Oncofertility is an extremely signiﬁcant topic that is increasingly being discussed owing to increased evidence indicating that fertility preservation does not affect the treatment outcomes of patients with cancer but signiﬁcantly contributes to preserving life *** effect of chemotherapy can range from minimal effects to complete ovarian *** data are available on the effects of monoclonal antibodies and targeted therapies on the ovaries and *** ovarian suppression by administering a gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist(GnRHa)during chemotherapy decreases the gonadotoxic effect of chemotherapy,thereby diminishing the chance of developing premature ovarian insufﬁciency(POI).At present,the concomitant administration of GnRH analogs during chemotherapy is the only accepted pharmacological method for preserving ovarian ***,most randomized studies on the effectiveness of luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone agonists during chemotherapy in preventing POI have been conducted in women with breast cancer,with a considerably small number of studies on patients with hematological ***,most randomized controlled trials on breast cancer have revealed a decrease in treatment-induced POI risk,regardless of the hormone receptor *** addition,studies on hematological malignancies have yielded negative results;nevertheless,theﬁndings must be interpreted with caution owing to numerous *** guidelines from the American Society of Clinical Oncology and ESmO Clinical Practice Guidelines recommend sperm,oocyte,and embryo cryopreservation as a standard practice and only offering GnRHa to patients when proven fertility preservation methods are not *** this manuscript,we present a comprehensive literature overview on the application of ovarian suppression with GnRHa during chemotherapy in patients with cancer by addressing preclinical and clinical data,as well as future perspectives in thisﬁeld

Dielectric and infrared properties of SrTiO_3 single crystal doped by 3d (V,mn,Fe,Ni) and 4f (Nd,Sm,Er) ions

In this study, the effects of doping by 3d （V, mn, Fe, Ni） and 4f （Nd, Sm, Er） ions on dielectric and infrared properties of SrTiO3 （STO） single crystals are investigated. It is well known that doping of the SrTiO3 can change the dielectric properties of the STO from an insulator to an n-type semiconductor, and even to a metallic conductor. Dielectric and infrared （IR） properties of the undoped STO and doped STO single crystals are analyzed using dielectric spectroscopy （80 kHz-5 mHz）, transmission （200 cm^-1-4000 cm^-1）, and reflection spectroscopy （50 cm^-1-2000 cm^-1）. It is found that doping by the 3d ions reduces the value of dielectric permittivity, but the trend of temperature dependence of the dielectric permittivity remains almost unchanged. On the other hand, dielectric spectroscopy measurements for samples doped by 4f ions show the anomalous behaviors of the dielectric permittivity at temperatures around the temperature of the structural phase transition. There are two fractures of temperature dependences of inverse dielectric permittivity εr^-1 （T）. Transmittance spectroscopy measurements show that there are differences in the shape of the spectrum in the mid-IR region between the undoped STO and the one doped by 4f ions. The differences in the reflectance spectrum between the STO：Nd and STO are analyzed in detail.

Using e^(+)e^(−)annihilation data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93 fb^(−1)taken at the center-of-mass energy√s=3.773 GeV with the BESIII detector,a joint amplitude analysis is performed on the decays D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η).The fit fractions of individual components are obtained,and large interferences among the dominant components of the decays D^(0)→a_(1)(1260)π,D^(0)→π(1300)π,D^(0)→ρ(770)ρ(770),and D^(0)→2(ππ)_(S)are observed in both *** the obtained amplitude model,the CP-even fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are determined to be(75.2±1.1_(stat).±1.5_(syst.))%and(68.9±1.5_(stat).±2.4_(syst.))%,*** branching fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are measured to be(0.688±0.010_(stat.)±0.010_(syst.))%and(0.951±0.025_(stat.)±0.021_(syst.))%,*** amplitude analysis provides an important model for the binning strategy in measuring the strong phase parameters of D^(0)→4πwhen used to determine the CKm angleγ(ϕ_(3))via the B^(−)→DK^(−)decay.

