Fully printed perovskite solar cells(PScs)were fabricated in air with all constituent layers,except for electrodes,deposited by the blade coating *** PScs incorporated,for the first time,a nanometer-thick printed bathocuproine(bcP)hole blocking buffer using blade coating and deposited at relative humidity up to 50%.The PScs with a p-i-n structure(glass/indium tin oxide(ITO)/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)polystyrene sulfonate(PEDOT:PSS)/cH_(3)NH_(3)Pbl_(3)/[6,6]-phenyl-c_(61)-butyric acid methyl ester(PcbM)/bcP/Ag)delivered a maximum power conversion efficiency(PcE)of 14.9%on an active area of 0.5 cm^(2)when measured under standard test *** PScs with a blade coated bcP delivered performance of 10%and 63%higher(in relative terms)than those incorporating a spin coated bcP or without any bcP film,*** atomic force microscopy(AFM)showed that blade coated films were more homogeneous and acted also as a surface planarizer leading to a reduction of roughness which improved bcP/Ag interface lowering charge *** demonstration of 15%efficient devices with all constituent layers,including nanometer-thick bcP(〜10 nm),deposited by blade coating in air,demonstrates a route for industrialization of this technology.

The identification of jets originating from quarks and gluons,often referred to as quark/gluon tagging,plays an important role in various analyses performed at the Large Hadron collider,as Standard Model measurements and searches for new particles decaying to quarks often rely on suppressing a large gluon-induced *** paper describes the measurement of the efficiencies of quark/gluon taggers developed within the ATLAS collaboration,using √s=13 TeV proton–proton collision data with an integrated luminosity of 140 fb^(-1) collected by the ATLAS *** taggers with high performances in rejecting jets from gluon over jets from quarks are studied:one tagger is based on requirements on the number of inner-detector tracks associated with the jet,and the other combines several jet substructure observables using a boosted decision tree.A method is established to determine the quark/gluon fraction in data,by using quark/gluon-enriched subsamples defined by the jet *** in tagging efficiency between data and simulation are provided for jets with transverse momentum between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and for multiple tagger working points.

Investigation of Galactic open cluster remnants： the case of NGc 7193

Galactic open clusters （Ocs） that survive the early gas-expulsion phase are gradually de- stroyed over time by the action of disruptive dynamical processes. Their final evolutionary stages are characterized by a poorly populated concentration of stars called an open cluster remnant （OcR）. This study is devoted to assessing the real physical nature of the OcR candidate NGc 7193. GMOS/Gemini spectroscopy of 53 stars in the inner target region were obtained to derive radial velocities and at- mospheric parameters. We also employed photometric and proper motion data. The analysis method consists of the following steps：（i） analysis of the statistical resemblance between the cluster and a set of field samples with respect to the sequences defined in color-magnitude diagrams （cMDs）; （ii） a 5-dimensional iterative exclusion routine was employed to identify outliers from kinematical and posi- tional data; （iii） isochrone fitting to thes× （J - Ks） cMD of the remaining stars and the dispersion of spectral types along empirical sequences in the （J - H） × （H - Ks） diagram were checked. A group of stars was identified for which the mean heliocentric distance is compatible with that obtained via isochrone fitting and whose metallicities are compatible with each other. Fifteen of the member stars observed spectroscopically were identified together with another 19 probable members. Our results indi- cate that NGc 7193 is a genuine OcR, of a once very populous Oc, for which the following parameters were derived： d = 501±46 pc, t = 2.5±1.2 Gyr, （[Fe/H]） = -0.17±0.23 and E（b-V） = 0.05±0.05. Its luminosity and mass functions show depletion of low mass stars, confirming the OcR is in a dynam- ically evolved state.

Malaria is a parasitic disease which has as etiological agents protozoa of the genus Plasmodium prevalent in tropical countries. The appearance of Plasmodium strains resistant to artemisinin has become necessary the development of new drugs using computational tools to combat this epidemic. Diverse transporter proteins can act as antimalarials targets, thereby being the enzyme deoxyhypusine synthase a promising antimalarial target. The present study aimed to investigate 15 most active inhibitors of deoxyhypusine synthase target, deposited in databases binding Db, in order to trace a pattern of physicochemical, pharmacokinetic and toxicological properties of the inhibitors for this enzyme and propose new inhibitors of deoxyhypusine synthase target. The physicochemical properties were obtained according to the Lipinski parameters to evaluate oral absorption. based on the certain properties were proposed three new inhibitors (A, b and c). The ADME/Tox properties were calculated for new inhibitors compared with results of the selected compounds. The fifteen inhibitors for oral administration showed satisfactory results, because they have adapted to the Lipinski parameters. In relation to the penetration of the blood-brain barrier the inhibitors analyzed showed penetration values less than 1, and ranged from 0.0411815 to 0.481764, being that the compound 1 showed value of cbrain/cblood = 0.135467. compound b showed a higher strength in plasma protein binding in relation to the compound 1, having a variation be-tween them of ±1.489344. Therefore, the compound b would present a longer halflife compared with compound 1. The proposed compounds showed positive and satisfactory results, being able to reach less adverse effects related to the central nervous system depending of administered dose.

