1 IntroductionToday tissue engineering is known to be a new technique which, based on biological and physical manipulations on cells, aims at the regeneration and reconstruction of tissues or organs in vitro. To construct active ligament tissue by this technique, the following three key points should be considered: choice of cells, scaffold, and the mechanical conditions in vitro. But the studies on ligament cell biology are still in an early stage[1].

AIm:To investigate the safety and efficacy of adding bevacizumab to first-line chemotherapy in metastatic colorectal cancer patients with peritoneal ***:We compared rates of gastrointestinal perforation in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer and peritoneal disease receiving first-line chemotherapy with and without bevacizumab in three distinct cohorts:(1) the AGITG mAX trial(Phase Ⅲ randomised clinical trial comparing capecitabine vs capecitabine and bevacizumab vs capecitabine,bevacizumab and mitomycin C);(2) the prospective Treatment of Recurrent and Advanced Colorectal Cancer(TRACC) registry(any first-line regimen ± bevacizumab);and(3) two cancer centres in New South Wales,Australia [macarthur Cancer Therapy Centre and Liverpool Cancer Therapy Centre(NSWCC) from January 2005 to Decenber 2012,(any first-line regimen ± bevacizumab).For the AGITG mAX trial capecitabine was compared to the other two arms(capecitabine/bevacizumab and capecitabine/bevacizumab/mitomycin C).In the AGITG mAX trial and the TRACC registry rates of gastrointestinal perforation were also collected in patients who did not have peritoneal *** endpoints included progression-free survival,chemotherapy duration,and overall ***-toevent outcomes were estimated using the kaplan-meier method and compared using the log-rank ***:Eighty-four mAX,179 TRACC and 69 NSWCC patients had peritoneal *** were no gastrointestinal perforations recorded in either the mAX subgroup or the NSWCC *** the patients without peritoneal disease in the mAX trial,4/300(1.3%) in the bevacizumab arms had gastrointestinal perforations compared to 1/123(0.8%) in the capecitabine alone *** the TRACC registry 3/126(2.4%) patients who had received bevacizumab had a gastrointestinal perforation compared to 1/53(1.9%) in the chemotherapy alone *** a further analysis of patients without peritoneal metastases in the TRACC registry,the rate of gastrointestinal p

We are concerned, in a static regime, with a three-dimensional bounded domain of certain an imaging approach of the locations in electromagnetic imperfections. This approach is related to Electrical Impedance Tomography and makes use of a new perturbation formula in the electric fields. We present two localization procedures, from a Current Pro- jection method that deals with the single imperfection context and an inverse Fourier process that is devoted to multiple imperfections configurations. These procedures extend those that were described in our previous work, since operating for a broader class of settings. Namely, the localization is additionally performed for certain purely electric imperfections, as established from numerical simulations.

It has become evident over the past decade that the lack of PA(physical activity)is a major concern for the population at large CDC(Center for Disease Control).This lack is a major reason for the increase in overweight and obese children(USDHHS,2014).The CDC and the American Heart Association recommend children need at least 60 minutes of play time that is not scheduled *** purpose of this research was to examine whether children’s PA will increase if teacher activity increases during unstructured free play ***’PA was determined by using the SOPLAY(system for observing play and leisure activity in youth-children).SOPLAY is a validated tool for directly observing PA and associated environmental characteristics in free play settings(e.g.,recess and lunch at school).SOPLAY provides objective data on the number of participants and their PA levels during play and leisure opportunities in targeted *** and teachers in a West Texas Lab School(mean age=4.3 years)on a university campus were *** group data(males=13,female=15)were analyzed and mVPA(moderate to vigorous physical activity)was *** showed that children spent only 30%of their free-time in the recommended intensity ***’(n=5)overall metabolic equivalents(mETs)were recorded at *** experimental group(males=11,female=13)recorded teachers’(n=6)mETs at 2.47 and children mVPA at 44%.Both the mVPA and mETs were significantly different(pmportance of unstructured play time are important for children as well as the *** need time to be creative and explore during play and teachers use this free time for various activities including cognitive breaks or administrative work.A stronger push to get teachers moving should be made as this slight increase in mETs produces a significant increase in children’s PA.

This paper explores the question of how we can know if Artificial Intelligence(AI)systems have become or are becoming *** an overview of some arguments regarding AI sentience,it proceeds to an outline of the notion of negation in the philosophy of Josiah Royce,which is then applied to the arguments already ***’s notion of the primitive dyadic and symmetric negation relation is shown to bypass such *** negation relation and its expansion into higher types of order are then considered with regard to how,in small variations of active negation,they would disclose sentience in AI ***,I argue that the much-hyped arguments and apocalyptic speculations regarding Artificial General Intelligence(AGI)takeover and similar scenarios,abetted by the notion of unlimited data,are based on a fundamental misunderstanding of how entities engage their ***,limitation,proceeding from the symmetric negation relation,expands outward into higher types of order in polyadic relations,wherein the entity self-limits and creatively moves toward uniqueness.

Recently,natural substances in the form of nanoparticles are increasingly being used in different field,particularly in medicines to enhance their beneficial effects in treatment and *** cells of the breast(mCF-7)have been chosen to be examined and treated in vitro with conventional drug Tamoxifen(Tam)and tannin nanoparticles extract(NP99)individually or in *** reagent has been applied to assess the cell viability and propagation percentage,DNA fragmentation and mRNA relative expression of apoptotic genes to study the cell death *** results showed that Tam and tannin NP99 triggered cytotoxic activity towards the mCF7 *** reduce the viability and induced high potent repressive activity on cell proliferation percentage and induced apoptosis as indicated by rising the percentage in DNA *** of NP99 extract exhibited its effect in a dose and *** combined treatment of Tam and NP99 were much more efficient than individual *** could be concluded that NP99 is considered a promising natural anticancer agent as a new tool in therapeutic strategies.

AIm: To review the benefits of single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT)/computed tomography(CT) hybrid imaging for diagnosis of various endocrine ***: We performed mEDLINE and Pub med searches using the terms: "SPECT/CT"; "functional anatomic mapping"; "transmission emission tomography"; "parathyroid adenoma"; "thyroid cancer"; "neuroendocrine tumor"; "adrenal"; "pheochromocytoma"; "paraganglioma"; in order to identify relevant articles published in English during the years 2003 to 2015. Reference lists from the articles were reviewed to identify additional pertinent articles. Retrieved manuscripts(case reports, reviews, meta-analyses and abstracts) concerning the application of SPECT/CT to endocrine imaging were analyzed to provide a descriptive synthesis of the utility of this ***: The emergence of hybrid SPECT/CT camera technology now allows simultaneous acquisition of combined multi-modality imaging, with seamless fusion of three-dimensional volume datasets. The usefulness of combining functional information to depict the biodistribution of radiotracers that map cellular processes of the endocrine system and tumors of endocrine origin, with anatomy derived from CT, has improved the diagnostic capability of scintigraphy for a range of disorders of endocrine gland function.
