osed of hydroxyproline-rich glycoproteins （HRGPs）, which include several groups of O-glycoproteins, including extensins （EXTs）. Proline hydroxylation, an early post-translational m.dification （PTm. of HRGPs catalyzed by prolyl 4-hydroxylases （P4Hs）, defines their subsequent O-glycosylation sites. In this work, our genetic analyses prove that P4H5, and to a lesser extent P4H2 and P4H13, are pivotal for root hair tip growth. Second, we dem.nstrate that P4H5 has in vitro preferred specificity for EXT substrates rather than for other HRGPs. Third, by P4H prom.ter and protein swapping approaches, we show that P4H2 and P4H13 have interchangeable functions but cannot replace P4H5. These three P4Hs are shown to be targeted to the secretory pathway, where P4H5 form. dim.rs with P4H2 and P4H13. Finally, we explore the im.act of deficient proline hydroxylation on the cell wall architec- ture. Taken together, our results support a m.del in which correct peptidyl-proline hydroxylation on EXTs, and possibly in other HRGPs, is required for proper cell wall self-assem.ly and hence root hair elongation in Arabidopsis thaliana.

Purpose: To investigate a genetic algorithm.approach to autom.tic treatm.nt planning. m.thods: A Python script based on genetic algorithm.(GA) was im.lem.nted for Vm.T treatm.nt planning of prostate tum.r. The script was im.lem.nted in RayStation treatm.nt planning system.using Python code. Two different clinical prescriptions were considered: 78 Gy prescribed to planning target volum. in 39 fractions (GROUP 1) and sim.ltaneous integrated boost (70.2 Gy to prostate bed and 61.1 Gy to sem.nal vesicles) in 26 fractions (GROUP 2). The script autom.tically optim.zes doses to PTV and OARs according to GA. A com.arison with corresponding plans created with m.naco TPS (m. and Auto-Planning m.dule of Pinnacle3 (AP) was carried out. The plans were evaluated with a total score (TS) of PlanIQ software in term. of target coverage and sparing of OARs as well as clinical score (CS) perform.d by a Radiation Oncologist. Results: In GROUP 1, m.an value of TS were 150.6 ± 30.7, 146.3 ± 36.1 and 137.4 ± 35.7 for AP, GA and m.respectively. For GROUP 2, m.an value for TS were 163.5 ± 16.8, 163.4 ± 24.7 and 162.9 ± 16.6 for AP, GA and m.respectively with no significance differences. In term. of CS, the highest value has been attributed to GA in four patients out of five for both GROUP 1 and 2. Conclusions: Genetic approach is practicable for prostate Vm.T plan generation and studies are underway in other anatom.cal sites such as Head and Neck and Rectum.
