Application of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) has been shown to increase legume growth and development under field and controlled environmental conditions. The present study was conducted to isolate plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) from the root nodules of lentil (Lens culinaris medik.) grown in arid/semi-arid region of Punjab, Pakistan and examined their plant growth-promoting abilities. Five bacterial isolates were isolated, screened in vitro for plant growth-promoting (PGP) characteristics and their effects on the growth of lentil were assessed under in vitro, hydroponic and greenhouse (pot experiment) conditions. All the isolates were Gram negative, rod-shaped and circular in form and exhibited the plant growth-promoting attributes of phosphate solubilization and auxin (indole acetic acid, IAA) production. The IAA production capacity ranged in 0.5-11.0 μg mL-1 and P solubilization ranged in 3-16 mg L-1 . When tested for their effects on plant growth, the isolated strains had a stimulatory effect on growth, nodulation and nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) uptake in plants on nutrient-deficient soil. In the greenhouse pot experiment, application of PGPR significantly increased shoot length, fresh weight and dry weight by 65%, 43% and 63% and the increases in root length, fresh weight and dry weight were 74%, 54% and 92%, respectively, as compared with the uninoculated control. The relative increases in growth characteristics under in vitro and hydroponic conditions were even higher. PGPR also increased the number of pods per plant, 1 000-grain weight, dry matter yield and grain yield by 50%, 13%, 28% and 29%, respectively, over the control. The number of nodules and nodule dry mass increased by 170% and 136%, respectively. After inoculation with effective bacterial strains, the shoot, root and seed N and P contents increased, thereby increasing both N and P uptake in plants. Recently,the experimental measurements of the branching ratios and different polarization asymmetries for processes occurring through flavor-changing-charged current(b→cτν¯_(τ))transitions by BABAR,Belle,and LHCb have revealed some significant differences from the corresponding Standard model(Sm)*** has triggered an interest to search for physics beyond the Sm in the context of various new physics(NP)models and using the model-independent weak effective Hamiltonian(WEH).Assuming left-handed neutrinos,we add the dimension-six vector,(pseudo-)scalar,and tensor operators with complex Wilson coefficients(WCs)to the Sm *** 60%,30%,and 10%constraints resulting from the branching ratio of B_(c)→τν¯_(τ),we reassess the parametric space of these new physics WCs accommodating the current anomalies based on the most recent HFLAV data of R_(τ/μ,e)(D)and R_(τ/μ,e)(D^(*))and Belle data of F_(L)(D^(*))and P_(τ)(D^(*)).We find that the allowed parametric region of left-handed scalar couplings strongly depends on the constraints of the B_(c)→τν¯_(τ)branching ratio,and the maximum pull from the Sm predictions results from themetric region changes significantly if we extend the analysis by adding LHCb data of R_(τ/μ)(J/ψ)and R_(τ/ℓ)(Λ_(c)).Furthermore,due to the large uncertainties in the measurements of R_(τ/μ)(J/ψ)and R_(τ/ℓ)(X_(c)),we derive the sum rules which complement them with R_(τ/μ,e)(D)and R_(τ/μ,e)(D^(*)).Using the best-fit points of the new complex WCs along with the latest measurements of R_(τ/μ,e)(D(^(*))),we predict the numerical values of the observable R_(τ/ℓ)(Λ_(c)),R_(τ/μ)(J/ψ),and R_(τ/ℓ)(X_(c))from the sum *** simultaneous dependence of abovementioned physical observables on the NP WCs is established by plotting their correlation with R_(D) and R_(D^(*)),which are useful to discriminate between various NP *** find that the most significant impact of NP results from the WC C^(S)_(L)=4C^(T).Fi

荔枝（Litchi chinensis Sonn.）是亚热带地区重要的经济作物之一，但荔枝采后难贮存、易褐变，是目前保鲜过程中存在的最大问题之一。WRKY家族是植物中常见的一类转录因子，主要调控植物的逆境胁迫响应以及成熟衰老等生理过程。为了探究WRKY对采后荔枝果实成熟衰老的影响，本研究以‘妃子笑’荔枝为试验对象，克隆出LcWRKY47基因，长度为1077 bp;LcWRKY47蛋白中含有WRKY保守结构域，二级结构以无规则卷曲为主，占比65.64%，三级结构主要为无规则卷曲和α螺旋。通过motif分析及多序列比对，发现LcWRKY47蛋白属于第Ⅱ类WRKY转录因子；系统进化分析树表明荔枝LcWRKY47与同为无患子科的龙眼DlWRKY47亲缘关系最近；亚细胞定位实验表明，LcWRKY47蛋白定位在细胞核中；RTqPCR分析表明，2 mmol/L草酸处理后LcWRKY47基因在荔枝果皮和果肉中的表达趋势相同，均先升后降，后期处理组表达量均显著高于对照组，推测草酸处理后该转录因子在荔枝果实成熟衰老过程中起正调控作用。过表达LcWRKY47基因发现，转基因果实中LcWRKY47的表达量显著高于对照果实，且转基因荔枝衰老褐变情况明显优于处理组。综上推测，LcWRKY47转录因子可能在荔枝衰老与褐变过程中起着一定的调节作用。

