Implicit Continuous User Authentication for mobile Devices based on Deep Reinforcement Learning

The predominant method for smart phone accessing is conﬁned to methods directing the authentication by means of Point-of-Entry that heavily depend on physiological biometrics like,ﬁngerprint or face.Implicit continuous authentication initiating to be loftier to conventional authentication mechanisms by continuously conﬁrming users’identities on continuing basis and mark the instant at which an illegitimate hacker grasps dominance of the session.However,divergent issues remain unaddressed.This research aims to investigate the power of Deep Reinforcement Learning technique to implicit continuous authentication for mobile devices using a method called,Gaussian Weighted Cauchy Kriging-based Continuous Czekanowski’s(GWCK-CC).First,a Gaussian Weighted Non-local mean Filter Preprocessing model is applied for reducing the noise pre-sent in the raw input face images.Cauchy Kriging Regression function is employed to reduce the dimensionality.Finally,Continuous Czekanowski’s Clas-siﬁcation is utilized for proﬁcient classiﬁcation between the genuine user and attacker.By this way,the proposed GWCK-CC method achieves accurate authen-tication with minimum error rate and time.Experimental assessment of the pro-posed GWCK-CC method and existing methods are carried out with different factors by using UmDAA-02 Face Dataset.The results conﬁrm that the proposed GWCK-CC method enhances authentication accuracy,by 9%,reduces the authen-tication time,and error rate by 44%,and 43%as compared to the existing methods.

Engineering of efficient visible light photocatalysts:Ti_(1-x+y)Cu_(x)La_(y)O_(2)(x=0.03;y=0,0.005,0.01) compositions

In dye-photocatalysis, widening the wavelengths absorption range of catalysts as well as aborting the recombination of the photoexcited charge carriers(electrons-holes pairs) are of paramount significance.In the current study, we report the photocatalytic characteristics of four compositions composed of TiO_(2),Ti_(0.97)Cu_(0.03)O_(2), Ti_(0.965)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.005)O_(2)and Ti_(0.96)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.01)O_(2)powders for two harmful dyes(Congo red and methylene blue). The X-ray diffraction technique verified the configuration of mixed anatase and rutile phases in pure TiO_(2)and Ti_(0.97)Cu_(0.03)O_(2)powders while Ti_(0.965)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.005)O_(2)and Ti_(0.96)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.01)O_(2)powders possess anatase phase only. The changes of the band gap structure and dimensions of the unit cell volume of TiO_(2)confirm the substitution of Ti^(4+)sites by Cu^(2+)and La^(3+)ions. Remarkable widening of wavelengths absorption with formation of long absorption tails were found in TiO_(2)(3.13 e V) through insertion of La^(3+)plus Cu^(2+)ions. Ti_(0.965)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.005)O_(2)and Ti_(0.96)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.01)O_(2)samples exhibit a visible light band gap of 2.3 and 2.7 e V, respectively. Based on sEm images, incorporation of Cu^(2+)and La^(3+)ions influences the surface morphology of TiO_(2). The resulting Ti_(0.97)Cu_(0.03)O_(2), Ti_(0.965)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.005)O_(2)and Ti_(0.96)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.01)O_(2)powders present enhanced photocatalytic activity towards Congo red dye degradation compared to pure one under natural solar spectrum. The best Ti_(0.96)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.01)O_(2)catalyst exhibits superior photocatalytic activity of 96% for 10 ppm CR dye in 20 min as well as above average photocatalytic efficiency of 63% for 30 ppm CR dye in 120 min. As well, it showed acceptable photodegradation activity of 52% for 30 ppm mB solution in 140 min of sunlight irradiation. Direct microwave leaching conditions of rare earth elements in fluorescent wastes

The luminescent phosphor powder in the fluorescent lamp constitutes 2%of the lamp’s weight.It can be mentioned that fluorescent wastes are a crucial raw material to produce rare earth oxides.In the present study,microwave leaching process was conducted to dissolve rare earth elements yttrium(Y),europium(Eu),and remaining rare earth elements(REEs)present in the phosphor powder of the fluorescent lamp.and the yields were compared.In the microwave leaching process,the effects of the temperature(80-160℃),acid type(hydrochloric acid(HCl),nitric acid(HNO_(3)),sulphuric acid(H_(2)sO_(4))),acid concentration(0.5-6 mol/L),solid to liquid ratio(0.1:10-0.5:10)and reaction time(5-90 min)parameters on leaching efficiencies of varying rare earth elements and calcium were investigated.The highest yield was obtained in the direct microwave leaching of fluorescent waste with the experimental conditions of 6 mol/L HCl,160℃,0.1:10 solid-to-liquid ratio(s:L),and 90 min.Activation energy calculations were made,and kinetic models of the reactions were obtained,and it is observed that Y and Eu dissolution is diffusion-controlled,on the other hand,lanthanum(La),cerium(Ce),and terbium(Tb)were examined to be chemical reaction controlled.moreover,calcium(Ca)and gadolinium(Gd)seem coherent with the mixed model.Concurrently,mathematical models of all experimental studies are created with the response surface Box-Behnken method and the correlation coefficients of all the models are over 90%.

