Background Schistosoma japonicum is a parasitic flatworm that causes human schistosomiasis, which is a significant cause of morbidity in China, the Philippines and *** hupensis (Gastropoda: Pomatiopsidae) is the unique intermediate host ofS. japonicum. A complete genome sequence ofO. hupensis will enable the fundamental understanding of snail biology as well as its co-evolution with theS. japonicum parasite. Assembling a high-quality reference genome ofO. hupehensis will provide data for further research on the snail biology and controlling the spread ofS. *** The draft genome was de novo assembly using the long-read sequencing technology (PacBio Sequel II) and corrected with Illumina sequencing data. Then, using Hi-C sequencing data, the genome was assembled at the chromosomal level. CAFE was used to do analysis of contraction and expansion of the gene family and CodeML module in PAML was used for positive selection analysis in protein coding *** A total length of 1.46 Gb high-qualityO. hupensis genome with 17 unique full-length chromosomes (2n = 34) of the individual including a contig N50 of 1.35 Mb and a scaffold N50 of 75.08 Mb. Additionally, 95.03% of these contig sequences were anchored in 17 chromosomes. After scanning the assembled genome, a total of 30,604 protein-coding genes were predicted. Among them, 86.67% were functionally annotated. Further phylogenetic analysis revealed thatO. hupensis was separated from a common ancestor ofPomacea canaliculata andBellamya purificata approximately 170 million years ago. 竟陵派传记散文的开拓性与创新性似更为显著,且这类散文的理论生成和文本撰写极有力地表现出性灵思潮对其思想的辐射与创作的规约。从传记散文的演进脉络溯源,明代是主体意识觉醒与古典传记的突破期,特别是晚明士林群体主体意识之强化的思想背景和历史基础,使得竟陵派传记散文表现出“性灵”的本质一面。具体而言,“细事小语点染着色”与“奇事当传”为竟陵派传记散文理论的重要两端,使传记散文在写作原则、艺术手法、题材择取等多方面凸显出自身的创作特色。从价值意义上来看,竟陵派传记散文在延续了性灵文学“求真”本质意涵的同时,又较为适时地将“求善”价值理念蕴含于创作之中,即针对公安派之任情而发、情性泛滥这一现实而采取反思与节制主体性建构的策略。竟陵派对“性灵”一脉的修正及纠偏于传记散文一体是理应予以重视且认同的。

1病例摘要男性患者,49岁,有长期吸烟史,2023年6月因突发胸闷气促入广东省人民医院急诊留观。体能评分(Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status,ECOG PS)为3分,胸部电子计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)平扫提示大量心包积液。在CT引导下进行心包穿刺术,初次心包积液病理提示找到肿瘤细胞,可能来自肺部。心包积液引流术后,患者气促症状得到改善,体能评分降至1分。

通过碱水热反应合成了Ti_(3)C_(2),并以其为载体制备了不同负载量的Ti_(3)C_(2)-Ag_(3)PO_(4)光催化剂。利用FT-IR、XRD、SEM、XPS等对光催化剂进行表征。结果表明,在240℃水热条件下,碱刻蚀法制备的Ti_(3)C_(2)为刻蚀程度较低的片层结构,同时材料中有微量的TiO_(2)存在,同时Ag_(3)PO_(4)以立方相的形式负载到Ti_(3)C_(2)载体表面。随着Ag_(3)PO_(4)负载量的增加,Ti_(3)C_(2)-Ag_(3)PO_(4)的光催化活性逐渐增大,在催化剂质量为0.01 g、反应时间为60 min时,Ti_(3)C_(2)-Ag_(3)PO_(4)-85%对亚甲基蓝的降解率达到95%。Ti_(3)C_(2)与Ag_(3)PO_(4)异质结的存在使其具有较强的电荷分离能力和优异的光催化性能。

China has accumulated multiple practices and experiences in building and enhancing malaria surveillance and response system. As China’s engagement into global health has gathered stronger momentum than ever, China together with the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute and WHO has organised five sessions of the International Forum on Surveillance-Response System Leading to Tropical Diseases Elimination during 2012–2020, in which malaria elimination has always been one of the hottest topics. In this study, the roles of international network on the surveillance and response system were explored to achieve a global malaria-free goal. China’s approach to malaria elimination has demonstrated significance of global collaboration on taking joint prevention and control, and building a worldwide institutional-based network.

Objective:To determine the spatiotemporal distribution of Schistosoma(S.)japonicum infections in humans,livestock,and Oncomelania(O.)hupensis across the endemic foci of ***:Based on multi-stage continuous downscaling of sentinel monitoring,county-based schistosomiasis surveillance data were captured from the national schistosomiasis surveillance sites of China from 2005 to *** data included *** infections in humans,livestock,and *** spatiotemporal trends for schistosomiasis were detected using a Joinpoint regression model,with a standard deviational ellipse(SDE)tool,which determined the central tendency and dispersion in the spatial distribution of ***,more spatiotemporal clusters of *** infections in humans,livestock,and *** were evaluated by the Poisson ***:The prevalence of *** human infections decreased from 2.06%to zero based on data of the national schistosomiasis surveillance sites of China from 2005 to 2019,with a reduction from 9.42%to zero for the prevalence of *** infections in livestock,and from 0.26%to zero for the prevalence of *** infections in *** using an SDE tool showed that schistosomiasis-affected regions were reduced yearly from 2005 to 2014 in the endemic provinces of Hunan,Hubei,Jiangxi,and Anhui,as well as in the Poyang and Dongting Lake *** model revealed 11 clusters of *** human infections,six clusters of *** infections in livestock,and nine clusters of *** infections in *** clusters of human infection were highly consistent with clusters of *** infections in livestock and *** were in the 5 provinces of Hunan,Hubei,Jiangxi,Anhui,and Jiangsu,as well as along the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze ***,livestock,and *** infections with *** were mainly concentrated in the north of the Hunan Province,south of the Hubei Province,north

Background: Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) Omicron (B.1.1.529) variant is highly transmissible with potential immune escape. Hence, control measures are continuously being optimized to guard against large-scale coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreaks. This study aimed to explore the relationship between the intensity of control measures in response to different SARS-CoV-2 variants and the degree of outbreak control at city ***: A retrospective study was conducted in 49 cities with COVID-19 outbreaks between January 2020 and June 2022. Epidemiological data on COVID-19 were extracted from the National Health Commission, People’s Republic of China, and the population flow data were sourced from the Baidu migration data provided by the Baidu platform. Outbreak control was quantified by calculating the degree of infection growth and the time-varying reproduction number (Rt). The intensity of the outbreak response was quantified by calculating the reduction in population mobility during the outbreak period. Correlation and regression analyses of the intensity of the control measures and the degree of outbreak control for the Omicron variant and non-Omicron mutants were conducted, ***: Overall, 65 outbreaks occurred in 49 cities in China from January 2020 to June 2022. Of them, 66.2% were Omicron outbreaks and 33.8% were non-Omicron outbreaks. The intensity of the control measures was positively correlated with the degree of outbreak control (r = 0.351,P = 0.03). The degree of reduction in population mobility was negatively correlated with the R_(t) value (r = - 0.612,P < 0.01). Therefore, under the same control measure intensity, the number of new daily Omicron infections was 6.04 times higher than those attributed to non-Omicron variants, and theRt value of Omicron outbreaks was 2.6 times higher than that of non-Omicron variants.
