The scale of deer breeding has gradually increased in recent years and better information management is necessary,which requires the identification of individual *** this paper,a deer face dataset is produced using face images obtained from different angles,and an improved residual neural network(ResNet)-based recognition model is proposed to extract the features of deer faces,which have high *** model is based on ResNet-50,which reduces the depth of the model,and the network depth is only 29 layers;the model connects Squeeze-and-Excitation(SE)modules at each of the four layers where the channel changes to improve the quality of features by compressing the feature information extracted through the entire layer.A maximum pooling layer is used in the ResBlock shortcut connection to reduce the information loss caused by messages passing through the *** Rectified Linear Unit(ReLU)activation function in the network is replaced by the Exponential Linear Unit(ELU)activation function to reduce information loss during forward propagation of the *** preprocessed 6864 sika deer face dataset was used to train the recognition model based on SEResnet,which is demonstrated to identify individuals *** setting up comparative experiments under different structures,the model reduces the amount of parameters,ensures the accuracy of the model,and improves the calculation speed of the *** the improved method in this paper to compare with the classical model and facial recognition models of different animals,the results show that the recognition effect of this research method is the best,with an average recognition accuracy of 97.48%.The sika deer face recognition model proposed in this study is *** results contribute to the practical application of animal facial recognition technology in the breeding of sika deer and other animals with few distinct facial features.

The biochemical mechanism underlying the toxicity of podophyllotoxin is *** studies from our laboratories suggested that hepatocytes were extremely sensitive to the toxicity of podophyllotoxin and a disruption of protein synthesis was ***-response and time-course studies on the effects of podophyllotoxin on protein, RNA,and DNA syniheses on hepatocellular cultures were made. Inhibitions of protein, RNA,and DNA syntheses were demonstrated, and a direct correlated dose-response relationshipon such effects was also evident. Inhibition of protein synthesis appeared to be a direet toxic effect of podophyllotoxin and occurred independently from that of RNA. The reduction of DNA synthesis was reflected by a reduction of H3-thymidine incorporation,which is believed to be the consequence of inhibition on the mitotic activity by podophyllotoxin

With the increasing intensive and large-scale development of the sika deer breeding industry,it is crucial to assess the health status of the sika deer by monitoring their behaviours.A machine vision-based method for the behaviour recognition of sika deer is proposed in this *** Inception Net(GoogLeNet)is used to optimise the model in this ***,the number of layers and size of the model were ***,the 5×5 convolution was changed to two 3×3 convolutions,which reduced the parameters and increased the nonlinearity of the model.A 5×5 convolution kernel was used to replace the original convolution for extracting coarse-grained features and improving the model’s extraction ability.A multi-scale module was added to the model to enhance the multi-faceted feature extraction capability of the ***,the Squeeze-and-Excitation Networks(SE-Net)module was included to increase the channel’s attention and improve the model’s *** dataset’s images were rotated to reduce *** image rotation,the angle wasmultiplied by 30°to obtain the dataset enhanced by rotation operations of 30°,60°,90°,120°and 150°.The experimental results showed that the recognition rate of this model in the behaviour of sika deer was 98.92%.Therefore,the model presented in this paper can be applied to the behaviour recognition of sika *** results will play an essential role in promoting animal behaviour recognition technology and animal health monitoring management.

