Magnesium(Mg)alloy is considered as a promising biodegradable implant material but restricted to rapid ***,the new strategies based on thixomolding process had been explored to utilize the outstanding anti-permeability of graphene nanosheets(GNPs)while inhibit its galvanic corrosion with the matrix,so as to improve the corrosion resistance of *** agglomerate of GNPs with 0.9 wt%content is the main reason for the deterioration of corrosion performance due to the formation of micro-galvanic *** grain refinement of composites with 0.6 wt%content had positive effects on the better corrosion *** process adjusting,the unique distributions of GNPs along grain boundaries play a vital role in improving the corrosion *** can be ascribed to the following mechanisms:(I)The barriers can be established between the Mg matrix and corrosive medium,hence blocking the charge transfer at the interface;(II)The GNPs can effectively promote apatite deposition on the Mg matrix,leading to form dense apatite layers and prevent the further invasion of SBF;(III)The GNPs acting as reinforcements exists in the corrosion layer and apatite layer,impede the apatite layer falling off from the Mg *** findings broaden the horizon for biomedical applications in Mg matrix composites to realize desired performances.

Risk assessment of agricultural green water security in Northeast China under climate change

Northeast China is an important base for grain production,dominated by rain-fed agriculture that relies on green ***,in the context of global climate change,rising regional temperatures,changing precipitation patterns,and increasing drought frequency pose threats and challenges to agricultural green water *** study provides a detailed assessment of the spatiotemporal characteristics and development trends of green water security risks in the Northeast region under the base period(2001-2020)and the future(2031-2090)climate change scenarios(SSP245 and SSP585)using the green water scarcity(GWS)index based on raster-scale crop spatial distribution data,Delta downscaling bias-corrected ERA5 data,and CMIP6 multimodal *** the base period,the green water risk-free zone for dry crops is mainly distributed in the center and east of the Northeast region(72.4% of the total area),the low-risk zone is primarily located in the center(14.0%),and the medium-risk(8.3%)and high-risk(5.3%)zones are mostly in the *** SSP245 and SSP585 future climate change scenarios,the green water security risk shows an overall expansion from the west to the center and east,with the low-risk zone increasing to 21.6% and 23.8%,the medium-risk zone increasing to 16.0% and 17.9%,and the high-risk zone increasing to 6.9% and 6.8%,*** dry crops with GWS greater than 0.1 as in need of irrigation,the irrigated area increases from 27.6%(base period)to 44.5%(SSP245)and 48.6%(SSP585),with corresponding increases in irrigation water requirement(IWR)of 4.64 and 5.92 billion m~3,respectively,which further exacerbates conflicts between supply and demand of agricultural water *** response to agricultural green water security risks,coping strategies such as evapotranspiration(ET)-based water resource management for dry crops and deficit irrigation are *** results of this study can provide scientific basis and decision support for the development

This paper analyzes the sources of heat losses in magnetic fluid bearings,proposes various cou-pling relationships of physical fields,divides the coupled heat transfer surfaces while ensuring the continuity of heat flux density,and analyzes the overall heat dissipation pathways of the *** changing parameters such as input current,rotor speed,and inlet oil flow rate,the study applies a multi-physics field coupling method to investigate the influence of different parameters on the temper-ature field and heat dissipation patterns of the bearings,which is then validated through *** research provides a theoretical basis for the optimal design of magnetic fluid bearing sys-tems.

经过长时间发展,德日刑法和英美刑法分别形成了自己的犯罪化根据理论。作为德日刑法犯罪化根据理论的核心内容,法益侵害理论和比例原则一起,共同指引着德日两国立法上的犯罪化。英美刑法犯罪化根据理论以范伯格的论述为代表,包含危害原则、冒犯原则、法律家长主义和法律道德主义。域外犯罪化根据的理论与实践,对我国立法上的犯罪化,具有诸多启示。首先,行为是成立犯罪的基础。其次,评价行为是否应该被犯罪化的核心要素是利益。再次,犯罪化须考虑传统文化、刑事政策和国际环境的影响。最后,要结合犯罪化的必要性、可行性以及有效性等辅助原则整体分析。

