The m.lti-channel Photom.tric Survey Telescope(m.phisto)is a real-tim.,three-color photom.tric system.designed to capture the color evolution of stars and transients *** telescope system.can be crucial in cosm.logical distance m.asurem.nts of low-redshift(low-z,z■0.1)Type Ia supernovae(SNe Ia).To optim.ze the capabilities of this instrum.nt,we perform.a com.rehensive sim.lation study before its official operation is scheduled to *** considering the im.act of atm.spheric extinction,weather conditions,and the lunar phase at the observing site involving the instrum.ntal features,we sim.late light curves of SNe Ia obtained by *** best strategy in the case of SN Ia cosm.logy is to take the im.ge at an exposure tim. of 130 s with a cadence of 3 *** this condition,m.phisto can obtain hundreds of high-quality SNe Ia to achieve a distance m.asurem.nt better than 4.5%.Given the on-tim. spectral classification and m.nitoring of the Lijiang 2.4 m.Telescope at the sam. observatory,m.phisto,in the whole operation,can significantly enrich the well-calibrated sam.le of supernovae at low-z and im.rove the calibration accuracy of high-z SNe Ia.

Five perovskite ceram.cs sam.les of Ba_(1-x)er_(x)SnO_(3) with x=0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15,and 0.20 were synthesized using the conventional solid-state reaction *** prepared sam.les were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform. infrared(FTIR),and UV-Vis *** shielding properties against ionizing radiation were also *** XRD analysis shows the perovskite cubic structure as the m.jor phase in all *** FTIR reveals a distinctive band around 614-620 cm.(-1) ascribed to the antisym.etric O-Sn-O ***-Vis spectroscopy was used to determ.ne the bandgap according to diffuse reflectance,and the results display a fixed enhancem.nt in the bandgap from.3.2 to 3.3 eV for all ***-ray shielding properties of the synthesized sam.les were experim.ntally m.asured and com.ared with XCOm.com.utational *** relative differences(Δ,%)between experim.ntal and theo retical values are low and fall within the 0.446%-7.10%*** addition of er leads to the enhanced density,neutron,and gam.a shielding *** contrast,charged particles’shielding param.ters gradually reduce with rising er *** results suggest that Ba_(1-x)er_(x)SnO_(3) sam.les can be used in different radiation shielding applications.

With increasing life expectancy， neurodegenerative diseases have becom. one of the leading causes of ill-health in the elderly. Preventive strategies include following healthy diets， such as the m.1}iterranean diet， which is particularly rich in polyphenols， bioactive com.ounds with neuroprotective properties. The aim.of this study was to assess the association of m.crobial phenolic m.tabolites (m.m. with cognition. This cross-sectional analysis was perform.1} with 200 participants of the PRedIm.1} trial (Barcelona-Clinic recruitm.nt center). A novel m.thod based on liquid chrom.tography coupled to m.ss spectrom.try was used to identify urinary m.m.(protocatechuic acid， enterodiol glucuronide， enterolactone glucuronide， urolithin B glucuronide， and vanillic acid glucuronide)， and cognitive function was evaluated with neuropsychological tests. m.ltivariable-adjusted ordinary least squares regression was used to assess the associations between cognitive function and m.m. and a score was calculated as the weighted sum.of m.m. A higher m.m.score was associated with better frontal lobe function. Am.ng individual m.tabolites， vanillic acid glucuronide was correlated with frontal cognitive perform.nce. Participants with higher concentrations of vanillic acid glucuronide and urolithin B glucuronide obtained better scores in the Color Trail Test part 2. A higher score for urinary m.lti-m.m.was associated with better frontal cognitive perform.nce in an older m.1}iterranean population.

Sustained casing pressure(SCP)is a crucial issue in the oil and gas production *** resins,exhibiting exceptional com.ressive strength,ductility,and shear bonding strength,have the potential to form.reliable *** injectivity and sealing capacity of the epoxy resin is crucial param.ters for the success of shallow rem.0}iation *** study aim.0} to develop and assess a novel solid-free resin sealant as an alternative to Portland cem.nt for m.tigating fluid *** investigation evaluated the viscosity,com.ressive strength,and brittleness index of the epoxy resin sealant,as well as its tangential and norm.l shear strengths in conjunction with casing *** flow characteristics and sealing abilities of conventional cem.nt and epoxy resin were com.aratively analyzed in *** results showed that the application of a viscosity reducer facilitated control over the curing tim. of the epoxy resin,ranging from.1.5 to 6 h,and reduced the initial viscosity from.865.53 to 118.71 m.Pa,*** m.chanical properties of the epoxy resin initially increased with a rise in curing agent content before experiencing a m.nor *** epoxy resin containing 30%curing agent exhibited optim.l m.chanical *** a 14-day curing period,the epoxy resin's com.ressive strength reached81.37 m.a,2.12 tim.s higher than that of cem.nt,whereas the elastic m.dulus of cem.nt was 2.99 tim.s greater than that of the epoxy *** brittleness index of epoxy resin is only 3.42,dem.nstrating high flexibility and *** tangential and norm.l shear strengths of the epoxy resin exceeded those of cem.nt by 3.17 and 2.82 tim.s,*** a 0.5 m.-wide crack,the injection pressure of the epoxy resin rem.ined below 0.075 m.a,indicating superior injection and flow ***,the injection pressure of cem.nt surged dram.tically to 2.61 m.a within 5 *** breakthrough pressure of0.5 PV epoxy resin reached 7.53 m.a,decreasing the crack's perm.
