Background:The mobilization and redistribution of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(sARs-CoV-2)specific T-cells and neutralizing antibodies(nAbs)during exercise is purported to increase immune surveillance and protect against severe coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).We sought to determine if COVID-19 vaccination would elicit exercise-responsive sARs-CoV-2 T-cells and transiently alter nAb ***:Eighteen healthy participants completed a 20-min bout of graded cycling exercise before and/or after receiving a COVID-19 *** major leukocyte subtypes were enumerated before,during,and after exercise by flow cytometry,and immune responses to sARs-CoV-2 were determined using whole blood peptide stimulation assays,T-cell receptor(TCR)-βsequencing,and sARs-CoV-2 nAb ***:COVID-19 vaccination had no effect on the mobilization or egress of major leukocyte subsets in response to intensity-controlled graded ***,non-infected participants had a significantly reduced mobilization of CD4+and CD8+naive T-cells,as well as CD4+central memory T-cells,after vaccination(synthetic immunity group);this was not seen after vaccination in those with prior sARs-CoV-2 infection(hybrid immunity group).Acute exercise after vaccination robustly mobilized sARs-CoV-2 specific T-cells to blood in an intensity-dependent *** groups mobilized T-cells that reacted to spike protein;however,only the hybrid immunity group mobilized T-cells that reacted to membrane and nucleocapsid *** increased significantly during exercise only in the hybrid immunity ***:These data indicate that acute exercise mobilizes sARs-CoV-2 specific T-cells that recognize spike protein and increases the redistribution of nAbs in individuals with hybrid immunity.

Nowadays acute gastroenteritis infection caused by Escherichia coli(E. coli) O157:H7 is frequently associated with hemolytic uremic syndrome(HUs), which usually developed after prodromal diarrhea that is often bloody. The abdominal pain accompanied by failure kidney is a suspicious symptom to develop this disorder. Their pathological characteristic is vascular damage which manifested as arteriolar and capillary thrombosis with abnormalities in the endothelium and vessel walls. The major etiological agent of HUs is enterohemorragic(E coli) strain belonging to serotype O157:H7. The lack of papers about HUs associated to gastroenteritis lead us to report this case for explain the symptoms that are uncommon. Furthermore, this report provides some strategies to suspect and make an early diagnosis, besides treatment approach to improving outcomes and prognosis for patients with this disorder.

The relative intensities of L-subshell x-ray fluorescence(XRF)for elements with atomic numbers 62≤Z≤83 were measured at two excitation energies,18 keV and 23 keV,using a synchrotron radiation source at a beamline of the synchrotron Light Center for Experimental science and Applications in the middle East(sEsAmE),*** experimentally measured results of the relative intensities were compared with the calculated results using the subshell fluorescence yield and the Coster-Kronig transition probabilities recommended by Campbell and the values based on the Dirac-Hartree-slater model by *** experimental and theoretical results are in *** this work,L XRF relative intensities for the elements sm,Gd,Tb,Er,Ta,W,Re,Hg,Pb and Bi at energies of 18 keV and 23 keV were measured.

Fully non-inductive plasma start-up was successfully achieved by using a well- controlled microwave source on the spherical tokamak, QUEsT. Non-inductive plasmas were maintained for approximately 3-5 min, during which time power balance estimates could be achieved by monitoring wall and cooling-water temperatures. Approximately 70%-90% of the injected power could be accounted for by calorimetric measurements and approximately half of the injected power was found to be deposited on the vessel wall, which is slightly dependent on the magnetic configuration. The power distribution to water-cooled limiters, which are expected to be exposed to local heat loads, depends significantly on the magnetic configuration, however some of the deposited power is due to energetic electrons, which have large poloidal orbits and are likely to be deposited on the plasma facing components.

