Objective:To investigate the factors related to renal impairment in patients with diabetic kidney disease(DKD)from the perspective of integrated Chinese and Western ***:Totally 492 patients with DKD in 8 Chinese hospitals from October 2017 to July 2019 were *** to Kidney Disease Improving Global Outcomes(KDIGO)staging guidelines,patients were divided into a chronic kidney disease(CKD)1-3 group and a CKD 4-5 *** data were collected,and logistic regression was used to analyze the factors related to different CKD stages in DKD ***:Demographically,male was a factor related to increased CKD staging in patients with DKD(OR=3.100,P=0.002).In clinical characteristics,course of diabetes>60 months(OR=3.562,P=0.010),anemia(OR=4.176,P60 months,anemia,hyperuricemia,massive proteinuria,atherosclerosis,and blood deficiency syndrome might indicate more severe degree of renal function damage in patients with DKD.(Registration ***03865914).

The long-lived isotope ^(53)Mn cosmogenically produced in situ is a very useful indicator for geochronological dating.A new ^(53)Mn accelerator−mass-spectrometry(AMS)measurement method is developed based on the HI-13 Tandem Accelerator andΔE−Q3D detection system at China Institute of Atomic *** performance of ^(53)Cr isobar separation and suppression is tested by a series of ^(53)Mn standards and commercial MnO *** results show that theΔE−Q3D detection system brought about an overall suppression factor of more than 107 for the interfering isobar ^(53)Cr.

Evolution of Wave Energy Deposition Profile in HT-7 Lower Hybrid Current Drive Experiment

Lower hybrid waves (LHWs) with a selected n‖ spectrum have been used to control the energy deposition profiles, and then the wave driven current profiles effectively in tokamak discharges. In our lower hybrid current drive experiment in the HT-7 tokamak, it was found that the set-up of the wave energy deposition profile is a graduation process. In the beginning phase of the wave injection duration, the waves (with different n‖ spectra)deposit almost all their energy in the central region of the plasma column, even if their n‖ are very different. Up to around one hundred milliseconds, the wave energy deposition profiles can only take their corresponding shapes according to the n‖ spectra of LHWs. It also shown that this evolution process is affected obviously by the LHW driven current profile, which has been formed early.

Evolutions of defects and helium contained defects produced by atomic displacement and helium deposition with helium implantation at different temperatures in novel high silicon （NHS） steel are investigated by a slow positron beam. Differences of the defect information among samples implanted by helium to a fluence of 1×1017 ions/cm2 at room temperature, 300°C, 450°C and 750°C are discussed. It is found that the mobility of vacancies and vacancy clusters, a recombination of vacancy-type defects and the formation of the He-V complex lead to the occurrence of these differences. At high temperature irradiations, a change of the diffusion mechanism of He atoms/He bubbles might be one of the reasons for the change of the S-parameter.

We investigated the associations of clinical and socioeconomic factors with delayed orchidopexy for cryptorchidism in China. A retrospective study was conducted on cryptorchid boys who underwent orchidopexy at Children's Hospital at Chongqing Medical University in China from January 2012 to December 2017. Of 2423 patients, 410 (16.9%) received timely repair by 18 months of age, beyond which surgery was considered delayed. Univariate analysis suggested that the laterality of cryptorchidism (P = 0.001), comorbidities including inguinal hernia/scrotal hydrocele (P lived in a poverty county (P living in a poverty county (OR = 2.005, P duration of postoperative hospital stay and hospital costs increased with the patient's age at the time of surgery.

Separation of rhenium from electric-oxidation leaching solution of molybdenite

The separation of rhenium from molybdenum in aqueous solution has always been a problem in hydrometallurgy. The separation of rhenium from the electro-oxidation leachate of molybdenite and its mechanism were investigated. The results show that pH of the leachate significantly affects adsorption rate compared with other experimental parameters. When temperature is 30℃, pH=8, and adsorbing time is 1 h, adsorption rates of rhenium and molybdenum are 93.46% and 3.57%, respectively, and separation factor of D301 resin for rhenium and molybdenum is 169.56. In addition, the separation factor is higher when the initial molybdenum concentration in model solution is increased. The saturated adsorption capacity of D301 resin for molybdenum and rhenium calculated based on simulated results are 4.263 3 mmol/g and 4.235 5 mmol/g, respectively. D301 resin is an effective separation material of rhenium from electric-oxidation leachate of molybdenite. The adsorption kinetics results also show that the adsorption of rhenium is easier than that of molybdenum, and the adsorption process of D301 for rhenium and molybdenum may be controlled by liquid film diffusion.

Classification Fusion in Wireless Sensor Networks

In wireless sensor networks, target classification differs from that in centralized sensing systems because of the distributed detection, wireless communication and limited resources. We study the classification problem of moving vehicles in wireless sensor networks using acoustic signals emitted from vehicles. Three algorithms including wavelet decomposition, weighted k-nearest-neighbor and Dempster-Shafer theory are combined in this paper. Finally, we use real world experimental data to validate the classification methods. The result shows that wavelet based feature extraction method can extract stable features from acoustic signals. By fusion with Dempster's rule, the classification performance is improved.

为探明氮密互作对信优糯721群体质量、产量形成及稻米加工品质的影响,试验利用该品种设置4个氮肥处理水平,分别是A0(对照)、A1施氮180 kg/hm^(2)、A2施氮240 kg/hm^(2)、A3施氮300 kg/hm^(2),设置3个移栽密度梯度,分别为B1,21.5万穴/hm^(2)、B2,25.7万穴/hm^(2)、B3,29.9万丛/hm^(2)。结果表明:干物质积累量方面,同一氮素水平,随着移栽密度的增加呈现增加的趋势;同一移栽密度处理上,拔节期随着氮肥用量的增加干物质积累呈现增加的趋势,SPAD值方面,各处理最大值均在始穗期;产量与氮肥施用量呈正相关,在一定的氮素水平下,有效穗均随着密度的增加呈现增加的趋势;结实率、千粒重随着密度的增加呈现降低的趋势;出糙率、精米率和整精米率最大值均在A2B2处理且精米率和整精率与其他处理表现出显著差异,米粒长宽比受不同氮肥用量和移栽密度影响较小。综上:采用施氮量为240 kg/hm^(2)、密度为25.7万穴/hm^(2)处理,在产量构成因子方面表现较好,且稻米加工品质较优,生产上应以此氮密处理指导生产。