跨域生态环境协同治理目前存在环境治理低效、协同效应欠佳现象,尚未形成稳定的治理格局。论文基于专家访谈和问卷调查数据,采用解释结构模型(ISM)、MICMAC等方法,从系统视角剖析了京津冀跨域生态环境协同治理隐性障碍之间的递阶层级结构关系和内在作用机理。研究表明:(1)京津冀三地政府在理念认知和利益结构上的差异是根源性隐性障碍,生态环境的公共物品性以及跨区域协同治理组织领导力与权威性问题对协同治理有显著负面影响;(2)政绩评估体系片面化、各行政区内部部门权责重叠以及信息和资源共享不充分等问题是主要障碍;(3)生态环境补偿不到位、预期收益不足以及市场调节不到位导致跨区域生态环境协同治理市场驱动力不足。三地政府应在理念认知和利益结构相互包容下,打破信任壁垒,创建互惠互利且足够稳定的协同网络,建立高效灵活对话机制、降低政府间沟通协调成本,方能化解目前的协同治理低效的困境,为推动京津冀高质量协同发展奠定良好基础。

Construction land expansion is a key driver of urbanization and industrialization,yet it poses the risk of losing farmland and cascading impacts on food *** spatial char-acteristics of farmland occupied by construction land and its association with grain yield in China were *** analyzed the characteristics of farmland converted into construction land,and its relationship with grain yield in China for *** land increased in area in central and western regions of China,and farmland decreased in area in south-eastern *** expansion of construction land in the North China Plain,Northeast China Plain,and the Loess Plateau,occurred at the expense of *** the southeast coast of China,grain yield increase was only weakly dependent on farmland *** in which farmland was converted into construction land and grain-yield change were highly coupled in southeastern coastal China,Sichuan Basin,Shandong Peninsula,and the Hu Huanyong *** should be noted that expansion in construction land area does have some influence on grain production;ultimately it is greatly affected by yield per unitarea.

南京是长江干流中长江江豚分布最密集的水域之一,一直受到广泛关注,但是种群动态仍不清楚.2019—2023年,研究团队在南京长江江豚省级自然保护区水域持续开展了长江江豚的监测工作.本文分析了南京长江江豚的分布、家域及种群数量的动态变化,通过112 d(56次)野外船只调查,发现江豚274次.平均最近邻工具检验表明江豚呈现聚集型分布,主要出现在潜洲-江心洲-三桥和子汇洲-新济洲等两个水域.最小凸多边形MCP、95%核心密度法KDE和50%KDE家域面积分别为50.86 km^(2)、135.54 km^(2)和60.81 km^(2),2022年KDE最大,秋季要高于其他季节.2019—2023年南京段长江江豚年平均数量分别为52头、60头、57头、62头和65头,呈现年际间的增长态势,冬季高于其他季节.种群数量的增长可能是实施“长江大保护”、“十年禁渔”、长江江豚拯救行动计划等保护措施的结果.

目的探讨青蒿素衍生物双氢青蒿素(DHA)对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)细胞诱导的CD8^(+)T细胞抗肿瘤免疫功能的调控作用。方法将NSCLC细胞系A549细胞分为二甲基亚砜(DMSO)对照组和DHA处理组;分别用DMSO和不同浓度的DHA(25、50和100μmol/L)处理A549细胞,根据半抑制浓度(IC 50)选择最适浓度的DHA处理A549细胞0、24、48、72 h;CCK-8法和集落形成实验检测DHA对A549细胞增殖和集落形成能力的影响;密度梯度离心法分离健康个体外周血单个核细胞(PBMC),经黏附贴壁法去除单核细胞,随后与丝裂霉素C预处理的A549细胞按照10∶1比例共培养,2周后采用流式细胞术分别检测CD8^(+)T细胞比例及其穿孔素和颗粒酶B的表达水平。结果与对照组相比,25、50和100μmol/L DHA处理24 h后的A549细胞增殖的抑制率均升高(P<0.01);DHA对A549细胞的IC 50为46.26μmol/L;依据IC 50浓度检测50μmol/L DHA处理A549细胞0、24、48、72 h的细胞抑制率分别为1.53%、53.50%、63.84%和69.91%,分别与前一观察时间点即0、24和48 h相比,细胞抑制率均增高(P<0.01);集落形成实验结果显示,与对照组相比,DHA处理组的A549细胞集落形成数减少(P<0.01);流式细胞术结果显示,与对照组相比,DHA预处理组的A549细胞在共培养体系中诱导的CD8^(+)T细胞的比例、表达穿孔素和颗粒酶B的CD8^(+)T细胞比例均更高(P<0.01)。结论DHA能够抑制NSCLC细胞生长,促进NSCLC细胞诱导的CD8^(+)T细胞抗肿瘤免疫应答。