Objective: To search for the most active antimicrobial and antioxidant sub-fractions related to traditional use of Ziziphus oxyphylla(Z. oxyphylla) and cedrela serrata(c. serrata) in Pakistan against infectious and liver ***: Factions of different polarity were tested in vitro for their antiprotozoal,antimalarial, antibacterial and antifungal activity against different pathogens. cytotoxicity on MRc-5 cell lines(human lung fibroblasts) as well as, in vitro radical scavenging activity was evaluated using the 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical ***: The highest antiprotozoal activity was observed for the cHcl3 fractions of Z. oxyphylla roots and leaves, and c. serrata bark. The cHcl3 and Et OAc fractions of Z. oxyphylla roots, the cHcl3 fraction of Z. oxyphylla leaves, the Et OAc and the residual Me OH: H2 O fraction of c. serrata bark showed antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus. The same residual Me OH: H2 O fraction of c. serrata bark was active against candida albicans. The highest antioxidant activity was observed for the more hydrophilic Et OAc fractions of Z. oxyphylla leaves, c. serrata bark and leaves, and the residual Me OH: H2 O fraction of c. serrata ***: This study supports at least in part the traditional uses of these plants for antimicrobial purposes and against liver diseases.

Low back pain (LBP) is one of the most prevalent, disabling and costly medical conditions affecting modern society. LBP presents a significant challenge to effective treatment due to often multifactorial or unknown etiology. Since the 1980s, the sacroiliac (SI) joint has become increasingly recognized as a common source of LBP. In contrast to other sources of LBP such as internal disc disruption and even psychosocial factors, SI joint pain and degeneration are reliably identified with provocative manual tests and diagnostic injections. Fusion of the SI joint has been shown to provide enduring symptom relief, and minimally invasive techniques developed over the past decade have further reduced the operative risks associated with open fusion surgery. Minimally invasive SI joint fusion surgeries are typically performed by placing rigid implant components across the joint space. The implants provide mechanical fixation while bony fusion develops. Decortication of the SI joint space during the procedure produces a bleeding bone surface that allows for increased availability of autologous mesenchymal stem cells and growth factors at the fusion site. coupled with the mechanical stability provided by the implant and autologous bone graft, decortication provides an optimal environment for bone growth and subsequent fusion of the joint. This report describes the background of SI joint disease, treatment, and the minimally invasive SImmetry? Sacroiliac Joint Fusion System (Zyga Technology, Inc., Minnetonka, MN, USA), with emphasis on the decortication instrumentation and procedure.

coping Strategies Adopted by construction Employees to Deal with the causes and Effects of Occupational Psychological Disorders: A Study in Ghana

coping strategies adopted to deal with psychological health issues could have influences on the general health, productivity and task performance of the employee. This study sought to investigate the coping strategies adopted by construction employees to deal with the causes and effects of occupational psychological disorders such as burnout and workaholism. To achieve this aim, the methods of focus group discussions were first employed. A total of 16 semi-structured focus group discussions were held in Ghana, with 90 construction employees. The focus group study revealed 25 coping strategies adopted as efforts to mitigate the causes and 22 coping strategies adopted as responses to moderate the effects of occupational psychological disorders. A quantitative study involving 150 construction professionals and 150 construction trade workers were also conducted in Ghana to investigate the coping strategies that were highly adopted by the two construction working groups. The findings from the study revealed that the construction professionals adopted delegating complicated tasks and seeking medical attention as the most common coping strategies to manage the causes and effects respectively. The construction trade workers were also revealed to adopt withdrawing from work duties or changing jobs and taking in more caffeinated drinks as the most common coping strategies to manage the causes and effects respectively. Exploratory factor analysis was employed, and the findings were put into the main constructs. The causes focused coping strategies were categorized under avoidance, alteration, adaptation, and acceptance. The effects focused coping strategies were also categorized under healthy and unhealthy coping strategies. This study recommends appropriate coping strategies and interventions in the construction industry such as education of construction personnel on the consequences of various coping strategies.

Topological insulators （TIs） are a new state of quantum matter with a band gap in bulk and conducting surface states. In this work, the Raman spectra of topological insulator Bi2Te3 films prepared by molecular beam epitaxy （MBE） have been measured by an in situ ultrahigh vacuum （UHV）-MBE-Raman spectroscopy system. When the thickness of Bi2Te3 films decreases from 40 quintuple-layers （QL） to 1 QL, the spectral characteristics of some Raman modes appearing in bulk Bi2Te3 vary and a new vibrational mode appears, which has not been reported in previous studies and might be related to quantum size effects and symmetry breaking. In addition, an obvious change was observed at 3 QL when a Dirac cone formed. These results offer some new information about the novel quantum states of TIs.

