In this study,we examine the effects of various shapes of nanoparticles in a steady flow of hybrid nanofluids between two stretchable rotating *** steady flow of hybrid nanofluids with transformer oil as the base fluid and Fe_(3)O_(4)+TiO_(2)as the hybrid nanofluid is *** shapes of Fe_(3)O_(4)+TiO_(2)hybrid nanofluids,including sphere,brick,blade,cylinder,and platelet,are *** shape exists in the same volume of a *** leading equations(partial differential equations(PDEs))are transformed to the nonlinear ordinary differential equations(ODEs)with the help of similarity *** system of equations takes the form of ODEs depending on the boundary conditions,whose solutions are computed numerically by the bvp4c mATLAB *** outputs are compared with the previous findings,and an intriguing pattern is discovered,such that the tangential velocity is increased for the rotation parameter,while it is decreased by the stretching values because of the lower *** the reaction rate parameter,the concentration boundary layer becomes shorter,and the activation energy component increases the rate at which mass transfers come to the higher disk but have the opposite effect on the bottom *** ranges of various parameters taken into account are Pr=6.2,Re=2,m=1.0,φ_(1)=φ_(2)=0.03,K=0.5,S=-0.1,Br=0.3,Sc=2.0,α_(1)=0.2,γ=0.1,E_(n)=2.0,and q=1.0,and the rotation factor K is within the range of 0 to 1.

Copper oxide-cadmium oxide nanocomposites(CuO-CdO NCs) were synthesized by solvothermal technique in a basic medium. CuO-CdO NCs were characterized using conventional techniques, such as Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR), UV–Visible Spectroscopy(UV/Vis), Field-Emission Scanning Electron microscopy(FESEm), X-ray electron dispersive spectroscopy(XEDS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), and powder X-ray diffraction(XRD). A selective and enzyme-less Bilirubin(BLR) sensor was developed with a thin-layer of NCs onto a glassy carbon electrode(GCE, surface area = 0.0316 cm~2) using 5% nafion binders at room conditions. Improved electrochemical performances of higher sensitivity, lower detection limit,linear dynamic range(LDR), and long-term stability of preferred BLR were achieved by a reliable currentvoltage(I-V) approach. The calibration curve was found linear(R~2= 0.9347) in a wide range of BLR concentration(10.0 pm ~ 10.0 mm). Based on the signal to noise ratio value of 3, the sensitivity and limit of detection(LOD) of the sensor were calculated as 95.0 pA μm-1cm-2and 1.0 ± 0.1 pm *** synthesized CuO-CdO NCs/GCE is an excellent advancement of developing a selective and sensitive BLR sensor by electrochemical approach and practically implemented in real sample applications.

The influence of an externally applied bias on photocatalytic performance of crystallized TiO2/Ti nanotubular electrode formed by anodization in fluoride-based electrolyte were investigated and compared to the behavior of multiporous TiO2 electrode. The photoelectrocatalytic oxidation behavior of methanol over the nanotubular electrode has been studied by measuring photocurrent response, potentiodynamic polarization spectroscopy and using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy （EIS）. It was found that the photoelectrocatalytic oxida- tion and the charge transfer rate constant of reaction on TiO2/Ti nanotubular electrode can significantly be increased by applying electrochemical bias. moreover, TiO2 electrodes have considerably better performance alytic performance. based on the results, it was found that the nanotubular in comparison with porous samples in photoelectrocatalytic performance.

Understanding scale-up effects on the hydrodynamics of a liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed(LSCFB)unit requires both experimental and theoretical *** implement multigene genetic programming(mGGP)to investigate the solid holdup and distribution in three LSCFB systems with different *** addition to data obtained here,we also use a portion of data sets of LSCFB systems developed by Zheng(1999)and Liang et al.(1996).model predictions are in good agreement with the experimental data in both radial and axial directions and at different normalized superficial liquid and solid *** radial profiles of the solid holdup are approximately identical at a fixed average cross-sectional solid holdup for the three LSCFB systems *** performance indicators including the mean absolute percentage error(6.19%)and correlation coefficient(0.985)are within an acceptable *** results suggest that a mGGP modeling approach is suitable for predicting the solid holdup and distribution of a scaled-up LSCFB system.

Temperature and relative humidity are important parameters that can affect the storage of food in a zero energy cool chamber(ZECC).The distributions of average temperature and relative humidity are influenced by factors such as chamber size,water temperature,load weight and filler *** this research,thermal environment analysis using numerical simulation of biological respiration was conducted for tomatoes stored in a *** ZECC was composed of inner and outer brick walls,filler(a mixture of sand and zeolite),water between the walls and a shading *** results obtained from the numerical model were compared by setting different values for each *** following conclusions are drawn after comparison and analysis of results:(1)the distributions of average temperature and relative humidity are strongly related to the thickness of the filler–a thicker filler causes a lower temperature;(2)the water temperature in the filler exerts little influence on the average temperature and relative humidity;and(3)the lowest temperature and the highest relative humidity can be achieved with a chamber size of 0.6 m and a load weight of 30 *** addition,to validate the results of the numerical model,the simulation results are compared with experimental data,which show good *** is confirmed that numerical simulation can be satisfactorily applied to predict the distribution of environmental parameters such as temperature and relative humidity in a cool chamber.

Well crystalline gadolinium oxide（Gd2O3） nanostructures were grown by annealing the hydrothermally as-prepared nanostructures without using any template. microscopic studies of Gd2O3 nanostructures were recorded along the [111] direction due to the clearly resolved interplanar distance d（222）-0.31 nm of the cubic crystal structure Gd2O3. Sensing mechanism of Gd2O3 as efficient electron mediator for the detection of ethanol was explored. As-fabricated sensor demonstrated the high-sensitivity of -0.266 μAm/m/cm2 with low detection limit（-52.2 μmol/L） and correlation coefficient（r^2, 0.618）. To the best of our knowledge, this was the first report for the detection of ethanol using as-grown（at 1000 oC） Gd2O3 nanostructures by simple and reliable Ⅰ-Ⅴ technique and rapid assessment of the reaction kinetics（in the order of seconds）. The low cost of the starting reagents and the simplicity of the synthetic route made it a promising chemical sensor for the detection of various toxic analytes, which are not environmentally safe.

many companies like credit card, insurance, bank, retail industry require direct marketing. Data mining can help those institutes to set marketing goal. Data mining techniques have good prospects in their target audiences and improve the likelihood of response. In this work we have investigated two data mining techniques: the Naive Bayes and the C4.5 decision tree algorithms. The goal of this work is to predict whether a client will subscribe a term deposit. We also made comparative study of performance of those two algorithms. Publicly available UCI data is used to train and test the performance of the algorithms. Besides, we extract actionable knowledge from decision tree that focuses to take interesting and important decision in business area.

现行的干酪根分类体系有许多缺点,尤其表现在无定形干酪根方面,至今尚未按与油气形成的关系进行划分。建立在密度分离、元素成分和光学特性基础上的实用分类法则以生烃潜力标记判定干酪根。实用分类法首先将全部干酪根分成类脂组和腐殖组。类脂组又细分出高类脂组(生油潜力很高)、中类脂组(易生油)、次类脂组(易生气)和低类脂组(无生烃潜力);腐殖型干酪根也同样可分出由高腐殖组(可生气)、中腐殖组(主要生气)和低腐殖组(无生烃潜力的有机物质)组成的三个亚组。
