Background:Toxoplasma gondii is a zoonotic coccidian parasite causing morbidity and *** Yemen,*** infection has been reported among pregnant women seeking healthcare in the main ***,no data are available on the prevalence of *** infection and its associated risk factors among pregnant women in the rural communities of the ***,the present study aimed to determine the seroprevalence of *** and identify its risk factors among pregnant women in the rural communities of Taiz governorate,***:A total of 359 pregnant women living in the rural communities of Taiz governorate were enrolled in this study by house-to-house *** were collected using a pre-designed questionnaire,and blood samples were collected and tested for the detection of *** Igm and IgG antibodies by enzyme-linked immunosorbent ***:The prevalence of *** infection among pregnant women in this study was 46.2%(166/359).Bivariate analysis identified the age of≥30 years(odds ratio[OR]=1.7;95%confidence interval[CI]=1.09-2.65,P=0.019)and unimproved water sources(OR=2.2;95%CI=1.10-4.55,P=0.023)as factors associated with *** infection among pregnant *** multivariable analysis,however,identified unimproved water sources as an independent risk factor(adjusted OR=2.4;95%CI=1.16-5.0,P=0.018)associated with *** infection among pregnant ***:Pregnant women in the rural communities of Taiz,Yemen are at high risk of contracting *** *** water sources(wells,water streams and water tanks)are significantly associated with *** infection and should be considered in prevention and control strategies,especially among pregnant women.

Testing is an integral part of software *** fastpaced system developments have rendered traditional testing techniques ***,automated testing techniques are needed to adapt to such system developments ***-based testing(mBT)is a technique that uses system models to generate and execute test cases *** was identified that the test data generation(TDG)in many existing model-based test case generation(mB-TCG)approaches were still *** automatic and effective TDG can further reduce testing cost while detecting more *** study proposes an automated TDG approach in mB-TCG using the extended finite state machine model(EFSm).The proposed approach integrates mBT with combinatorial *** information available in an EFSm model and the boundary value analysis strategy are used to automate the domain input classifications which were done manually by the existing *** results showed that the proposed approach was able to detect 6.62 percent more faults than the conventionalmB-TCG but at the same time generated 43 more *** proposed approach effectively detects faults,but a further treatment to the generated tests such as test case prioritization should be done to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of testing.

This paper involves the systematic,integrated and unified design of an automatic apple grading *** are placed on a constant-speed conveyor system and graded based on 2 parameters:weight and *** weight detection,a piezo-resistive load cell(ELAF-T1-m-10 L)is *** colour detection,an RGB colour sensor(46 CLR-D5 LAC3-D5)is *** the apples are equal to or above a pre-set weight threshold of 0.08 kg and if the colour of the apple is red,green or yellow,they are graded in to three bins(bin 1:red apples,bin 2:green apples,bin 3:yellow apples).If the weight is below the threshold and/or if the colour of the apple is not red,green or yellow,they are sent to a reject *** weight and colour requirements have to be met to be successfully graded,otherwise the apple is *** linear actuators(PA-15),actuated by combined signals from load cell,colour sensor and photoelectric sensors(OBR2000-R2)positioned very close to the actuators,are used to eject the apples to the correct bins.A digital magnetic speed sensor(DIGISPEC 0090/0091)is used to monitor the speed of the motor and maintain the required constant conveyor *** grade conveyor belt(nS20 UFmT)is used to design the conveyor and direct drive DC motor(DmS07 G)is used to move the conveyor *** this paper,the functionality,operation,important parameters and justifications for choosing individual components have been provided as well as detailed explanations of the overall system operation,along with potential drawbacks of proposed *** calculations necessary for system design are also provided.