Complexed amino acid minerals vs. bis-glycinate chelated minerals:Impact on the performance of old laying hens

The present study was to evaluate the effect of trace minerals(Zn, mn, and Cu) from complexed amino acid minerals(ZmCAA) and bis-glycinate chelated minerals(ZmCGly) in laying hen diets on performance,internal and external egg quality, yolk mineral deposition, intestinal morphometry, and bone characteristics. From 78 to 98 weeks of age, 400 White LsL-Lite strain laying hens were distributed in a randomized design with 4 treatments with 10 replicates per treatment. Treatments were distributed in a 2 ×2 factorial arrangement using either Zn, mn, and Cu of ZmCAA or ZmCGly source at 2 levels: low(20, 20,and 3.5 mg/kg of Zn, mn, and Cu, respectively) or high(40, 40, and 7 mg/kg of Zn, mn, and Cu,respectively). The analysis of variance was performed, and in cases where differences were observed, the means were compared using Tukey?s test(P source and level of trace mineral supplementation had a significant impact on the performance of laying hens. Hens fed ZmCAA had higher egg production(P = 0.01), egg weight(P = 0.02), egg mass(P = 0.01), and lower feed conversion ratio(P =0.05) compared to those fed ZmCGly. The ZmCAA supplementation showed higher albumen height(P =0.01), albumen weight(P = 0.01), and eggshell thickness(P sition of Zn(P mn(Ps greater for hens received ZmCAA. Tibia weight(P = 0.04)and bone densitometry(P mCAA supplementation. In the small intestine, ZmCAA resulted in longer villi(P = 0.02) and shorter crypt depth(P = 0.01) in the duodenum.Jejunum and ileum measurements were influenced by the level and source of trace minerals(P s fed ZmCAA exhibited superior performance, egg quality, deposition of trace minerals in the egg yolk, and bone density compared to hens fed ZmCGly. In this study, older laying hens supplemented with ZmCAA at lower levels demonstrated adequate levels of supplementation.

Background removal from global auroral images:Data-driven dayglow modeling

Global images of auroras obtained by cameras on spacecraft are a key tool for studying the near-Earth environment.However,the cameras are sensitive not only to auroral emissions produced by precipitating particles,but also to dayglow emissions produced by photoelectrons induced by sunlight.Nightglow emissions and scattered sunlight can contribute to the background signal.To fully utilize such images in space science,background contamination must be removed to isolate the auroral signal.Here we outline a data-driven approach to modeling the background intensity in multiple images by formulating linear inverse problems based on B-splines and spherical harmonics.The approach is robust,flexible,and iteratively deselects outliers,such as auroral emissions.The final model is smooth across the terminator and accounts for slow temporal variations and large-scale asymmetries in the dayglow.We demonstrate the model by using the three far ultraviolet cameras on the Imager for magnetopause-to-Aurora Global Exploration(ImAGE)mission.The method can be applied to historical missions and is relevant for upcoming missions,such as the solar wind magnetosphere Ionosphere Link Explorer(smILE)mission.

Parametric investigation on the novel and cost-effective nano fly ash impregnated geopolymer system for sustainable construction

The hazardous environmental effects of greenhouse gas emissions and climate change demand alternative sources for cementitious materials in the construction industry.The development of geopolymer structures provides a way of producing 100%cement-free construction.In this research work,a novel and simple way of deriving nano particles from waste fly ash particles is promoted.The effect of adding the synthesized nano fly ash particles as a filler medium in geopolymer mortars was investigated by considering strength and durability properties.Parameter optimization was done by using regression analysis on the geopolymer mortar and the impact of adding nano fly ash particles was studied by varying different percentages of addition ranging from 0 to 7.5%by weight of binder content.From the results,it was observed that 1%nano fly ash acted not only as a filler but also as nano-sized precursors of the polymerization process,resulting in denser geopolymer medium.This can explain the extraordinary gain in strength of 72.11 mPa as well as the denser core with negligible level of chloride ion penetration,making the material suitable for the development of structures susceptible to marine environment.