Entomopathogenic fungi isolated from Yukon soil against unfed larvae of the winter tick,Dermacentor albipictus

Fungal composition of Yukon soil samples consisted of 29 soil saprobes common to acidified forest,subarctic *** of the fungi identified are psychrotrophs,capable of growth at both 4℃ and 20℃.Of these,a total of 17 fungi were found to be entomopathogenic by winter tick(Dermacentor albipictus)larval bioassays:Aspergillus flavus,Beauveria,namely ***,mucor,Paecilomyces yielded>~70%larval mortality and the remainder,mostly mortierella and Penicillium,averaged~40%larval *** where elk(Cervus elaphus canadensis)are observed had an overall greater quantity,and diversity of entomopathogenic soil fungi than sites where elk are not *** diversity of fungi at elk-inhabited sites is likely a product of warmer soil microclimate(hillsides where elk are seen,lose snow earlier than other areas),animal presence,and increased nutrient *** conclude that Yukon soils contain fungi that naturally regulate populations of *** fungi are archived at the Wittenberg University Fungus Collection,Springfield,OH,USA.

本文提出了一个新型表面贴装技术(SmT)的堆叠式变流器构造方法,即功率层状结构(PowerSandwich),并用于工业、汽车和光电子的高功率密度制造。在功率层状结构技术中,具有相同高度的新型双面SmT x-维器件,在堆叠层的平板之间叠加起来。通过调整不同堆叠层的器件,就能够在不同的应用范围和功率级别上获得较好的散热效果和增加的功率密度。在应用方面,分别对150W氙气灯(HID)电子镇流器、2.2kW工业级驱动器和2.2kW汽车DC-DC变流器的层状构造做了详细的介绍。通过开发新型SmT层状构造方法,能够使氙气灯镇流器,工业级驱动器和汽车DC-DC变流器的功率密度分别增加2倍、4.2倍和3.8倍。

＜正＞A work place receives direct emission from lamps,typically fluorescents,perhaps also from a localized incandescent one,from a natural light source if it is a diurnal journey,and all the reflexions on the ceiling,floor and walls all *** when all the fluorescent lamps used to be connected in the same phase to the main supply,reflexions imply a change of the wave phase and an incoherent summation of waves at each point of the work place that it is somehow related with the individual contributions. There are many reports linking complains of visual pains,headaches and fatigue experimented by users of environments lighted with fluorescent systems containing magnetic ballasts（mB）,with the users’ performance,that seems to be affected by temporal characteristics of light. It is therefore of interest for our study to make an assessment of the real modulation of these lamps when they are activated by mB or by electronic ballasts（EB）.A light modulation meter （Lmm）adequate to our needs was *** instrument consist of a silicon photodiode sensor for the visible spectral range BPW21,whose electric signal is conditioned by means of a suitable electronic amplifier circuit,and then digitalised,processed and registered by a portable PC equipped with a digital acquisition board and a visual programming software.

In a recent article,1 we have demonstrated a significant difference in the theoretical knowledge of both junior and senior emergency department （ED） medical officers （m0s） from Salem, Tamil Nadu, India, and the Royal Adelaide Hospital （RAH） Adelaide, South Australia, in the management of severely injured trauma patients, when comparing m0s who had completed an ATLS-type program with those who had not undertaken such a program.

Review of Obstetrics and Perinatal Outcome of multiple Pregnancies with Vanishing and Selective Embryo Reduction in an Oocyte Donation Program

To check previous findings of the most common complications among pregnancies with vanishing embryo（VE） in another actual study retropective and in group of patiens with selective embryo reduction （SER） methods We defined vanishing phenomenon as the spontaneous loss of one or more embryos after visualizing heart activity at the first trimester of pregnancy. Selective embryo reduction was performed between 8th-12th pregnancy week, through vaginal punction and aspiration of embryonic mass. Results Vanishing embryo was observed in 86 patients （18.0%）. In 61 patients （70.9%） this phenomenom happened before 9th pregnancy week. The incidence of VE increased with higher number of gestational sacs initially visualized （P〈0.03）. First trimester bleeding was more common among pregnancies with VE than in the control （P〈0.005）. The incidence of pregnancy induced hypertension was lower in pregnancies with VE than in the controls （P〈0.03）. In contrast, preterm spontaneous rupture of membranes was higher, although without statistical significance. Gestational age at delivery, mode of delivery and birth weight was similar in the group of VE and the controls （P=NS）. Conclusion All these informations may be useful in counselling patients on the prognosis and outcome of pregnancies achieved by oocyte donation.
