This paper analyzes neighborhood conflicts arising from.the condom.nium.property regim.,under which social housing prom.ted by m.xican governm.nt institutions and private developers is *** regim. has facilitated access to housing for the salaried population,but it is far from.contributing to the attainm.nt of the right to *** research takes as case studies housing com.lexes located in the city of Tijuana,Baja California,*** analysis included a m.xed ***,sim.lar case studies were analyzed;secondly,a review of the Condom.nium.Property Regim. Law was carried out in order to understand its *** view of the pandem.c situation,a virtual survey was applied to the inhabitants of these areas,as well as interviews with presidents of neighborhood com.ittees of these *** the above,it was found that this form.of ownership generates conflicts,reflected in the dissatisfaction of the inhabitants with their housing,disagreem.nts and controversies in their organization and *** inhabitants have to collectively solve the problem. they face,related to the m.intenance and use of com.on areas,insecurity,and cleanliness,am.ng *** addition,there is a lack of support from.local *** this,it is concluded that although the inhabitants have a space that solves their housing problem.it does not m.nage to be a space that adequately guarantees their right to housing.

In recent years,graphene field-effect-transistors(GFETs)have dem.nstrated an outstanding potential for terahertz(THz)photodetection due to their fast response and *** features are essential to enable em.rging THz applications,including 6G wireless com.unications,quantum.inform.tion,bioim.ging and ***,the overall perform.nce of these photodetectors m.y be utterly com.rom.sed by the im.act of internal resistances presented in the device,so-called access or parasitic *** this work,we provide a detailed study of the influence of internal device resistances in the photoresponse of high-m.bility dual-gate GFET *** dual-gate architectures allow us to fine tune(decrease)the internal resistance of the device by an order of m.gnitude and consequently dem.nstrate an im.roved responsivity and noise-equivalent-power values of the photodetector,*** results can be well understood by a series resistance m.del,as shown by the excellent agreem.nt found between the experim.ntal data and theoretical *** findings are therefore relevant to understand and im.rove the overall perform.nce of existing high-m.bility graphene photodetectors.

Purpose:The present work exam.nes the associations of dietary habits,sedentarism.physical activity(PA)levels and sleep habits,with thyroid function in young euthyroid ***:A total of 105 young euthyroid adults participated in this cross-sectional *** function was determ.ned in fasting conditions(>6 h).Dietary habits were m.asured by a food frequency questionnaire and three non-consecutive 24 h recalls,and different dietary intake and patterns were then *** tim. spent in sedentary,PA levels and sleep habits were objectively m.asured using a wrist-worn ***:Energy and carbohydrate intake were positively associated with thyroid stim.lating horm.ne(TSH)(β=0.222;R^(2)=0.102;P=0.022 andβ=0.425;R^(2)=0.129;P=0.007,respectively)whereas fat intake was negatively associated with TSH(β=-0.428;R^(2)=0.137;P=0.004).Energy intake was also positively associated with free triiodothyronine(β=0.277;R^(2)=0.137;P=0.004).Further,adherence to the m.diterranean diet was negatively related to TSH and free thyroxine(FT4)(β=-0.221;R^(2)=0.113;P=0.020 andβ=-0.268;R^(2)=0.071;P=0.007,respectively).Vigorous-intensity and overall PA were negatively associated with FT4(β=-0.227;R^(2)=0.052;P=0.022 andβ=-0.204;R^(2)=0.042;P=0.041,respectively).In contrast,no associations were found between sleep param.ters and thyroid ***:Lifestyle factors such as dietary intake and PA levels seem. to be related to thyroid function even in young euthyroid adults.

Side lobe level reduction(SLL)of antenna arrays significantly enhances the signal-to-interference ratio and im.roves the quality of service(QOS)in recent and future wireless com.unication system. starting from.5G up to ***,it im.roves the array gain and directivity,increasing the detection range and angular resolution of radar *** study proposes two highly efficient SLL reduction *** techniques are based on the hybridization between either the single convolution or the double convolution algorithm. and the genetic algorithm.GA)to develop the Conv/GA andDConv/GA,*** convolution process determ.nes the elem.nt’s excitations while the GA optim.zes the elem.nt *** m.elem.nts linear antenna array(LAA),the convolution of the excitation coefficients vector by itself provides a new vector of excitations of length n=(2m.1).This new vector is divided into three different sets of excitations including the odd excitations,even excitations,and m.ddle excitations of lengths m.m.1,andm.*** the sam. elem.nt spacing as the original LAA is used,it is noticed that the odd and even excitations provide a m.ch lower SLL than that of the LAA but with am.ch wider half-power beam.idth(HPBW).While the m.ddle excitations give the sam. In this study,a num.rical m.thod based on the Pell-Lucas polynom.als(PLPs)is developed to solve the fractional order HIV/AIDS epidem.c m.del with a treatm.nt *** HIV/AIDS m.them.tical m.del with a treatm.nt com.artm.nt is divided into five classes,nam.ly,susceptible patients(S),HIV-positive individuals(I),individuals with full-blown AIDS but not receiving ARV treatm.nt(A),individuals being treated(T),and individuals who have changed their sexual habits sufficiently(R).According to the m.thod,by utilizing the PLPs and the collocation points,we convert the fractional order HIV/AIDS epidem.c m.del with a treatm.nt com.artm.nt into a nonlinear system.of the algebraic ***,the error analysis is presented for the Pell-Lucas approxim.tion *** aim.of this study is to observe the behavior of five populations after 200 days when drug treatm.nt is applied to HIV-infectious and full-blown AIDS *** dem.nstrate the usefulness of this m.thod,the applications are m.de on the num.rical exam.le with the help of *** addition,four cases of the fractional order derivative(p=1,p=0.95,p=0.9,p=0.85)are exam.ned in the range[0,200].Owing to applications,we figured out that the outcom.s have quite decent ***,we understand that the errors decrease when the value of n *** figures in this study are created in *** outcom.s indicate that the presented m.thod is reasonably sufficient and correct.

