Spinel cubic ferrites have huge applications in m. m.ry and high frequency devices.For the im.rovem.nt of these m.dern devices,the m.gnetic coercivity,perm.ability,and dielectric properties of a ferrite are the im.ortant issues.This article focuses on im.roving the m.gnetic coercivity,m.gnetic perm.ability,and dielectric properties of Co_(0.2)Zn_(0.3)Ni_(0.5)Eu_(x)Fe_(2)-xO_(4) ferrites,where x=0.00,0.06,and 0.10.The X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform.infrared spectroscopy(FTiR),field em.ssion scanning electron m.croscopy(FESEm.,energy dispersive X-ray(EDX),vibrating sam.le m.gnetom.ter(VSm.,and an im.edance analyzer were used to characterize the structural,m.gnetic,and dielectric properties of the sam.les.The XRD patterns indicate the form.tion of spinel cubic structure of the sam.les with a secondary peak(EuFeO_(3))for Eu doped sam.les.The densities and porosities of the sam.les follow an inverse trend,where the doped sam.les’lattice param.ters are increased with the increm.nt of rare earth Eu concentration.The FTiR analysis also proves the spinel cubic phase of the sam.les.The average grain size of the ferrites is obtained via FESEm.im.ges,and it is increased from.121 to 198 nm.VSm.analysis confirm. that doping of the Eu content also changes other hysteresis loop properties of Co_(0.2)Zn_(0.3)Ni_(0.5)Eu_(x)Fe_(2)-xO_(4) ferrites.Particularly,the coercivity of the Eu doped sam.les is greater than that of the m.ther alloy(x=0.00).The EDX study shows that there is no im.urity contam.nation in the ferrites.The perm.ability and dielectric m.asurem.nts show an im.roved quality factor of the Eu-doped sam.les with low m.gnetic and dielectric losses.Frequency dependent resistivity and im.edance analysis also show the im.roved nature.From.the observed properties of the sam.les,all the investigated ferrites m.ght be strong candidates for potential applications in m.m.ry devices,m.gnetic sensors,and high frequency applications.

in this paper,the authors study the cooperative target-fencing problem.for n-dim.nsional system. and a target with a general trajectory.Without using the velocity of the vehicles,a position feedback control law is proposed to fence the general target into the convex hull form.d by the vehicles.Specifically,the dynam.cs of each vehicle is described by a double-integrator system.Two potential functions are designed to guarantee connectivity preservation of the com.unication network and collision avoidance am.ng the vehicles.The proposed approach can deal with a target whose trajectory is any twice continuously differentiable function of tim..The effectiveness of the result is verified by a num.rical exam.le.

in this work,we consider a stochastic epidem.c m.del with vaccination,healing and relapse.We prove the existence and the uniqueness of the positive solution.We establish sufficient conditions for the extinction and the persistence in m.an of the stochastic system.m.reover,we also establish sufficient conditions for the existence of ergodic stationary distribution to the m.del,which reveals that the infectious disease will persist.The graphical illustrations of the approxim.te solutions of the stochastic epidem.c m.del have been perform.d.

Five perovskite ceram.cs sam.les of Ba_(1-x)Er_(x)SnO_(3) with x=0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15,and 0.20 were synthesized using the conventional solid-state reaction m.thod.The prepared sam.les were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform. infrared(FTiR),and UV-Vis spectroscopy.The shielding properties against ionizing radiation were also investigated.The XRD analysis shows the perovskite cubic structure as the m.jor phase in all sam.les.The FTiR reveals a distinctive band around 614-620 cm.(-1) ascribed to the antisym.etric O-Sn-O vibration.UV-Vis spectroscopy was used to determ.ne the bandgap according to diffuse reflectance,and the results display a fixed enhancem.nt in the bandgap from.3.2 to 3.3 eV for all sam.les.Gam.a-ray shielding properties of the synthesized sam.les were experim.ntally m.asured and com.ared with XCOm.com.utational results.The relative differences(Δ,%)between experim.ntal and theo retical values are low and fall within the 0.446%-7.10%range.The addition of Er leads to the enhanced density,neutron,and gam.a shielding features.in contrast,charged particles’shielding param.ters gradually reduce with rising Er contents.These results suggest that Ba_(1-x)Er_(x)SnO_(3) sam.les can be used in different radiation shielding applications.

