We study the leader-following consensus stability and stabilization of networked multi-teleoperator systems with interval time-varying communication delays. With the construction of a suitable Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and the utilization of the reciprocally convex approach, novel delay-dependent consensus stability and stabilization conditions for the systems are established in terms of linear matrix inequalities, which can easily be solved by various effective optimization algorithms. One illustrative example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

Connecting earthquake nucleation in basement rock to fluid injection in basal,sedimentary reservoirs,depends heavily on choices related to the poroelastic properties of the fluid-rock system,thermo-chemical effects *** constraints on these parameters outside of laboratory settings are rare,and it is commonly assumed that the rock layers are *** the Arbuckle wastewater disposal reservoir in Osage County,Oklahoma,high-frequency formation pressure changes and collocated broadband ground velocities measured during the passing of large teleseismic waves show a poroelastic response of the reservoir that is both azimuthally variable and anisotropic;this includes evidence of static shifts in pressure that presumably relate to changes in local *** azimuthal dependence in both the static response and shear coupling appears related to tectonic stress and strain indicators such as the orientations of the maximum horizontal stress and faults and *** dynamic strains from a nearby borehole strainmeter,we show that the ratio of shear to volumetric strain coupling is~0.41 which implies a mean Skempton's coefficient of A=0.24 over the plausible range of the undrained Poisson's *** these observations are made at relatively low confining pressure and differential stress,we suggest that the hydraulically conductive fracture network is a primary control on the coupling between pore pressure diffusion and elastic stresses in response to natural or anthropogenic sources.

Based on laws of theory of materials strengthening were discribed the experimentally obtained alloying effect in mg-Ga system and shown using program for 3d atomic *** known from our experiments a homogeneous"wavy"microstructure of the diffusion zone forms as result of mass-transfer of molten gallium into the volume of magnesium *** chemical composition shows mg 65%*** Ga 35%*** X-ray spectra diffraction data-mg5Ga2 intermetallic phase *** intermetallic diffusion zone provides the significant strengthening effect of microstructure which was determined experimentally by the indentation *** 3-d visualization shows the reaction and changing of an original crystal structure of magnesium atomic lattice upon diffusion doping with foreign atoms of gallium and then is shown the coalescence of mg5Ga2 intermetallic crystal with crystals surfaces of ***,investigated mg-alloy strengthening at alloying with Ga explained by two main *** first is the formation of intermetallic phases with the ordering and consolidation of the crystal structure of the matrix by the ligature atoms,which is the key factor of the strengthening mechanism fixed ***,when hexagonal and orthorhombic atomic structures growth according to their spatial type,a significant disorientation of structural fragments occurs,an increase in the density of the amorphous transition layer,a twinning of the structure in the interphase boundaries,which leads to the formation of intrinsic mutual deformation and a high level of internal stresses.

This article presents several design techniques to fabricate micro-electro-mechanical systems(mEmS)using standard complementary metal-oxide semiconductor(CmOS)*** were applied to fabricate high yield CmOS-mEmS shielded Lorentz-force magnetometers(LFm).The multilayered metals and oxides of the back-end-of-line(BEOL),normally used for electronic routing,comprise the structural part of the *** most important fabrication challenges,modeling approaches and design solutions are *** that predict the Q factor,sensitivity,Brownian noise and resonant frequency as a function of temperature,gas pressure and design parameters are presented and validated in characterization tests.A number of the fabricated magnetometers were packaged into Quad Flat No-leads(QFN)*** show this process can achieve yields above 95%when the proper design techniques are *** CmOS not being a process for mEmS manufacturing,estimated performance(sensitivity and noise level)is similar or superior to current commercial magnetometers and others built with mEmS ***,typical offsets present in Lorentz-force magnetometers were prevented with a shielding electrode,whose efficiency is ***,several reliability test results are presented,which demonstrate the robustness against high temperatures,magnetic fields and acceleration shocks.

Improved knowledge of the effects of grass and shrub cover in overland flow can provide valuable information for soil and water conservation *** simulated rainfall studies were conducted to determine effects of grass and shrub on runoff and soil loss and to ascertain the relationship between the rate of soil loss and the unit stream power of runoff for a 20°slope subjected to rainfall intensities of 45,87,and 127 mm/*** results indicated that the average runoff rates ranged from 4.2 to 73.1 mm/h for grass plots and from 9.3 to 58.2 mm/h for shrub *** rates from shrub plots were less than those from grass plots for all but the 45 mm/h rainfall intensity regime. Average soil loss rates varied from 5.7 to 120.3 g/min.m~2 for grass plots and from 5.6 to 84.4 g/min.m~2 for shrub *** loss rates from shrub plots were generally lower than those from grass *** and soil loss were strongly influenced by soil surface conditions due to the formation of erosion pits and *** rate of soil loss increased linearly with the unit stream power of runoff on both grass and shrub *** unit stream power values were 0.0127 m/s for grass plots and 0.0169 m/s for shrub *** plots showed a greater stability to resist soil detachment and transport by surface flow than grass plots.

This paper proposes new delay-dependent synchronization criteria for coupled Hopfield neural networks with time-varying delays. By construction of a suitable Lyapunov Krasovskii＇s functional and use of Finsler＇s lemma, novel synchronization criteria for the networks are established in terms of linear matrix inequalities （LmIs） which can be easily solved by various effective optimization algorithms. Two numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

In this paper we consider nonlinear delay diffusion-reaction equations with initial and Dirichlet boundary conditions. The behaviour and the stability of the solution of such initial boundary value problems （IBVPs） are studied using the energy method. Simple numerical methods are considered for the computation of numerical approximations to the solution of the nonlinear IBVPs. Using the discrete energy method we study the stability and convergence of the numerical approximations. Numerical experiments are carried out to illustrate our theoretical results.