In search of a pan-coronavirus vaccine:next-generation vaccine design and immune mechanisms

members of the coronaviridae family are endemic to human populations and have caused several epidemics and pandemics in recent history.In this review,we will discuss the feasibility of and progress toward the ultimate goal of creating a pan-coronavirus vaccine that can protect against infection and disease by all members of the coronavirus family.We will detail the unmet clinical need associated with the continued transmission of sARs-CoV-2,mERs-CoV and the four seasonal coronaviruses(HCoV-OC43,NL63,HKU1 and 229E)in humans and the potential for future zoonotic coronaviruses.We will highlight how first-generation sARs-CoV-2 vaccines and natural history studies have greatly increased our understanding of effective antiviral immunity to coronaviruses and have informed next-generation vaccine design.We will then consider the ideal properties of a pan-coronavirus vaccine and propose a blueprint for the type of immunity that may offer cross-protection.Finally,we will describe a subset of the diverse technologies and novel approaches being pursued with the goal of developing broadly or universally protective vaccines for coronaviruses.

QCD sum rule study of J^(P)=1^(±)exotic states with two heavy quarks in the molecular picture

In this study,the spectroscopic parameters of exotic molecular states composed of mesons containing two heavy quarks(scalar-axial and pseudoscalar-axial meson combinations)are investigated within the QCD sum rules.Our findings reveal that molecular states containing charm quarks do not form bound states,whereas states with b-quarks can form exotic molecular states.This observation has significant implications for understanding the structure of these exotic states.

Enhanced osteoclastogenesis and osteoclast activity contribute to the development of osteoporosis,which is characterized by increased bone resorption and inadequate bone formation.As novel antiosteoporotic therapeutics are needed,understanding the genetic regulation of human osteoclastogenesis could help identify potential treatment targets.This study aimed to provide an overview of transcriptional reprogramming during human osteoclast differentiation.Osteoclasts were differentiated from CD14+monocytes from eight female donors.RNA sequencing during differentiation revealed 8980 differentially expressed genes grouped into eight temporal patterns conserved across donors.These patterns revealed distinct molecular functions associated with postmenopausal osteoporosis susceptibility genes based on RNA from iliac crest biopsies and bone mineral density sNPs.Network analyses revealed mutual dependencies between temporal expression patterns and provided insight into subtype-specific transcriptional networks.The donor-specific expression patterns revealed genes at the monocyte stage,such as filamin B(FLNB)and oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor 1(OLR1,encoding LOX-1),that are predictive of the resorptive activity of mature osteoclasts.The expression of differentially expressed G-protein coupled receptors was strong during osteoclast differentiation,and these receptors are associated with bone mineral density sNPs,suggesting that they play a pivotal role in osteoclast differentiation and activity.The regulatory effects of three differentially expressed G-protein coupled receptors were exemplified by in vitro pharmacological modulation of complement 5 A receptor 1(C5AR1),somatostatin receptor 2(ssTR2),and free fatty acid receptor 4(FFAR4/GPR120).Activating C5AR1 enhanced osteoclast formation,while activating ssTR2 decreased the resorptive activity of mature osteoclasts,and activating FFAR4 decreased both the number and resorptive activity of mature osteoclasts.In conclusion,we report the occurrence of transcriptional

Leveraging User-Generated Comments and Fused BiLsTm models to Detect and Predict Issues with mobile Apps

In the last decade, technical advancements and faster Internet speeds have also led to an increasing number ofmobile devices and users. Thus, all contributors to society, whether young or old members, can use these mobileapps. The use of these apps eases our daily lives, and all customers who need any type of service can accessit easily, comfortably, and efficiently through mobile apps. Particularly, saudi Arabia greatly depends on digitalservices to assist people and visitors. such mobile devices are used in organizing daily work schedules and services,particularly during two large occasions, Umrah and Hajj. However, pilgrims encounter mobile app issues such asslowness, conflict, unreliability, or user-unfriendliness. Pilgrims comment on these issues on mobile app platformsthrough reviews of their experiences with these digital services. scholars have made several attempts to solve suchmobile issues by reporting bugs or non-functional requirements by utilizing user comments.However, solving suchissues is a great challenge, and the issues still exist. Therefore, this study aims to propose a hybrid deep learningmodel to classify and predict mobile app software issues encountered by millions of pilgrims during the Hajj andUmrah periods from the user perspective. Firstly, a dataset was constructed using user-generated comments fromrelevant mobile apps using natural language processing methods, including information extraction, the annotationprocess, and pre-processing steps, considering a multi-class classification problem. Then, several experimentswere conducted using common machine learning classifiers, Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), Long short-Termmemory (LsTm), and Convolutional Neural Network Long short-Term memory (CNN-LsTm) architectures, toexamine the performance of the proposed model. Results show 96% in F1-score and accuracy, and the proposedmodel outperformed the mentioned models.
