Clayey silt reservoirs bearing natural gas hydrates(NGH)are considered to be the hydrate-bearing reservoirs that boast the highest reserves but tend to be the most difficult to *** are proved to be exploitable by the first NGH production test conducted in the South China Sea in *** on the understanding of the first production test,the China Geological Survey determined the optimal target NGH reservoirs for production test and conducted a detailed assessment,numerical and experimental simulation,and onshore testing of the *** that,it conducted the second offshore NGH production test in 1225 m deep Shenhu Area,South China Sea(also referred to as the second production test)from October 2019 to April *** the second production test,a series of technical challenges of drilling horizontal wells in shallow soft strata in deep sea were met,including wellhead stability,directional drilling of a horizontal well,reservoir stimulation and sand control,and accurate *** a result,30 days of continuous gas production was achieved,with a cumulative gas production of 86.14×104 ***,the average daily gas production is 2.87×10^4 m^3,which is 5.57 times as much as that obtained in the first production ***,both the cumulative gas production and the daily gas production were highly improved compared to the first production *** indicated by the monitoring results of the second production test,there was no anomaly in methane content in the seafloor,seawater,and atmosphere throughout the whole production *** successful production test further indicates that safe and effective NGH exploitation is feasible in clayey silt NGH *** industrialization of hydrates consists of five stages in general,namely theoretical research and simulation experiments,exploratory production test,experimental production test,productive production test,and commercial *** second production test serves as an important step

BACKGROUND:This study aimed to establish an eff ective nomogram to predict the survival of heat stroke(HS)based on risk ***:This was a retrospective,observational multicenter cohort *** analyzed patients diagnosed with HS,who were treated between may 1 and September 30,2018 at 15 tertiary hospitals from 11 cities in Northern ***:Among the 175 patients,32 patients(18.29%)died before hospital *** the univariate analysis,mechanical ventilation,initial mean arterial pressuremaximum heart rate,lab results on day 1(white blood cell count,alanine aminotransferase,creatinine),and Glasgow admission prediction score were included in multivariate *** Cox regression showed that invasive ventilation,initial mean arterial pressurelue was set at 2.085,according to the operating characteristic curve for overall survival *** model showed good calibration ability in the internal and external validation ***:A novel nomogram,integrated with prognostic factors,was proposed;it was highly predictive of the survival in HS patients.

Recent evidence suggests that CD147 serves as a novel receptor for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)*** CD147 via anti-CD147 antibody could suppress the in vitro SARS-CoV-2 *** is a humanized anti-CD147 IgG_(2) monoclonal antibody,which may effectively prevent SARS-CoV-2 infection in coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)***,we conducted a randomized,double-blinded,placebo-controlled phase 1 trial to evaluate the safety,tolerability,and pharmacokinetics of meplazumab in healthy subjects,and an open-labeled,concurrent controlled add-on exploratory phase 2 study to determine the efficacy in COVID-19 *** phase 1 study,59 subjects were enrolled and assigned to eight cohorts,and no serious treatment-emergent adverse event(TEAE)or TEAE grade≥3 was *** serum and peripheral blood Cmax and area under the curve showed non-linear pharmacokinetic *** obvious relation between the incidence or titer of positive anti-drug antibody and dosage was observed in each *** biodistribution study indicated that meplazumab reached lung tissue and maintained>14 days stable with the lung tissue/cardiac blood-pool ratio ranging from 0.41 to *** the exploratory phase 2 study,17 COVID-19 patients were enrolled,and 11 hospitalized patients were involved as concurrent *** meplazumab treatment significantly improved the discharged(P=0.005)and case severity(P=0.021),and reduced the time to virus negative(P=0.045)in comparison to the control *** results show a sound safety and tolerance of meplazumab in healthy volunteers and suggest that meplazumab could accelerate the recovery of patients from COVID-19 pneumonia with a favorable safety profile.

Realtime trigger and localization of bursts are the key functions of GECAM,an all-sky gamma-ray monitor launched on 2020 December *** developed a multifunctional trigger and localization software operating in the CPU of the GECAM Electronic *** onboard software has the following features:high trigger efficiency for real celestial bursts with a suppression of false triggers caused by charged particle bursts and background fluctuation,dedicated localization algorithm optimized for both short and long bursts,and low time latency of the trigger information which is downlinked through the Global Short Message Communication service of the global BeiDou navigation *** paper provides a detailed description of the design and development of the trigger and localization software system for *** covers the general design,workflow,the main functions,and the algorithms used in the *** paper also includes on-ground trigger tests using simulated gamma-ray bursts generated by a dedicated X-ray tube,as well as an overview of the performance for real celestial bursts during its in-orbit operation.