Acute fatty liver of pregnancy is a rare disease that affects women in the third trimester of pregnancy. Although infrequent, the disease can cause maternal mortality. The diagnosis is not always clear until the pregnancy is terminated, and significant complications, such as acute pancreatitis, can occur. Pancreatic involvement typically only occurs in severe cases after the development of hepatic and renal impairment. To date, little knowledge is available regarding how the disease causes pancreatitis. Treatment involves supportive measures and pregnancy interruption. In this report, we describe a case of a previously healthy 26-year-old woman at a gestational age of 27 wk and 6 d who was admitted with severe abdominal pain and vomiting. This case illustrates the clinical and laboratory overlap between acute fatty liver of pregnancy and pancreatitis, highlighting the difficulties in differentiating each disease. Furthermore, the hypothesis for this overlapping is presented, and the therapeutic options are discussed.

Objective: To isolate candida albicans(c. albicans) from the urine of hospitalized patients and assess the virulence factors and antifungal susceptibility profiles of the ***: Yeasts were identified using the chromogenic medium cHROMagar?, the VITEK~?2 system, hypertonic Sabouraud broth, tobacco agar, polymerase chain reaction,and DNA sequencing. The evaluated virulence factors were proteinase production,phospholipase production, and biofilm production on polystyrene. The broth microdilution technique was used to determine the minimum inhibitory ***: All yeasts isolated from urine were identified as c. albicans using both classical and molecular methods. Although 91.3% of the isolates showed no phospholipase activity, 56.5% showed strong proteinase activity and 91.7% produced biofilm. All microorganisms were sensitive to fluconazole, voriconazole and amphotericin b, but 56.5% of the yeasts showed resistance to ***: c. albicans isolates from urine have a high capacity for virulence and can be associated with infectious processes. Furthermore, the high percentage of isolates resistant to itraconazole is important because this antifungal agent is commonly used to treat fungal infections in the hospital environment.

The perceptions of fishers towards the Arrábida Marine Park,a marine protected area(MPA)in the west coast of Portugal,were studied through face-to-face interviews in two different moments of the MPA life ***'perceptions about the MPA and the impact it had on the fishing activity over time were identified just before the full implementation of the zoning and regulations of the management plan and 10 years *** study aimed to investigate fishers'knowledge,acceptance and perceptions about the MPA changed with time,if support for the MPA was linked to the impact of the MPA on the fishing activity,and if fishers'perceptions about the impact of the MPA on the fishing activity match with local landings *** show that although knowledge about the marine park significantly improved over time,fishers'acceptance did not.A decrease on fishers'support was not substantial but *** such as the disagreement with regulations reinforced concerns raised during the implementation of the marine park,particularly in relation to the top-down decision-making,which commonly confers minor participation,recognition and legitimacy to ***,fisheries benefits were still not perceived by local fishers,though they are central for fishers'***,the perceived negative impacts of the park seemed to be more related to social aspects and individual interests than to impacts on *** adequate management,enforcement and participation of local fishers is still possible and are advocated here as to contribute to the expected socioecological outcomes and respective support,leading to the future successful performance of the Arrábida Marine *** fishers’perceptions towards an MPA over time is central and should be included on periodical socioecological monitoring and inform an effective adaptive management.

Although the frequency of metabolic risk factors for cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma(Hcc)is increasing,chronic hepatitis b(cHb)and chronic hepatitis c(cHc)remain the most relevant risk factors for advanced liver disease *** addition to liver damage,hepatitis b virus(HbV)and hepatitis c virus(HcV)infections are associated with a myriad of extrahepatic manifestations including mixed cryoglobulinaemia,lymphoproliferative disorders,renal disease,insulin resistance,type 2 diabetes,sicca syndrome,rheumatoid arthritislike polyarthritis,and autoantibody ***,the list has grown to include *** of muscle mass or muscle function is a critical feature of malnutrition in cirrhotic patients and has been found in approximately 23.0%-60.0%of patients with advanced liver ***,among published studies,there is significant heterogeneity in the aetiologies of hepatic diseases and measurement methods used to determine *** particular,the interaction between sarcopenia,cHb and cHc has not been completely clarified in a real-world *** can result from a complex and multifaceted virus-host-environment interplay in individuals chronically infected with HbV or ***,in the present review,we provide an overview of the concept,prevalence,clinical relevance,and potential mechanisms of sarcopenia in patients with chronic viral hepatitis,with an emphasis on clinical outcomes,which have been associated with skeletal muscle loss in these patients.A comprehensive overview of sarcopenia in individuals chronically infected with HbV or HcV,independent of the stage of the liver disease,will reinforce the necessity of an integrated medical/nutritional/physical education approach in the daily clinical care of patients with cHb and cHc.

该研究比较有氧运动、阻抗运动及联合运动对难治性高血压(refractory hypertension,RH)和非难治性高血压(NON-RH)患者血压的短期影响。方法:招募患者20例(RH 10例和NON-RH 10例),随机进行三种运动训练或对照训练。试验训练结束后监测24h动态血压。结果:RH患者在有氧运动、阻抗运动及联合运动后动态血压降低。联合运动后日间和夜间动态血压均降低。有氧运动对日间血压的影响更为显著,而阻抗运动降低夜间血压的幅度较大。仅阻抗运动降低NON-RH患者的收缩压,三种运动均可降低舒张压。