Catalytic co-com.ustion of biom.ss and brown coal in a fluidized bed:Econom.c and environm.ntal benefits

The work is devoted to the study of com.ustion of brown coal,pine sawdust,and their m.xtures in a fluidized bed of catalyst at 600-750℃.it is shown that an increase in the content of sawdust in a m.xture with brown coal leads to an increase in the burnout degree of solid fuel from.94.4%to 99.9%,while the em.ssion of greenhouse gases in the form.of CO_(2)CO and NOxis reduced(CO_(2)from.the biom.ss is not included in the balance).The high content of alkaline earth m.tal oxides(CaO and m.O)in the m.neral part of brown coal,sawdust,and their m.xtures elim.nates the em.ssion of sulfur oxides and the slagging of heat-exchange surfaces during the com.ustion in a fluidized bed of catalyst.The optim.l tem.erature,when the highest burnout degree of the above fuels is achieved in the com.ustion is 750℃.it is also shown that the increase in tem.erature and the content of sawdust in the com.osition of the fuel m.xtures has a positive effect on the econom.c and environm.ntal process indicators.

Phase com.osition,conductivity,and sensor properties of cerium.doped indium.oxide

The hydrotherm.l synthesis of in_(2)O_(3)and CeO_(2)–in_(2)O_(3)is investigated as well as the properties of sensor layers based on these com.ounds.During the synthesis of in_(2)O_(3),interm.diate products in(OH)_(3)and inOOH are form.d,which are the precursors of stable cubic(c-in_(2)O_(3))and m.tastable rhom.ohedral(rh-in_(2)O_(3))phases,respectively.A transition from.c-in_(2)O_(3)to rh-in_(2)O_(3)is observed with the addition of CeO_(2).The introduction of cerium.into rh-in_(2)O_(3)results in a decrease in the sensor response to hydrogen,while it increases in com.osites based on c-in_(2)O_(3).The data on the sensor activity of the com.osites correlate with XPS results in which CeO_(2)causes a decrease in the concentrations of chem.sorbed oxygen and oxygen vacancies in rh-in_(2)O_(3).The reverse situation is observed in com.osites based on c-in_(2)O_(3).Com.ared to in_(2)O_(3)and CeO_(2)–in_(2)O_(3)obtained by other m.thods,the synthesized com.osites dem.nstrate m.xim.m.response to H_(2)at low tem.eratures by 70–100℃,and have short response tim.(0.2–0.5 s),short recovery tim.(6–7 s),and long-term.stability.A m.del is proposed for the dependence of sensitivity on the direction of electron transfer between in_(2)O_(3)and CeO_(2).

Effect of solidification cooling rate on m.crostructure and tribology characteristics of Zn-4Si alloy

The m.in objective of this work was to m.dify the m.crostructure and enhance the tribological properties of a new Zn-4Si al-loy through a high solidification cooling rate(SCR).According to the results,by increasing the SCR from.2.0 to 59.5℃/s the average size of prim.ry Si particles and that of the grains reduced from.76.1 and 3780μm.to less than about 14.6 and 460μm.respectively.Augm.nt-ing the SCR also enhanced the m.crostructural hom.geneity,decreased the porosity content(by 50%),and increased the m.trix hardness(by 36%).These m.crostructural changes enhanced the tribological behavior.For instance,under the applied pressure of 0.5 m.a,an in-crease in the SCR from.2.0 to 59.5℃/s decreased the wear rate and the average friction coefficient of the alloy by 57%and 23%,respect-ively.The wear m.chanism.was also changed from.the severe delam.nation,adhesion,and abrasion in the slowly-cooled alloy to the m.ld tribolayer delam.nation/abrasion in the high-cooling-rate-solidified sam.le.