Thar coalfield is a new coalfield in Pakistan with estimated lignite resource of more than 175 billion tons. Resource planning is an essential part of the strategic plan for optimal and economical exploitation of Thar lignite. main objective of the present research is to assess Thar coalfield as a single deposit and identify the areas suitable for surface mining, underground mining and waste dump at Thar coalfield. The cumulative stripping ratio distribution map has been developed for Thar coalfield, covering an area of 1691.04 km2 around 12 exploratory blocks. Lithological data of 693 drill holes have been used to calculate the cumulative stripping ratio in every borehole, which varies from 3.7 m：m to 88.1 m：m with an average value of 12.85 m：m. Cumulative stripping ratio is divided into six ranges, viz： 4-6, 6-8, 8-10, 10-15, 15-20 and 〉20 m：m. Contours are digitized around all boreholes showing various ranges of stripping ratios. From the cumulative stripping ratio distribution map, it is concluded that 665.72 km2 area, which constitutes 39.37% of the total assessed area, is suitable for surface mining and 989.82 km2 area, constituting 58.53%, is appropriate for underground mining and outside waste dumps. Whereas, 2.1% area is no coal zone, only suitable for outside waste dumping. The developed map of cumulative stripping ratio distribution may be used as a guide map for the preparation of mining master plan for Thar coalfield.

Land use changes profoundly affect the equilibrium of soil organic carbon(soC)sequestration and greenhouse gas *** the current global climatic changes,it is vital to understand the influence of ecological restoration and conservation management on the dynamics of soC under different land uses,especially in erosion-endangered Loess ***,we investigated changes in soc through a suit of labile fractions,namely:light fraction organic C(LFOC),heavy fraction organic C(HFOC),coarse particulate organic C(CPOC),fine particulate organic C(FPOC),and dissolved organic C(DOC),from two forests i.e.,Robinia pseudoacacia(RP)and Platycladus orientalis(PO),with different ages,in comparison with farmland(FL).The SOC and STn contents significantly increased over 42 years in the RP forest where the contents of CPOC and FPOC were significantly higher than in the ***,total SOC and its labile fractions,in the studied land use types,significantly correlated with soil CacO3,pH,and STn contents,indicating their key roles in SoC *** results reported here from different vegetation with different ages provide a better understanding of sOC and STn alterations at different stages of vegetation *** findings suggest that long-term natural vegetation restoration could be an effective approach for SoC sequestration and soil conservation on the Loess soil.

Objectives: To determine the cytotoxicity of crude ethanolic extract, n-butanol fraction and aqueous fraction on selected cancer cell lines, and to observe the morphological changes of the cancer cells treated with n-butanol ***: The cytotoxic effect of n-butanol fraction, crude ethanolic extract and aqueous fraction on breast cancer(mCF-7 and mDA-mB-231), colon cancer(HT29), lung cancer(A549), cervical cancer(He La) and normal mouse fibroblast(3T3) cell lines was determined using mTT assay. The morphological changes of the treated cells were observed under an inverted light ***: n-Butanol fraction was the most cytotoxic towards HT29 and mCF-7 cells in a dose-dependent manner compared to crude ethanolic extract and aqueous fraction(P n-butanol fraction for HT29 and mCF-7 was(780.00 ± 28.28)and(895.00 ± 7.07) mg/m L, respectively. Cell shrinkage, membrane blebbing and formation of apoptotic bodies were noted following treatment of HT29 cells with n-butanol ***: In conclusion, n-butanol fraction was more cytotoxic than crude ethanolic extract and aqueous fraction towards the selected cancerous cell lines and induced apoptosis in HT29 cells.

孟加拉国的河流淡水资源量位居世界第三。3条主要河流即恒河、雅鲁藏布江和梅克纳河，径流量仅次于流经巴西的亚马孙和非洲的刚果河。需要指出的是，流经孟加拉国的237条河流中有57条穿过盂加拉国国界（国际河流）。流经恒河与雅鲁藏布江的年径流量，水平铺在孟加拉国国土上约有5．5m深。盂加拉国平均年降雨量2000mm，而且90％集中在雨季。因此，所有的有效水量平铺在孟加拉国国土上约有7．5m深。然而，盂加拉国11月至次年5月依然面临水资源短缺，同时，由于降雨及其径流的年际不均，还遭受洪水威胁。3～5月份，西南、西北地区非常干燥，河流出现季节性断流。位于中部和东部的河流由于受到海湾潮汐的影响，至少是在潮位较高的时候，可以保持不断流。本研究提出一些通过提高管理水平保持阿德赖河和巴拉河全年不断的方法途径，有助于提高农作物的产量和渔业产量。
