The numbers of cases and deaths due to the COVID-19 virus have increased daily all around the *** X-ray is considered very useful and less time-consuming for monitoring COVID *** doubt,X-ray is considered as a quick screening method,but due to variations in features of images which are of X-rays category with Corona confirmed cases,the domain expert is *** address this issue,we proposed to utilize deep learning *** this study,the dataset of COVID-19,lung opacity,viral pneumonia,and lastly healthy patients’images of category X-rays are utilized to evaluate the performance of the Swin transformer for predicting the COVID-19 patients *** performance of the Swin transformer is compared with the other seven deep learning models,including ResNet50,DenseNet121,InceptionV3,EfficientNetB2,VGG19,ViT,CaIT,Swim transformer provides 98%recall and 96%accuracy on corona affected images of the X-ray *** proposed approach is also compared with state-of-the-art techniques for COVID-19 diagnosis,and proposed technique is found better in terms of *** system could support clin-icians in screening patients for COVID-19,thus facilitating instantaneous treatment for better effects on the health of COVID-19 ***,this paper can contribute to saving humanity from the adverse effects of trials that the Corona virus might bring by performing an accurate diagnosis over Corona-affected patients.

The problems of optimal control (OCPs) related to PDEs are a very active area of research. These problems deal with the processes of mechanical engineering, heat aeronautics, physics, hydro and gas dynamics, the physics of plasma and other real life problems. In this paper, we deal with a class of the constrained OCP for parabolic systems. It is converted to new unconstrained OCP by adding a penalty function to the cost functional. The existence solution of the considering system of parabolic optimal control problem (POCP) is introduced. In this way, the uniqueness theorem for the solving POCP is introduced. Therefore, a theorem for the sufficient differentiability conditions has been proved.

Long QT syndrome (LQT) is a disease of cardiac repolarization caused by alterations in the transmembrane potassium and sodium currents. This results in prolongation of the QT interval on electrocardiography (EKG) and can result in torsade de pointes and sudden cardiac death. We present a case of a patient who has Anderson Tawil syndrome;a congenital long QT syndrome, with a history of cardiac arrhythmias who developed acute paranoid schizophrenia that was refractory to treatment with non-QT-prolonging drugs and required institution of neuroleptics to control her psychiatric symptoms.

In the world, there are more than 370 million indigenous and tribal people with especial culture and traditions. The Chakma’s is one of the groups of indigenous people dwelling Chittagong hill tracts in Bangladesh. Chakma’s has its own culture, tradition, literature, and costume designs. The design costumes of the Chakma’s play an essential role. The Chakma’s preserved their textile design in “Alam”. Alam is a kind of cloth embroidered with various designs carrying the heritage of the Chakma. The use of Alam began approximately 500 years ago. All used clothing in Chakma society is weaved manually in the back-strap loom, which is generally very time-consuming— this limits its design aesthetics and universal use. Because of globalisation, the use of the traditional design of Chakma’s are threatened today. Till today in our country and overseas, no attempts were taken for research of the traditional Chakma’s design. The purpose of this research is to upgrade and digitise Chakma’s designs. Furthermore, efforts were made for the automatization of the traditional process to preserve traditional Chakma’s designs. In this study analysis of the fabric designs, pattern structure, colour applications of the traditional Aalam design were constructed using small prototype Rapier loom technology. We found that most of the single designs of the Alam were possible to weave in small prototype modern loom. On the other hand, intricate designs were not possible to weave in small prototype loom but are possible in the jacquard loom. The key idea is to establish an approach to modernise the traditional weaving process in order to make it convenient, economical and less time-consuming.

The south west coastal zone of Bangladesh have been affected by rampant water logging due to vulnerable climate, silted rivers and stumpy terrain;and introduction of IWRm and TRm at some places of the zone has substantially safeguarded the circumstance. This study aims to assess the benefits achieved due to implementation of IWRm in parts of Khulna and Jessore districts, and investigate some technical aspects evolving TRm. Analyses have been carried out using satellite images, RS and GIS technology, Digital Elevation model (DEm) and field investigations. A mathematical formulation has been made to assess rate of tidal sedimentation due to TRm and selection strategies of tidal basins. The study comes up with evidences of considerable advancements in regional livelihood i.e. flood resistance, cultivated lands, cultivable area, cropping intensities and food security due to IWRm. moreover, the technical facts established on TRm would help planners to have vivid perception regarding the process.

