Objectives:Breastfeeding mothers returning to work undertake multiple conflicting roles at home and work that can result in high levels of *** coping skills amongst these mothers can help in planning useful programmes to promote family *** study aims to explore the experiences of working breastfeeding mothers and their coping mechanism against high levels of daily ***:In this qualitative study,we described the experiences of 20 Iranian breastfeeding mothers through in-depth and semi-structured *** interviews were recorded,transcribed and analysed using thematic ***:Two main themes emerged as follows:1) self-management with subthemes of a) attitude reconstruction,b) order and planning,c) creating a boundary between work and family and d) reprioritising life affairs;and 2) seeking help with subthemes of a) family member support,b) childcare facilities and c) ***:Findings suggest that women need support from family members and family-friendly policies at the *** mothers may benefit from educational programmes that focus on effective coping strategies.

monitoring Groundwater and Its Suitability for Drinking and Irrigation Purposes in the Sharif Abad Basin, Central Iran

The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality and quantity of groundwater in Sharif Abad Basin, located in Central Iran. The analysis of data collected from 24 observation wells indicated that the mean water table has plummeted about 0.896 m/year during 19 years between 1993 and 2013 due to illegal groundwater pumping, which is the main cause of groundwater quality deterioration in this area. Seventeen samples were collected and analyzed to study physicochemical characteristics of groundwater such as pH, Hardness, Chloride (Cl), Electrical Conductivity (EC) and Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) values. The results were compared to drinking water quality standard published by World Health Organization (WHO) and it was concluded that none of the water samples?was?potable. The spatial distribution of anions and cations followed an increasing pattern eastwards towards the Salt Lake. The analysis of Hydrochemical facies of groundwater using Piper diagram indicated that the major type of groundwater in this basin is Na-Cl, which is mainly different from common type of fresh water in Iran (Ca-HCO3). Suitability of groundwater for irrigation purpose was assessed using Wilcox diagram and it was shown that all the water samples in 2013 belonged to C4S4 category, meaning they were not suitable for irrigation either. According to the ratio of chloride-bicarbonate, 100% of the samples were contaminated by saltwater intrusion. Also, the sodium-chloride ratio indicated that almost 60% of samples were contaminated by Halite solution. The presence of this solution proves the presence of salt domes in this area.

Somaclonal variation in tissue culture is a common phenomenon induced by various external or internal environmental conditions,resulting in heritable or non-heritable alterations in gene expression. One crucial mechanism involved in plant growth and development is epigenetic regulation. A highly dynamic epigenome can respond to environmental changes by regulating gene expression. DNA methylation is one of these epigenetic modifications that can alter gene expression in tissue-cultured pineapple plants. The underlying mechanism of such somaclonal variations in pineapple and the epigenetic regulation involvement in somaclonal variations has not been studied. This study performed DNA methylome and transcriptome sequencing of wild-type(WT) and mutant pineapple plants(WS, HW, and TW). We observed altered DNA methylation patterns in chlorophyll development in the mutants. Specifically, we noticed that the methylation levels in the CHG and CHH contexts were lower in the gene body regions compared to the upstream and downstream regions. We identified several thousand differentially methylated regions(DmRs) located at the gene body regions, some of which overlapped with the differentially expressed genes(DEGs). Functional enrichment analyses suggested that these genes were involved in chlorophyll metabolism. Thus, our results revealed that the transcriptional regulation of many chlorophyll metabolic essential genes could be regulated by DNA methylation caused by somaclonal variations and provided insights into epigenetic mechanisms underlying the regulation of chlorosis in pineapple plants.

Thin-Plate Spline Analysis of Diversity in Field Populations of Codling moth, Cydia pomonella L. （Lep., Tortricidae） in North West of Iran

In order to study morphological diversity of codling moth, Cydia pomonella （L.） using thin-plate spline analysis, nine geographical populations from four north western provinces of Iran namely East Azarbayjan, West Azarbayjan, Ardebil and Zandjan were collected during 2003 and 2004. 575 and 564 images were prepared from fore and hind wings, respectively. Then 15 and 11 landmarks were determined from fore and hind wings, respectively. With transforming of landmark＇s two dimensional coordinate data into partial warp scores, 26 and 18 scores were generated for fore and hind wings, respectively. Cluster analysis based on wing shape variables using Ward＇s algorithm assigned nine geographical populations into two groups. The pattern of grouping based on fore and hind wings was different in both sexes. Principal component analysis revealed discrimination between geographic populations and confirmed the result of cluster analysis. Among environmental parameters, wind speed showed the highest correlation with wing shape variables. Non significant correlation was observed between geographic and morphological distance matrices as revealed by mantel test.

Virtual Water Trade as a Strategy to Water Resource management in Iran

Agriculture has historically played a central role in the economy, life and culture of the Iranian population. Nowadays, this sector is facing the reality that its natural fresh water resources become fully utilized. Considering the climate conditions and limitation of using new water resources and the necessity of increasing agricultural product as a result of population growth, there is a general doubt about Iran’s ability to maintain this level of production amid the mounting water challenges, among other obstacles. Therefore, the evaluation of virtual water and water footprint can provide new indicators for informing water policy decisions. So, in order to study the situation at the national level, we estimated virtual water consumption in term of virtual water theory as well water footprint in agriculture sector of Iran. Data from 2001-2008 were used to account for yearly. The results of this study show that Iran has water import dependency and also net water import is 12.7 billion m3 averages. So Iran country saved 12.7 billion m3 from their domestic water resource for utilization in other sectors. Finally, it should be concluded that virtual water trade as a policy measure to water resources management will be provided to a great extent in order to reach both significant water saving and environmental sustainability.

Plantar Fascia and Foot Structure and Function in Living Individual： A Literature Review

The purpose of this literature review is better comprehension about role of the plantar fascia on the structure （arch height） and function （adaptation） of the foot and ankle in living individual. It has long been accepted that plantar fascia supports medial longitudinal arch both in weight bearing and locomotion. Literatures were reviewed through a systematic method. First, current knowledge about plantar fascia properties were established and analyzed; second, previous studies and methods to study plantar fascia were analyzed; finally, the problems in previous researches to study plantar fascia were argued. It was found that plantar fascia affects foot arch and foot adaptation under vertical load in living individual. In accordance with results of this literature review, the modification of plantar fascia thickness under vertical load is specific property of the plantar fascia in living individual. Additionally, the specific property of plantar fascia can help clinicians to diagnose the necessity of plantar fascia assessment along its length.

Carpal tunnel syndrome(CTS) is the most commonly diagnosed disabling condition of the upper extremities. It is the most commonly known and prevalent type of peripheral entrapment neuropathy that accounts for about 90% of all entrapment neuropathies. This review aims to provide an outline of CTS by considering anat-omy, pathophysiology, clinical manifestation, diagnostic modalities and management of this common condition, with an emphasis on the diagnostic imaging evaluation.

The partial update adaptive filters are very useful in different applications of signal processing due to reduction in computational complexity. This paper compares the performance of various partial update adaptive filter algorithms in system identification application. These algorithms are periodic, sequential, and stochastic partial update version of the least mean squares （LmS）, normalized LmS （NLmS）, and affine projection algorithms （APA）. Also, the m-max version of these algorithms is presented. Simulation results show that the partial update adaptive algorithms have comparable performance with the full update adaptive filters. Furthermore, the computational complexity of this family of adaptive filters is lower than full update version of adaptive algorithms.
