目的超高场磁共振具有高信噪比和独特的磁敏感对比,使其在无创性脑血管造影尤其是对小静脉的检测有明显优势。本文探讨如何在超高场磁共振7T优化和获取高质量的磁敏感加权像(SWI)静脉造影。方法选择10例正常志愿者作为研究对象,采集一系列7TSWI静脉造影数据并与3T结果作对比。选择参数TR=30～45ms,Te.13～26ms,带宽(BW)=80～140Hz/pixe.,翻转角(FA)=10～25?;所有的数据用同样的图像后处理方式得到最小信号叠加投影(mIP)的SWI静脉造影像,并进行定量化分析。结果图像优化后,我们得到高分辨率的7T静脉造影图像。根据静脉血的T2*选择优化Te.16ms(7T),28ms(3T);FA:15?(3T和7T)。相对于3T,7TSWI图像有较高的信噪比和静脉与周围组织的对比度,并显示出更多的微小静脉。结论超高场SWI静脉造影对于显示微小静脉具有明显的优势。

对库恩的哲学一般解释认为他持有这一观点:竞爭的理论的不可通约性,以及观察的理论负载,几乎使关于竞爭的范式的合理爭论不能进行。如果这种解释反映他的眞正观点的话,那么他的主张显而易见是荒谬的,而且用历史上的相反事例是不难驳倒的。容易驳倒的不是不可通约性命题本身,而是库恩对它的完形(ge.talt,或译格式塔,形态——译注)解释。这种完形解释还歪曲他更为基本的范式的思想,而且本来就是混乱不清。这一重构不乞灵于完形就能够解释和捍卫不可通约性命题,而且还可以说明:诸如常见的戴维森、劳丹等人的批评,以及如巴恩斯(barnes)的不受欢迎的推举,都是根据库恩一定是一位极端主义者的设想,都是针对着他不必持有和不应持有的各种观点的。

背景变应原特异性IgG4 (sIgG4)抗体通常与耐受性相关,目前已有报道称在成人嗜酸性粒细胞性食管炎(e.e.患者中,sIgG4抗体与某些食物有关,但目前尚缺乏儿科患者针对某些食物的sIgG4抗体阳性率及滴度的研究。目的调查e.e.儿和未经选择的对照幼儿中抗某些食物的血清sIgG4水平,并探讨性别、年龄和牛奶摄入量对sIgG4水平的影响。方法对71例e.e.儿和210名青春期儿童(源自未经选择的出生队列,此队列来自Viva项目)的血清进行检测,测定抗牛乳(cow's milk,Cm)中主要蛋白(α乳清蛋白、β乳球蛋白、酪蛋白)、小麦、大豆、鸡蛋、花生蛋白的sIgG4和特异性Ige.(spe.ific Ige.sIge.水平。结果与对照组相比,e.e.儿血清中抗牛乳蛋白sIgG4滴度(≥10μg/ml)普遍升高,两组的比值比为5. 5～8. 4,而e.e.儿抗牛乳蛋白sIge.平多≤4 U/ml,因此sIgG4/sIge.比值通常≥10 000。当对年龄和牛奶摄入量进行调整后发现,高滴度的抗牛乳蛋白sIgG4水平与e.e.关;男性儿童中3种抗牛乳蛋白sIgG4水平在病例组与对照组的比值比均>20。结论与对照组相比,e.e.儿的抗牛乳蛋白sIgG4抗体的阳性率及滴度均增加。虽然尚不清楚这种抗体是否为e.e.致病因素,但sIgG4抗体的增加是引起e.e.部免疫应答的重要特征。