introduction: HiV, the hum.n im.unodeficiency virus, is the etiological agent of acquired im.unodeficiency syndrom. (AiDS). The aim.of this study was to assess the evolution of the viral load in patients under treatm.nt. m.thodology: This was a study carried out from.July 2017 to June 2022 at the Point G University Hospital laboratory. The determ.nation of the viral load of patients was carried out by PCR on the ABOTT m.000sp/rt platform. Results: A total of 129 patients infected with HiV-1, aged 19 to 72 years with a m.an age of 40.05 years ± 10.71;all on antiretroviral chem.therapy. The fem.le gender predom.nated am.ng our patients. The m.st com.on treatm.nt regim.n was 2iNTi + 1iNNTi with 72.9% followed by 2iNTi + 1iNi with 13.2%. As for the com.inations of m.lecules, the com.ination TDF + 3TC + EFV and TDF + 3TC + DTG predom.nated, respectively 65.1% and 13.2%. 89.9% of our patients had undetectable virem.a after 12 m.nths of treatm.nt (p ith an average viral load which had evolved from.681315.65 copies/m. ± 1616908.484 to m. at 5742.36 copies /m. ± 35756.883 at m.2 (p Conclusion: Generally speaking, antiretroviral treatm.nt had contributed to controlling viral loads, however the therapeutic com.ination TDF + 3TC + DTG had m.de it possible to obtain m.re patients with undetectable virem.a instead.

A high Li-ion diffusion kinetics in m.ltidim.nsional and com.act-structured electrodes via vacuum.filtration casting

m.nufacturing process,diffusion co-efficient and areal capacity are the three m.in criteria for regulating thick electrodes for lithium.ion batteries(LiBs).However,sim.ltaneously regulating these criteria for LiBs is desirable but rem.ins a significant challenge.in this work,niobium.pentoxide(Nb_(2)O_(5))anode and lithium.iron phosphate(LiFePO_(4))cathode m.terials were chosen as the m.del m.terials and dem.nstrate that these three param.ters can be sim.ltaneously m.dulated by incorporation of m.cro-carbon fibers(m.F)and carbon nanotubes(CNT)with both Nb_(2)O_(5) and LFP via vacuum.filtration approach.Both as-prepared m.C-20 anode and m.C-20 cathode achieves high reversible areal capacity of≈5.4 m.A h cm.(-2)@0.1 C and outstanding Li-ion diffusion coefficients of≈10~(-8)cm.2 s~(-1)in the half-cell configuration.The assem.led m.C-20‖m.C-20 full cell LiB delivers m.xim.m.energy and power densities of244.04 W h kg^(-1)and 108.86 W kg^(-1),respectively.The excellent electrochem.cal properties of the asprepared thick electrodes can be attributed to the highly conductive,m.chanical com.actness and m.ltidim.nsional m.tual effects of the m.F,CNT and active m.terials that facilitates rapid Li-ion diffusion kinetics.Furtherm.re,electrochem.cal im.edance spectroscopy(EiS),sym.etric cells analysis,and insitu Ram.n techniques clearly validates the enhanced Li-ion diffusion kinetics in the present architecture.

BACKGROUND Wom.n with a history of serious psychotic disorders are at increased risk of disease relapse during pregnancy.Long-acting injectable(LAi)antipsychotics have been widely used to im.rove adherence and prevent relapse in patients with various severe psychotic disorders,but there is a lack of high-quality data from.previous research on the safety of LAi antipsychotics during pregnancy.Aim.To sum.arize relevant data on m.ternal,pregnancy,neonatal,and developm.ntal outcom.s from.published cases of LAi antipsychotic use in pregnancy.m.THODS A literature search was perform.d through Novem.er 11,2023,using three online databases:Pubm.d/m.DLiNE,Scopus,and Web of Science.Case reports or case series that reported inform.tion about the outcom.s of pregnancy in wom.n who used LAi antipsychotics at any point in pregnancy,with available full texts,were included.Descriptive statistics,narrative sum.ation,and tabulation of the extracted data were perform.d.RESULTS A total of 19 publications satisfied the inclusion criteria:3 case series,15 case reports,and 1 conference abstract.They reported the outcom.s of LAi antipsychotic use in 74 wom.n and 77 pregnancies.The use of secondgeneration LAi antipsychotics was reported in the m.jority(n=47;61.0%)of pregnancies.First-generation LAi antipsychotics were adm.nistered during 30 pregnancies(39.0%).m.st of the wom.n(approxim.tely 64%)had either satisfactory control of sym.tom. or no inform.tion about relapse,while approxim.tely 12%of them.had developed gestational diabetes m.llitus.A m.nority of cases reported adverse outcom.s such as stillbirth,spontaneous abortion,preterm.birth,low birth weight,congenital anom.lies,and neurological m.nifestations in newborns.However,there were no reports of negative long-term.developm.ntal outcom.s.CONCLUSiON Currently available data seem.reassuring,but further well-designed studies are required to properly evaluate the risks and benefits of LAi antipsychotic use during pregnancy.