This work aimed to investigate the biosorption of lead by free and immobilized bacterial cell. Twenty four samples were collected from the wastewater of batteries factory in AL-Waziria district for the period from June to Sept. 2004, three species of bacteria have been isolated from this wastewater： Enterobacter agglomerans, E. gergoviae, and E. sakazakii. The results revealed a high variation in the ability of these bacteria for lead biosorption, the bacteria E. agglomerans （ES） was the most efficient compared to the other bacterial species. A laboratory plant with continuous flow system was designed for lead ions removal from standards aqueous solutions, as the cells were immobilized using： white sand, charcoal, agar and calcium alginate. However, the cells immobilized to calcium alginate were the most efficient in removal of lead ions （98%）. Present study also determined the optimal conditions for the biosorptJon of lead ions which were temperature 40℃ and pH 4 with one hour contiguity between the immobilized bacteria and solution. Different washing solutions were used fo~： recovering the lead ions that have been biosorbed on the bacterial walls, 0.1 m EDTA was the most efficient. Preferential biosorption by E. agglomerans （E5） to copper and cadmium was determined, result showed that the order of this preferential capability was： Cu 〉 Pb 〉 Cd. No significant differences were found in the biosorption of lead ions by alive and dead E. agglomerans （E5）. The designed lab plant containing bacterial cells binding on calcium alginate was able to uptake all lead ions from all samples of industrial wastewater of batteries factory.

Jute fiber (woven fabric, 1 × 1 plain weave) reinforced polypropylene matrix composites were prepared by compression molding with various fiber loading such as 30%, 40%, 46%, 50%, 55% by weight. The mechanical properties such as tensile strength (TS), bending strength (BS), tensile modulus (Tm), bending modulus (Bm) and impact strength (IS) of the composite were assessed and analyzed. The highest value of TS, BS, Tm, Bm and IS were 68.1 mPa, 94.1 mPa, 2936 mPa, 4831 mPa and 14.5 kJ/m2 respectively with 50% fiber loading by weight. It was found that the mechanical properties of the composites were increased with the increase in jute fiber content up to 50% by weight;however, further increase in fiber loading the value decreased. On the basis of fiber content, 50% fiber reinforced composites had the optimum set of mechanical properties. Initially the water absorption rate was higher and then it became slower and static with time. Chemical ageing test with various chemical media such as H2O2, NaOH, HCl and NaCl were performed up to 168 hours. After first 24 hours the composite samples showed gradual weight gain (%) and then the weight gain was become slow and steady in the chemical solution.

Neonatal mortality is of global concern, it is the death in the first month of life. According to WHO, 2.4 million children died globally in the first month of life2. Globally the neonatal mortality rate declined slowly from 28/100 live births in 2000 to 17.9/100 live births in 2019. It is a major challenge for the low socioeconomic group of countries. most neonatal deaths occurred in south Asia and African countries, in 2019 out of 2.4 million death 81% occurred in the Southeast Asia. Objective: To evaluate and improve cord care practices of mothers to reduce the risk of cord related infections. methodology: The mixed method will be used in this research, questionnaire is used for data collection, total collected sample is 391. Results: 354 (91.0%) of the 394 patients analyzed obtained prenatal care (ANC) in both traditional and nontraditional settings. Among these, 288 (72.3%) got cord care health education, whereas 106 (27.7%) did not. The overall documentation of the instructions for the use of metabolized spirits alone included 116 (48.9%) teaching institutions and 103 (43.5%) private hospitals. the average results show the age of the baby 1 - 7 days, the average age of the mother is 18 - 25 years. The average education of the mothers is primary. Participation of health centers is average. most of the participants has 1 child. Conclusion: This research concludes the poor umbilical cord practices and knowledge. Those with information used it better. Raise awareness about umbilical cord care and improper behaviors, including using mentholated balms. Before women leave the hospital, they should learn cord care. mothers must clean wires. Several healthcare organizations don’t provide cord care instruction, and what they provide isn’t research-based.