Incidence of Primary Open-Angle Glaucoma at the Flamboyants communal Medical center of conakry, Guinea

Background: Primary Open-Angle Glaucoma (POAG) is a chronic, progressive optic neuropathy of multifactorial origin defined by alterations in the visual field, progressive loss of optic nerve fibers and ganglion cells, and an open iridocorneal angle in gonioscopy. It is the world’s leading cause of irreversible blindness. There is no epidemiological study in Guinea that allows us to locate the real level of the problem. The objective of this study is to determine the hospital incidence of POAG at the centre Médical communal (cMc) in the Flamboyants. Patients and Method: This was a descriptive cross-sectional study with a prospective collection for one year, from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021, in patients aged at least 40 years, received in consultation at the cMc in the Flamboyants. The diagnostic criterion for a new case of glaucoma was the presence in a patient of the following two signs: (excavation of the optical disc c/D ≥ 0.5 and alteration of the visual field) with an open angle at least stage 4 of the Shaffer and Etienne classification associated or not with ocular hypertonia and having never received anti glaucoma treatment. We described variables related to sociodemographic characteristics, visual acuity, intraocular pressures, papillary excavations, and visual field surveys. Informed consent from patients was sought and obtained. The confidentiality of the files was guaranteed. Results: 68 new cases of POAG were diagnosed out of 3220 consultations, an incidence rate of 2.11%. The average age was 58.2 years (10.64 with a male predominance of 63.23%. A family history of glaucoma was present in 11.36% of cases. Visual acuity was poor conclusion: This study has shown us that POAG in our environment is relatively common, early onset, and rapidly evolving. The implementation of a rapid and reliable screening strategy by the Eye Health Program will make it possible to manage glaucoma from the earliest stages.

The training is now expanding in quantity and variety. Massification--which sank--forces universities to meet the challenge of public diversity and to justify pedagogical research. This article takes into consideration particular way of these new requirements heuristic and praxeological referred to teaching that must take into account the expectation of the learner. This work is in a descriptive and explanatory approach and aims to promote higher teaching practices through the new interactive technology tools to stimulate educational innovation within the university system. The aim of this work is the inclusion of massification to contribute to the development of a model for interactivity and effectiveness of learning. This model was developed from a theoretical approach since the state of the art and an empirical approach for several experiments. The study focused on a database c2i exams ＂IT and lnternet certification of all learners of the Academy of Montpeilier （n = 4,254） on the online formapro platform＂. The results have shown that the success rate is highly correlated with the duration of prior self. The integration of these technologies in universities offers interactivity and learning environment for adjusting teaching practices and acquiring new skills.

Despite a significant increase in utilization over the past decade,the number of donation after circulatory death(DcD)organs that are procured and transplanted in the United States(US)remains well below its *** is still room for expansion,as utilizing DcD organs to the fullest extent is currently the most viable solution to the persistent mismatch between supply and demand in *** convened a multidisciplinary transplantation summit to examine various aspects of DcD,with faculty members from around the world with clinical and academic interest in DcD donation and transplantation,including abdominal and cardiothoracic surgeons,organ procurement organization directors,hepatologists,and *** conference focused on identifying barriers to DcD organ utilization and strategies to overcome these *** divide the barriers to DcD utilization into three mains categories:(Ⅰ)policy and process variation;(II)logistical and transportation challenges;and(Ⅲ)higher risk perceptions related to DcD *** each barrier,we proposed a variety of solutions,providing an overview of the status of DcD donation in the US and suggestions on how to increase the use of *** is a specific focus on ex situ machine perfusion,normothermic regional perfusion,and other opportunities to expand DcD utilization without negatively impacting recipient outcomes.