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in June 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in June 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

目的:探索和分析北京地区捐精志愿者的精液质量随季节的变化规律以及两者之间的相关性。方法:应用回顾性研究方法,收集北京大学第三医院人类精子库捐精志愿者人群的精液数据,按照农历节气和捐精时间进行4个季节分组,比较不同季节分组之间精液参数的差异,分析变化规律以及季节因素对精液参数的影响。结果:共纳入和分析21174例精液常规检查数据。将全部数据整体分析,春、夏、秋、冬季组的精子浓度分别为(106.04±59.67)×10^(6)/mL、(97.61±47.41)×10^(6)/mL、(100.18±47.17)×10^(6)/mL、(100.59±38.68)×10^(6)/mL,春季组明显高于其他3个季节组(P<0.001);前向运动精子百分率(progressive motility,PR)分别为56.49%±12.76%、58.02%±13.65%、58.05%±12.36%、57.66%±12.61%,春季组低于其他3个季节组,夏季组较好(P<0.001);精子正常形态率4个季节组间差异没有统计学意义;冬季组的捐精志愿者合格率高于其他3个季节组(P<0.01),而夏季组则低于其他3个季节组。将筛选期和正式捐精期志愿者的精液参数分别进行分析,均显示春季组的精子浓度高于夏季和冬季组,PR低于夏季和秋季组。基于正式捐精期精液参数,多元线性回归分析表明季节是影响精子浓度的主要因素,春季组的平均精子浓度比冬季组约高6×10^(6)/mL,但春季组的PR比秋季组低2.9%(均P<0.05)。结论:季节是北京地区捐精志愿者精液质量的影响因素,推荐春冬两季适宜捐精志愿者积极捐献精子。

原发性免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)中少见但至关重要的危重出血事件,给患者的预后、生活质量和治疗决策带来严重影响。尽管有一些研究探讨了ITP中与危重出血相关的风险因素,但目前尚缺乏大样本数据、大规模多中心研究结果以及针对ITP患者致命出血事件的预测模型。本研究首次采用国际血栓与止血学会新提出的ITP致命出血标准,利用大样本数据开发了首个基于机器学习的在线应用,用于预测ITP患者的致命出血.研究中,我们使用中国各地大型多中心数据进行开发,并对全国39家医疗中心进行为期一年的外部测试,得到了较好的训练、验证和测试数据集预测能力该基于新算法的便捷网络工具能够快速识别ITP患者的出血风险,辅助临床决策,有望未来降低不良事件的发生。

Objective:To investigate current status of diagnosis and treatment of bladder cancer in ***:A database was generated by Chinese Bladder Cancer Consortium(CBCC).From January 2007 to December 2012,14,260 cases from 44 CBCC centers were *** of diagnosis,treatment and pathology were ***:The average age was 63.5 year-old and most patients were male(84.3%).The most common histologic types were urothelial carcinoma(91.4%),adenocarcinoma(1.8%),and squamous carcinoma(1.9%).According to 1973 and 2004 WHO grading system,42.0%,41.0%,and 17.0% of patients were grade 1,2,and 3,and 16.0%,48.7%,and 35.3% of patients were papillary urothelial neoplasms of low malignant potential,low,and high grade,***-muscle invasive bladder cancer(NMIBC)and muscle invasive bladder cancer(MIBC)were 25.2% and 74.1%,respectively(0.8% not clear).Carcinoma in situ was only 2.4%.Most patients were diagnosed by white-light cystoscopy with biopsy(74.3%).Fluorescence and narrow band imaging cystoscopy had additional detection rate of 1.0% and 4.0%,*** transurethral resection(TUR)provided detection rate of 16.9%.Most NMIBCs were treated with TUR(89.2%).After initial TUR,2.6%accepted second TUR,and 45.7%,69.9%,and 58.7% accepted immediate,induced,and maintenance chemotherapy instillation,*** MIBCs were treated with radical cystectomy(RC,59.7%).Laparoscopic RCs were 35.1%,while open RC 63.4%.Extended and standard pelvic lymph node dissection were 7% and 66%,*** most common urinary diversions were orthotopic neobladder(44%),ileal conduit(31%),and ureterocutaneostomy(23%).Only 2.3% of patients accepted neo-adjuvant chemotherapy and only 18%of T3 and T4 patients accepted adjuvant ***:Disease characteristics are similar to international reports,while differences of diagnosis and treatment *** study can provide evidences for revisions of the guideline on bladder cancer in China.
