The collision of a supercooled water droplet with a surface result an object creates ice accretion on the surface. The icing problem in any cold environments leads to severe damages on aircrafts, and a lot of studies on prevention and prediction techniques for icing have been conducted so far. Therefore, it is very important to know the detail of freezing mechanism of supercooled water droplets to improve the anti-and de-icing devices and icing simulation codes. The icing mechanism of a single supercooled water droplet impacting on an object surface would give us great insights for the purpose. In the present study, we develop a dual-luminescent imaging technique to measure the time-resolved temperature of a supercooled water droplet impacting on the surface under different temperature conditions. We apply this technique to measure the exact temperature of a water droplet, and to discuss the detail of the freezing process.

microscopes in vacuum ultraviolet and soft X-ray regions using a normal incidence type of Schwarzschild objective are reviewed. The objective consists of a concave mirror and a convex mirror coated with a high reflectance multilayer,having a large numerical aperture comparing with other objectives. The microscopes have been used to diagnose inertia-confinement-fusion plasmas,and to investigate small samples or microstructures of in- organic and organic materials by imaging them using laboratory light sources. Synchrotron radiation has been also used to obtain a microbeam for a photoelectron scanning microscope with a spatial resolution of 0.1 μm. The struc- ture and performance of two laboratory microscopes developed at Tohoku University are demonstrated. One of them is a soft X-ray emission imaging microscope. An image of an artificial pattern made of W and SiO2 on Si wafer by focusing Si L emission was presented. The other is an ultraviolet photoelectron scanning microscope using a He (he- lium) gas discharge lamp. The valence band spectra of a microcrystal of FeWO4 were presented. Furthermore other applications such as demagnifying optics for lithography and optics to gather fluorescence for emission spectroscopy are introduced.

The occurrence of midnight Equatorial Plasma Bubbles(EPBs)during the June solstice period of the ascending phase of solar cycle 24,from 2010 to 2014,was studied using data from the 47 mHz Equatorial Atmosphere Radar(EAR)at Kototabang,*** analysis shows that the occurrence of midnight hour EPBs was at its maximum during the low solar activity year 2010 and monotonically decreased thereafter with increasing solar *** of the dependence of midnight hour EPB occurrence on solar activity were investigated using SAmI2 model simulation with a realistic input of E×B drift velocity data obtained from the CINDI-IVm onboard the C/NOFS *** obtained from term-by-term analysis of the flux tube integrated linear growth rate of RT instability indicate that the formation of a high flux tube electron content height gradient(steep vertical gradient)region at higher altitudes,due to the elevated F layer,is the key factor enhancing the growth rate of RT instability during low solar activity June *** factors are discussed in light of the relatively weak westward zonal electric field in the presence of the equatorward neutral wind and north-to-south transequatorial wind around the midnight hours of low solar activity June *** discussed are the initial seeding of RT instability by mSTIDs and how the threshold height required for EPB development varies with solar activity.

本研究的目的是确定甲基cellosolve(mC)二甘醇(DEG)、甘醇(EG)和1,2-丙三醇(1、2Propanediol PG)对冷冻的牛体外受精胚胎在支持培养基中进行体外培养和直接移植对其直接用水气是否有益的作用。仅将具有致密卵丘且用已获能精子受精的牛卵母细胞在添加有5％超排牛血清(SCS)中,培养20—22小时(38.5℃,5％CO_2)。7—8日龄胚胎在1.3m甲基cellosolve(mC),1.1m二甘醇(DEG),1.8m甘醇(EG),1.6m丙三醇(PG)和1.1m buthylene glycol(BG)溶液中平衡10分钟,再装入0.25毫升塑料细管中,于0℃放进酒精冷冻机中,然后以-1℃/分钟从0℃降至-6℃植冰,保持10分钟,再以-0.3℃/分或-0.5℃/分降到-30℃。在将塑料管入液氮中保存。在30℃水浴中解冻后,把胚胎放入TCm-199中(内含5％SCS)培养48小时,进行胚胎的直接再水化。解冻后发育至较晚阶段且形态好的胚胎被认为是存活的。将放入每种冷冻保护剂中的某些胚胎在不去掉冷冻保护剂的情况下进行非手术移植,在冷冻和直接再水化期间,对于保护孵化胚胎的浓度来说1.8m EG(64.3％)和1.3m mC(54.5％),1.1m DEG(60.0％)要优于其他浓空。胚胎冷冻的速度中(0.3℃/分和0.5℃/分)没有明显差异(P≤0.05),但是以0.3℃降温时,体外培养后形成孵化胚胎的比率为64.6％(31/48);而以0.

This study examines the nonlinear behaviors of a clamped-clamped porous pipe made of a functionally graded material(FGm) that conveys fluids and is equipped with a retaining clip, focusing on primary resonance and subcritical dynamics. The nonlinear governing equations for the FGm pipe are derived by the extended Hamilton's principle, and subsequently discretized through the application of the Galerkin *** direct method of multi-scales is then used to solve the derived equations. A thorough analysis of various parameters, including the clip stiffness, the power-law index, the porosity, and the clip location, is conducted to gain a comprehensive understanding of the system's nonlinear dynamics. Through the analysis of the first natural frequency, the study highlights the influence of the flow velocity and the clip stiffness, while the comparisons with metallic pipes emphasize the role of FGm composition. The examination of the forced response curves reveals saddle-node bifurcations and their dependence on parameters such as the detuning parameter and the power-law index, offering valuable insights into the system's nonlinear resonant behavior. Furthermore, the frequency-response curves illustrate the hardening nonlinearities influenced by factors such as the porosity and the clip stiffness, revealing nuanced effects on the system response and resonance characteristics. This comprehensive analysis enhances the understanding of nonlinear behaviors in FGm porous pipes with a retaining clip, providing key insights for practical engineering applications in system design and optimization.