BACKGROUND Lipid treatment practices and levels in post-acute myocardial infarction(AmI)patients,which are crucial for secondary *** To evaluate the lipid treatment practices and lipid levels in post-myocardial infarction(mI)patients at a tertiary care hospital in *** In this cross-sectional study,we analyzed patients who had experienced their first AmI event in the past 3 *** assessed fasting and non-fasting lipid profiles,reviewed statin therapy prescriptions,and examined patient *** recommended dose was defined as rosuvastatin≥20 mg or atorvastatin≥40 mg,with target total cholesterol levels set atmg/dL and target low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)atmg/*** Among 195 patients,71.3%were male,and the mean age was 57.1±10.2 *** median duration since AmI was 36(interquartile range:10-48)months and 60% were diagnosed with ST-segment elevation *** 13.8% of patients were advised to undergo lipid profile testing after AmI,88.7% of patients were on the recommended statin therapy,and 91.8% of patients were compliant with statin *** 11.5% had LDL-C within the target range and 71.7% had total cholesterol within the target *** admission in the past 12 months was reported by 14.4%,and the readmission rate was significantly higher among non-compliant patients(37.5%vs 5.6%).Subsequent AmI event rate was also significantly higher among non-compliant patients(43.8%vs 11.7%).CONCLUSION Our study highlights that while most post-AmI patients received the recommended minimum statin therapy dose,the inadequate practice of lipid assessment may compromise therapy optimization and raise the risk of subsequent events.

Sprouts are ready-to-eat and are recognized worldwide as functional components of the human *** advances in innovative agricultural techniques could enable an increase in the production of healthy *** use of light-emitting diode(LED)in indoor agricultural production could alter the biological feedback loop,increasing the functional beneﬁts of plant foods such as wheat and lentil sprouts and promoting the bioavailability of *** effects of white(W),red(R),and blue(B)light were investigated on the growth parameters and nutritional value of wheat and lentil *** the laboratory,seeds were sown under three different LED treat-ments:white,red,and blue light,while normal incandescent light served as a *** seed germina-tion improved by 18.34%and 12.67%for wheat and 18.34%and 12.67%for lentil sprouts under LED treatments R and B,*** increase in total soluble protein and sugar by 33.4%and 9.23%in wheat and by 31.5%and 5.87%in lentils was observed under the R LED *** C concentrations in wheat and lentils were signiﬁcantly increased by R LED compared to all other *** parameters,including potassium and sodium concentrations,were signiﬁcantly increased under red and blue light compared to the control;white light,on the other hand,signiﬁcantly decreased all these *** to the experimental data,red and blue LED light could be beneﬁcial in the production of functional wheat and lentil sprouts with high nutrient concentrations.

芒果(mangifera indica L.)是海南省重要的热带水果之一，呼吸跃变型水果，乙烯在芒果后熟过程中扮演着至关重要的角色。研究指出，ERF转录因子是乙烯信号通路的关键下游成分，作为最大的转录因子家族之一，起到调节信号传导和生理反应的作用。为了探究ERF转录因子对采后芒果果皮色泽的影响，本研究以‘贵妃’芒果为研究对象，通过PCR克隆得到miERF3基因，利用生物信息学方法分析miERF3的基本理化特征、保守结构域、蛋白质结构、进化关系等；利用实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)技术分别对miERF3基因在芒果不同组织部位和采后贮藏时期的特异性表达进行分析。结果可得，miERF3长度为717 bp，编码238个氨基酸，蛋白分子式为C1130H1763N339O355S9，分子量为26.066 kDa，理论等电点为8.62，带30个正电残基，带27个负电残基，蛋白具有亲水性，结构不稳定；miERF3蛋白不含信号肽，不含跨膜区域，磷酸化修饰以苏氨酸为主，包含一个AP2保守结构域，二级结构以61.67%的无规卷曲为主，还含有27.75%的α螺旋、3.96%的β折叠、6.61%的延长链，其三维结构模型包含有β折叠3个和α螺旋1个，符合AP2结构域的特征；多序列比对和motif分析结果表明miERF3蛋白属于ERF亚家族成员；系统进化树分析结果表明与miERF3蛋白亲缘关系最近的是同为漆树科植物的阿月浑子PvERF3-like；洋葱亚细胞定位及转录自激活检测结果显示miERF3蛋白定位于细胞核且具有转录自激活活性；实时荧光定量分析表明，miERF3基因的表达量在不同芒果部位表达情况不同，其中在芒果果实阳面果皮的表达量最高；且在芒果贮藏期间，其表达量有明显的先增后减的趋势，故而猜测miERF3在果实成熟转色过程中起正调控作用。本研究为揭示ERF转录因子在芒果采后成熟衰老过程中的调控作用提供理论依据。
