A glasshouse experiment was conducted using a root-bag technique to study the root exudates, rhizosphere Zn fractions, and Zn concentrations and accumulations of two ryegrass cultivars （Lolium perenne L. cvs. Airs and Tede） at different soil Zn levels （0, 2, 4, 8, and 16 mmol kg^-1 soil）. Results indicated that plant growth of the two cultivars was not advérsely affected at soil Zn level ≤ 8 mmol kg^-1. Plants accumulated more Zn as soil Zn levels increased, and Zn concentrations of shoots were about 540 μg g^-1 in Aris and 583.9 μg g^-1 in Tede in response to 16 mmol Zn kg^-1 soil. Zn ratios of shoots to roots across the soil Zn levels were higher in Tede than in Airs, corresponding with higher rhizosphere available Zn fractions （exchangeable, bound to manganese oxides, and bound to organic matter） in Airs than in Tede. Low-molecular-weight （LMW） organic acids （oxalic, tartaric, malic, and succinic acids） and amino acids （proline, threonine, glutamic acid, and aspartic acid, etc.） were detected in root exudates, and the concentrations of LMW organic acids and amino acids increased with addition of 4 mmol Zn kg^-1 soil compared with zero Zn addition. Higher rhizosphere concentrations of oxalic acid, glutamic acid, alanine, phenylalanine, leucine, and proline in Tede than in Airs likely resulted in increased Zn uptake from the soil by Tede than by Airs. The results suggested that genotypic differences in Zn accumulations were mainly because of different root exudates and rhizosphere Zn fractions.

We discuss the random dopant effects in long channel junctionless transistor associated with quantum confinement effects. The electrical measurement reveals the threshold voltage variability induced by the random dopant fluctuation. Quantum transport features in Hubbard systems are observed in heavily phosphorus-doped channel. We investigate the single electron transfer via donor-induced quantum dots in junctionless nanowire transistors with heavily phosphorus- doped channel, due to the formation of impurity Hubbard bands. While in the lightly doped devices, one-dimensional quantum transport is only observed at low temperature. In this sense, phonon-assisted resonant-tunneling is suppressed due to misaligned levels formed in a few isolated quantum dots at cryogenic temperature. We observe the Anderson-Mott transition from isolate electron state to impurity bands as the doping concentration is increased.

The performance damage mechanism of InP-based high electron mobility transistors(HEMTs) after proton irradiation has been investigated comprehensively through induced *** effects of the defect type, defect energy level with respect to conduction band ET, and defect concentration on the transfer and output characteristics of the device are discussed based on hydrodynamic model and Shockley–Read–Hall recombination *** results indicate that only acceptorlike defects have a significant influence on device ***, as defect energy level ETshifts away from conduction band, the drain current decreases gradually and finally reaches a saturation value with ETabove 0.5 *** can be attributed to the fact that at sufficient deep level, acceptor-type defects could not be ionized any ***,the drain current and transconductance degrade more severely with larger acceptor *** changes of the electrical characteristics with proton radiation could be accounted for by the electron density reduction in the channel region from induced acceptor-like defects.

An anti-radiation structure of In P-based high electron mobility transistor(HEMT) has been proposed and optimized with double Si-doped planes. The additional Si-doped plane under channel layer has made a huge promotion in channel current, transconductance, current gain cut-off frequency, and maximum oscillation frequency of In P-based HEMTs. Moreover, direct current(DC) and radio frequency(RF) characteristic properties and their reduction rates have been compared in detail between single Si-doped and double Si-doped structures after 75-keV proton irradiation with dose of 5× 10^(11) cm^(-2),1× 10^(12) cm^(-2), and 5× 10^(12) cm^(-2). DC and RF characteristics for both structures are observed to decrease gradually as irradiation dose rises, which particularly show a drastic drop at dose of 5× 10^(12) cm^(-2). Besides, characteristic degradation degree of the double Si-doped structure is significantly lower than that of the single Si-doped structure, especially at large proton irradiation dose. The enhancement of proton radiation tolerance by the insertion of another Si-doped plane could be accounted for the tremendously increased native carriers, which are bound to weaken substantially the carrier removal effect by irradiation-induced defects.

Gas quenching and vacuum quenching process are widely applied to accelerate solvent volatilization to induce nucleation of perovskites in blade-coating *** this work,we found these two pre-crystallization processes lead to different order of crystallization dynamics within the perovskite thin film,resulting in the differences of additive *** then tailor-designed an additive molecule named 1,3-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)thiourea to obtain films with fewer defects and holes at the buried interface,and prepared perovskite solar cells with a certified efficiency of 23.75%.Furthermore,this work also demonstrates an efficiency of 20.18%for the large-area perovskite solar module(PSM)with an aperture area of 60.84 cm^(2).The PSM possesses remarkable continuous operation stability for maximum power point tracking of T_(90)>1000 h in ambient air.

Stereoscopic agriculture,as an advanced method of agricultural production,poses new challenges for multi-task trajectory planning of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs).To address the need for UAVs to perform multi-task trajectory planning in stereoscopic agriculture,a multi-task trajectory planning model and algorithm(IEP-AO)that synthesizes flight safety and flight efficiency is *** on the requirements of stereoscopic agricultural geomorphological features and operational characteristics,the multi-task trajectory planning model is ensured by constructing targeted constraints at five aspects,including the path,slope,altitude,corner,energy and obstacle threat,to improve the effectiveness of the trajectory planning *** combined with the path optimization algorithm,an Aquila optimizer(IEP-AO)based on the interference-enhanced combination model is proposed,which can help UAVs to improve the trajectory search capability in complex operation space and large-scale operation tasks,and jump out of the locally optimal trajectory path region timely,to generate the optimal trajectory planning plan that can adapt to the diversity of the tasks and the flight ***,four simulated flights with different operation scales and different scene constraints were conducted under the constructed real 3Dimension scene,and the experimental results can show that the proposedmulti-task trajectory planning method canmeet themulti-task requirements in stereoscopic agriculture and improve the mission execution efficiency and agricultural production effect of UAV.