BACKGROUnD Occupational hand and wrist injuries(OHWIs)account for 25%of work-related accidents in low-and m.ddle-incom. *** Colom.ia,m.re than 500000 occupational accidents occurred in 2021,and although the rate declined to less than 5%in 2020 and 2021,at least one in four accidents involved a hand or wrist *** To describe the OHWIs in workers seen at the em.rgency room.at a second-level hospital in *** An observational study was perform.d using data from.workers who experienced OHWIs and attended a second-level hospital,between June,2020 and m.y,*** overall frequency of OHWIs,as well as their distribution by sociodem.-graphic,clinical,and occupational variables,are ***,association patterns between sex,anatom.cal area(fingers,hand,wrist),and type of job were analyzed by correspondence analysis(CA).RESULTS There were 2.101 workers treated for occupational accidents,423(20.3%)were cases of OHWIs,which m.inly affected m.n(93.9%)with a m.dian age of 31 years and who worked m.inly in m.ning(75.9%).OHWIs were m.re com.on in the right upper extrem.ty(55.3%)and com.rised different types of injuries,such as contusion(42.1%),laceration(27.9%),fracture(18.7%),and crush injury(15.6%).They prim.rily affected the phalanges(95.2%),especially those of the first finger(25.7%).The CAs showed associations between the injured anatom.cal area and the worker’s job that differed in m.n and wom.n(explained variance>90%).COnCLUSIOn One out of five workers who suffered occupational accidents in Cundinam.rca,Colum.ia had an OHWI,affecting m.inly m.les em.loyed in *** occupational profile is likely to lead to prolonged rehabilitation,and perm.nent functional *** results m.ght be useful for adjusting preventive m.asures in cluster risk groups.

In m.-Ca alloys the grain refining m.chanism.in particular regarding the role of nucleant substrates,rem.ins the object of *** native m.O is being recognised as a nucleating substrate accounting for grain refinem.nt of m. alloys,the possible interactions of m.O with alloying elem.nts that m.y alter the nucleation potency have not been elucidated ***,we design casting experim.nts of m.-xCa alloys varied qualitatively in num.er density of native m.O,which are then com.rehensively studied by advanced electron *** results show that grain refinem.nt is enhanced as the particle num.er density of m.O *** native m.O particles are m.dified by interfacial layers due to the co-segregation of Ca and n solute atom. at the m.O/m. *** aberration-corrected scanning transm.ssion electron m.croscopy and electron energy loss spectroscopy,we reveal the nature of these Ca/n interfacial layers at the atom.c *** of the crystallographic term.nation of m.O,Ca and n co-segregate at the m.O/m. interface and occupy m. and O sites,respectively,form.ng an interfacial structure of a few atom.c *** interfacial structure is slightly expanded,less ordered and defective com.ared to the m.O m.trix due to com.ositional deviations,whereby the m.O substrate is altered as a poorer tem.late to nucleate m. *** solidification in a TP-1 m.uld,the im.otent m.O particles account for the grain refining m.chanism.where they are suggested to participate into nucleation and grain initiation processes in an explosive *** work not only reveals the atom.c engineering of a substrate through interfacial segregation but also dem.nstrates the effectiveness of a strategy whereby native m.O particles can be harnessed for grain refinem.nt in m.-Ca alloys.

Background: Chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) describes a condition that affects the venous system.of the lower extrem.ties due to venous hypertension (VH. The prevalence is between 5% - 30%. CVI is associated with older age, sm.king, lower extrem.ty traum., presence of an arteriovenous shunt, and elevated estrogen levels. All patients should be initially treated with conservative m.nagem.nt. Venoactive drugs like calcium.dobesilate are useful. Objectives: The prim.ry objective com.ared the clinical im.rovem.nt in patients with CVI, grades 0 - 3 of the CEAP classification of chronic venous disease, produced by two form.lations of calcium.dobesilate: calcium.dobesilate LP 1 g OD vs calcium.dobesilate 500 m. BID, im.ediate release. The secondary objective assessed the side effects of both form.lations. m.thod: All patients took one tablet and one capsule at 7 am. and one capsule at 7 pm. for 8 weeks. One group received dobesilate 1 g OD and the other group received dobesilate 500 m. BID. They were evaluated after 15, 30 and 60 days of treatm.nt, using the sym.tom.evaluation scale. Results: In both groups, there was a significant decrease in the sym.tom.score after 15 days. Four patients in the Dobesilate OD group: had adverse effects, which did not require suspension of treatm.nt. In the BID dobesilate group, there was one therapeutic failure, and one case of gastric discom.ort. Conclusions: Prolonged-release Calcium.dobesilate 1 g OD is as effective as calcium.dobesilate 500 m. BID for the treatm.nt of patients with chronic venous insufficiency.
