Growing evidence suggests that exercise can provide neuroprotection by improving mitochondrial quality control (MQC) on the aged brain. Adenosine 5'-monophosphate (AMP)-activated protein kinase (AMPK) signaling responsiveness declines with aging. However， whether AMPK plays a role in the exercise-mediated improvement of memory and MQC in the aged hippocampus remains to be established. AICAR (5-Aminoimidazole 4-carboxamide ribonucleoside)， a pharmacological agonist of AMPK， has been proposed to be an exercise mimetic recently. However， it has not been clarified whether AICAR could mimic the effects of exercise on the aged hippocampus through improvement of MQC. In this study， AICAR (AMPK agonist) and Compound C (AMPK inhibitor) were used to investigate if AMPK plays a key role in exercise-induced improvement of MQC and if AICAR could act as an exercise mimetic through improvement of MQC in aged hippocampus. Both exercise and AICAR improved the memory of aged mice and increased AMPK phosphorylation in the aged hippocampus. Exercise， but not AICAR， improved mitochondrial respiratory function in the aged hippocampus and increased the Microtubule associated protein 1 light chain 3 (LC3) II/LC3 I ratio and the protein expression of LC3 II and Autophagy Related Protein 7 (ATG7) in the lysate of whole hippocampal tissue. Both exercise and AICAR increased the ratio of LC3 II/LC3 I and the protein expression of LC3 II in the mitochondrial fractions of the hippocampus. Regarding mitochondrial dynamics， neither exercise training nor AICAR changed the protein level of Mitofusin2 (Mfn2). Exercise， but not AICAR， increased the protein level of Dynamin-related protein 1 (Drp1). Furthermore， both exercise training and AICAR increased the protein level of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ coactivator 1α (PGC-1α)， a modulator of mitochondrial biogenesis. Owing to their exceptional properties, high-entropy alloys(HEAs) and high-entropy materials have emerged as promising research areas and shown diverse applications. Here,the recent advances in the field are comprehensively reviewed,organized into five sections. The first section introduces the background of HEAs, covering their definition, significance,application prospects, basic properties, design principles, and microstructure. The subsequent section focuses on cutting-edge high-entropy structural materials, highlighting developments such as nanostructured alloys, grain boundary engineering,eutectic systems, cryogenic alloys, thin films, micro-nano-lattice structures, additive manufacturing, high entropy metallic glasses, nano-precipitate strengthened alloys, composition modulation, alloy fibers, and refractory systems. In the following section, the emphasis shifts to functional materials, exploring HEAs as catalysts, magneto-caloric materials, corrosion-resistant alloys, radiation-resistant alloys, hydrogen storage systems, and materials for biomedicine. Additionally, the review encompasses functional high-entropy materials outside the realm of alloys, including thermoelectric, quantum dots, nanooxide catalysts, energy storage materials, negative thermal expansion ceramics,and high-entropy wave absorption materials. The paper concludes with an outlook, discussing future directions and potential growth areas in the field. Through this comprehensive review,researchers, engineers, and scientists may gain valuable insights into the recent progress and opportunities for further exploration in the exciting domains of high-entropy alloys and functional materials.

目的探讨颅内-颅内血管搭桥侧侧吻合术治疗复杂颅内动脉瘤的长期疗效。方法纳入2015年1月至2023年12月由中国医科大学附属第一医院神经外科同一术者实施颅内-颅内血管搭桥侧侧吻合术的5例复杂颅内动脉瘤患者,2例累及大脑前动脉A2段,3例累及大脑中动脉M2段。术中采用吲哚菁绿荧光血管造影术(ICGA)、术后采用CTA或DSA评估动脉瘤闭塞和血流重建情况;术后1周、3个月和末次随访时采用改良Rankin量表(mRS)评估神经功能预后;术后第1天、1周和3个月行头部CT和(或)MRI检查,评估是否发生出血性或缺血性并发症。结果本组5例复杂颅内动脉瘤均孤立确切,2例行A3-A3侧侧吻合术;3例行M2-M2侧侧吻合术,其中1例在M2-M2侧侧吻合术基础上获取桡动脉(RA)作为桥血管,联合M1-RA-M2嵌入桥接式血管搭桥术。术中经ICGA证实,5例侧侧吻合口和1例M1-RA-M2桥血管均通畅。术后随访时间为23(14,71)个月,5例术后1周和术后3个月CTA或DSA检查、3例术后9~12个月DSA检查均未见动脉瘤显影,5例侧侧吻合口和1例M1-RA-M2桥血管均通畅。术后1周mRS评分较术前升高0~3分(1例手术前后均为4分、1例增加2分、1例增加3分),2例未破裂患者术后1周mRS评分无变化(均为1分);术后3个月mRS评分均下降(0分2例、2分1例、3分2例);末次随访时1例失访,余4例mRS评分进一步下降(0分2例、1分1例、2分1例)。术后无脑出血或脑缺血事件发生。结论颅内-颅内血管搭桥侧侧吻合术的短期和长期通畅性良好,长期疗效稳定,是复杂颅内动脉瘤手术治疗的可靠技术。

随着遥感传感器多样化及遥感数据处理技术的深入,遥感技术的原位、快速、有效等特点使其成为矿产勘查的重要技术手段。以山东蒙阴地区西峪金伯利岩带金刚石矿床为研究对象,对红旗矿区的金伯利岩体(岩脉)及围岩样品进行短波红外光谱测试,分析其光谱特征及蚀变矿物组成。红旗矿区样品在1391、1912、2318、2393 nm等波长处有吸收谷,这为ASTER遥感数据提取蚀变异常信息提供波谱依据,据此可分类型提取镁羟基异常、铝羟基异常、铁染异常信息。利用PALSAR雷达遥感数据、WorldView-2高分辨率遥感数据对研究区进行构造、岩性、水系解译,得出金伯利岩分布在NE向与NW向构造交汇部位,通过水系解译排除因冲刷沉积引起的假蚀变遥感异常,通过岩性增强界定岩性差异的边界,进而构建金伯利岩带金刚石矿床的遥感找矿模型,将找矿模型应用于矿区外围的找矿预测,叠加地质、化探、重砂等多元信息,在筛选后的遥感异常图上圈定了6个找矿靶区,为金刚石找矿和矿产资源评价提供依据。