studies have been conducted on the corrosive behavior of magnesium in aqueous sulfate electrolytes(0.5 mol/L mgsO_(4);0.5 mol/L Na2sO_(4);0.5 mol/L mgsO_(4)+0.5 mol/L Na2sO_(4)).The composition structure and morphology of the surface of the samples were studied using scanning electron microscopy in combination with X-ray spectral *** results of the experiments showed the formation of a surface film inhomogeneous in its structure and composition with the main components mg(OH)_(2)and mg *** increase in the exposure time of the electrode in solution led to the formation of microcracks on the main film caused by internal stress because of hydration of magnesium oxide produced during *** salt composition of the electrolyte determines the morphology and thickness of corrosion films due to differences in the solubility of the products formed during the hydrolysis of magnesium oxide and the kinetics of this *** the methods of scanning electron microscopy X-ray electron analysis gravimetry and voltammetry it has been established that at various stages of magnesium corrosion in different electrolytes the growth rates of corrosion films are determined by the kinetics of magnesium oxide formation its hydration and dissolution followed by crystallization in the form of a brucite phase of loose sediments on the surface.

Total organic carbon(TOC) and grain size distribution(sand,silt,and clay) in the ephemeral mahi River(western India) sediments were measured to look at their effectiveness in understanding the late Quaternary monsoon *** sites spread across the alluvial zone and three sites from the estuarine zone were *** concentration in the sediments of the alluvial and estuarine zone sites ranged between 0.04 and 0.39%and 0.04 and 0.23%,*** was observed that grain size differed significantly at the alluvial zone sites,whereas an uniform trend was found in the estuarine zone *** study indicated that low concentration of TOC and coarse size fractions(sand) in sediments were well correlated with available records of arid/weaker palaeomonsoon periods,whereas higher concentration of TOC and fine grain size fractions(silt + clay) in sediments were well correlated with available records of enhanced palaeomonsoon periods of the ephemeral mahi *** concentrations of TOC and fine grain size particles in sediments at the estuarine zone sites are attributed to the backwater in the system,deeper sedimentation,and/or greater decomposition *** is concluded that,TOC and grain size distributions in the ephemeraL river sediments are simple and effective parameters to develop an understanding about late Quaternary monsoon conditions in ephemeral rivers.

The prevalence of obesity has increased and is a health concern *** to the concerns regarding synthetic anti-obesity treatments,nowadays natural products become a *** studies proved that there is a potential to use marine algae as anti-obesity ***,in this study,the lipid inhibitory effect of crude polysaccharide of amyloglucosidase-assisted hydrolysate from sargassum thunbergii(sTAC)and its fucoidan fractions(sTAFs)on 3T3-L1 cells and high-fat diet(HFD)-induced obese mice were *** to the results,the sTAF3,showed the highest xylose content and exhibited significant inhibitory effects on lipid accumulation by downregulating adipogenic and lipogenic proteins in 3T3-L1 ***,oral supplementation with sTAC significantly declined gain in body weight and fat weight,and serum lipid contents in an HFD-induced obesity mouse *** and chemical characterizations demonstrated that puritied sTAF3 has consistent surface morphology and small particle size,with similar structural characteristics as commercial ***,these results indicate that sTAC and purified sTAF3 from sargassum thunbergia is a potent source to develop as ananti-obesity agents or functional food products to counter obesity.

The through-diffusion and membrane behavior testing procedure using a closed-system apparatus has been widely used for concurrent measurement of diffusion and membrane efficiency coefficients of low-permeability clay-based barrier ***,the common assumption of perfectly flushing conditions at the specimen boundaries could induce errors in analyses of the diffusion coefficients and membrane *** this study,an innovative pseudo three-dimensional(3D)analytical method was proposed to evaluate solute distribution along the boundary surfaces of the soil-porous disks system,considering the non-perfectly flushing *** results were consistent with numerical models under two scenarios considering different inflow/outflow *** proposed model has been demonstrated to be an accurate and reliable method to estimate solute distributions along the *** calculated membrane efficiency coefficient and diffusion coefficient based on the proposed analytical method are more accurate,resulting in up to 50%less relative error than the traditional approach that adopts the arithmetic mean value of the influent and effluent *** retar-dation factor of the clay specimen also can be calculated with a revised cumulative mass ***,the simulated transient solute transport matched with experimental data from a multi-stage through-diffusion and membrane behavior test,validating the accuracy of the proposed method.