It is surprising to find an instance of migration in the peak positions of synchrotron spectral energy distribution components during the activity epochs of Markarian 421(Mrk 421),accompanying an orphan flare at the X-ray and GeV-TeVγ-ray bands.A geometric interpretation and standard shock or stochastic acceleration models of blazar emission have difficulty reproducing these observed *** present paper introduces a linear acceleration by integrating the reconnection electric field into the particle transport model for the observed behaviors of Mrk *** note that strong evidence for evolution in characteristic of multi-wavelength spectral energy distribution including shifting the peak frequency,accompanying an orphan flare at the X-ray and GeV-TeVγ-ray bands provides an important electrostatic acceleration diagnostic in a blazar *** suitable model parameters,we apply the results of the simulation to the 13-day flaring event in March 2010 of Mrk 421,concentrating on the evolution of multiwavelength spectral energy distribution characteristic by shifting the peak *** is clear that the ratio of the electric field and magnetic field strength plays an important role in temporal evolution of the peak frequency of synchrotron spectral energy distribution *** suggest it is reasonable that the electrostatic acceleration is responsible for the evolution of multi-wavelength spectral energy distribution characteristic by shifting the peak *** on the model results,we assert that the peak frequency of the synchrotron spectral energy distribution component may signify a temporary characteristic of blazars,rather than a permanent one.

LAMOST （Large sky Area Multi-Object fiber Spectroscopic Telescope） is a Chinese national scientific research facility operated by National Astronomical Observatories, Chinese Academy of Sciences （NAOC）. After two years of commis- sioning beginning in 2009, the telescope, instruments, software systems and opera- tions are nearly ready to begin the main science survey. Through a spectral survey of millions of objects in much of the northern sky, LAMOST will enable research in a number of contemporary cutting edge topics in astrophysics, such as discovery of the first generation stars in the Galaxy, pinning down the formation and evolution history of galaxies - especially the Milky Way and its central massive black hole, and look- ing for signatures of the distribution of dark matter and possible sub-structures in the Milky Way halo. To maximize the scientific potential of the facility, wide national par- ticipation and international collaboration have been emphasized. The survey has two major components： the LAMOST ExtraGAlactic Survey （LEGAS） and the LAMOST Experiment for Galactic Understanding and Exploration （LEGUE）. Until LAMOST reaches its full capability, the LEGUE portion of the survey will use the available ob- serving time, starting in 2012. An overview of the LAMOST project and the survey that will be carried out in the next five to six years is presented in this paper. The sci- ence plan for the whole LEGUE survey, instrumental specifications, site conditions, and the descriptions of the current on-going pilot survey, including its footprints and target selection algorithm, will be presented as separate papers in this volume.

云南白菜根肿病拮抗菌的筛选及鉴定

【目的】获得对云南白菜根肿病具有高效拮抗作用的微生物菌株,为云南白菜根肿病的生物防治提供潜在的菌种资源。【方法】从云南省曲靖市麒麟区三宝乡大棚白菜根肿病发病严重的地块,采集正常生长或发病较轻的白菜植株及其根际土壤,分离筛选抑菌效果较好的菌株,并对其进行形态特征鉴定、生理生化检测及分子序列分析。【结果】经初步筛选共获得46株细菌。土壤样品中共分离出30株细菌,其中抑制效果最好的是TB⁃7菌株,该菌株对白菜根肿病菌休眠孢子萌发抑制率为76.88%;白菜植株内共分离出16株内生细菌,其中抑制效果最好的是EB⁃15菌株,该菌株对白菜根肿病菌休眠孢子萌发抑制率为67.38%。通过对比分析选择抑菌效果最好的TB⁃7菌株作为目标菌株,经鉴定,TB⁃7菌株为革兰氏阳性芽孢杆菌,菌体菌落较小,颜色淡黄色,表面光滑且扁平,菌体湿润,不透明,边缘规则;生理生化指标检测结果显示,TB⁃7菌株是好氧菌,V⁃P、淀粉水解、pH 5.7,生长3项检测指标均呈阳性,柠檬酸盐、丙酸盐、D⁃木糖、L⁃阿拉伯糖、D⁃甘露醇、明胶液化、7%NaCl生长、硝酸盐还原8项检测指标均呈阴性;16S rDNA扩增产物约为1500 bp,测序结果表明,TB⁃7菌株与坚强芽孢杆菌(Cytobacillus firmus)同源性达到100%,鉴定该菌株为芽孢杆菌属的坚强芽孢杆菌。【结论】通过初步筛选及鉴定,获得1株对白菜根肿病菌休眠孢子抑制率达到76.88%的拮抗菌株,该菌株的获得可为解决云南本地日益严重的白菜根肿病的生物防治奠定基础。

Dear Editor,Methamphetamine(METH)is the most prevalent addictive psychostimulant in *** use disorder(MUD)and its associated disorders constitute a significant burden to the affected individuals and their families(Paulus and Stewart,2020).Neurotransmitter system aberrations,mitochondrial dysfunction,oxidative stress,and inflammasome activation have been involved in METH-induced neurotoxicity(Shin et al.,2018;Wang et al.,2015;Wei et al.,2020).
