The Internet of Things(IoT)is a network system that connects physical devices through the Internet,allowing them to ***,IoT has become an integral part of our lives,offering convenience and smart ***,the growing number of IoT devices has brought about a corresponding increase in cybersecurity threats,such as device vulnerabilities,data privacy concerns,and network *** blockchain technology with IoT has proven to be a promising approach to enhance IoT ***,the emergence of quantum computing poses a significant challenge to the security of traditional classical cryptography used in blockchain,potentially exposing it to quantum *** support the growth of the IoT industry,mitigate quantum threats,and safeguard IoT data,this study proposes a robust blockchain solution for IoT that incorporates both classical and post-quantum security ***,we present the Quantum-Enhanced Blockchain Architecture for IoT(QBIoT)to ensure secure data sharing and integrity ***,we propose an improved Proof of Authority consensus algorithm called“Proof of Authority with Random Election”(PoARE),implemented within QBIoT for leader selection and new block ***,we develop a publickey quantum signature protocol for transaction verification in the ***,a comprehensive security analysis of QBIoT demonstrates its resilience against cyber threats from both classical and quantum *** summary,this research introduces an innovative quantum-enhanced blockchain solution to address quantum security concernswithin the realmof *** proposedQBIoT framework contributes to the ongoing development of quantum blockchain technology and offers valuable insights for future research on IoT security.

Rechargeable magnesium-metal batteries(RMMBs)are promising next-generation secondary batteries;however,their development is inhibited by the low capacity and short cycle lifespan of *** various strategies have been devised to enhance the Mg^(2+)migration kinetics and structural stability of cathodes,they fail to improve electronic conductivity,rendering the cathodes incompatible with magnesium-metal ***,we propose a dual-defect engineering strategy,namely,the incorporation of Mg^(2+)pre-intercalation defect(P-Mgd)and oxygen defect(Od),to simultaneously improve the Mg^(2+)migration kinetics,structural stability,and electronic conductivity of the cathodes of *** lamellar V_(2)O_(5)·nH_(2)O as a demo cathode material,we prepare a cathode comprising Mg_(0.07)V_(2)O_(5)·1.4H_(2)O nanobelts composited with reduced graphene oxide(MVOH/rGO)with P-Mgd and *** Od enlarges interlayer spacing,accelerates Mg^(2+)migration kinetics,and prevents structural collapse,while the P-Mgd stabilizes the lamellar structure and increases electronic ***,the MVOH/rGO cathode exhibits a high capacity of 197 mAh g^(−1),and the developed Mg foil//MVOH/rGO full cell demonstrates an incredible lifespan of 850 cycles at 0.1 A g^(−1),capable of powering a light-emitting *** proposed dual-defect engineering strategy provides new insights into developing high-durability,high-capacity cathodes,advancing the practical application of RMMBs,and other new secondary batteries.

With the popularisation of intelligent power,power devices have different shapes,numbers and *** means that the power data has distributional variability,the model learning process cannot achieve sufficient extraction of data features,which seriously affects the accuracy and performance of anomaly ***,this paper proposes a deep learning-based anomaly detection model for power data,which integrates a data alignment enhancement technique based on random sampling and an adaptive feature fusion method leveraging dimension *** at the distribution variability of power data,this paper developed a sliding window-based data adjustment method for this model,which solves the problem of high-dimensional feature noise and low-dimensional missing *** address the problem of insufficient feature fusion,an adaptive feature fusion method based on feature dimension reduction and dictionary learning is proposed to improve the anomaly data detection accuracy of the *** order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method,we conducted effectiveness comparisons through elimination *** experimental results show that compared with the traditional anomaly detection methods,the method proposed in this paper not only has an advantage in model accuracy,but also reduces the amount of parameter calculation of the model in the process of feature matching and improves the detection speed.

Seasonal response of nitrogen exchange fluxes to crab disturbance at sediment-water interface in coastal tidal wetlands

Coastal wetlands are hotspots for nitrogen(N)cycling,and crab burrowing is known to transform N in intertidal marsh ***,the underlying mechanisms remain *** study conducted field experiments and used indoor control test devices to investigate the seasonal response of nitrogen to crab disturbance at the sediment-water interface in coastal tidal flat *** results showed that crab disturbance exhibited significant seasonality with large seasonal differences in cave density and *** to crab disturbance,nitrogen fuxes at the sediment-water interface were much greater in the box with crabs than in the box without *** summer,NH-N showed a positive flux from the sediment to the overlying water,but NO2-N and NOg-N showed positive fluxes from the sediment to the overlying water only in early *** winter,NH-N showed a positive flux from the sediment to the overlying water,but NO-N and NO,-N both exhibited positive and negative *** results indicated that the presence of crab burrows can cause the aerobic layer to move downward by approximately 8-15 cm in summer and directly promote nitrification at the sediment surface.

研究了北京官厅水库中农药类内分泌干扰物污染水平、分布特点和来源.结果表明,官厅水库及其支流水体受到农药类内分泌干扰物轻度污染.从农药在官厅水库中的分布推断,官厅水库以及各支流周边地区及农田排水渠是水库中农药的重要来源.底泥中农药通过底泥孔隙向表面水扩散,是表面水农药的1个污染源.由于水库周边较多的农业活动,可能导致水中农药浓度提高.为了减少污染和水生生物对内分泌干扰物的暴露,需要进行定期监测,减少农药的使用和农事操作.

BACKGROUND Cirrhotic patients with acute-on-chronic liver failure(ACLF)in the intensive care unit(ICU)have a poor but variable *** prognosis evaluation can guide the rational management of patients with ***,existing prognostic scores for ACLF in the ICU environment lack sufficient *** To develop a new prognostic model for patients with ACLF in *** Data from 938 ACLF patients in the Medical Information Mart for Intensive Care(MIMIC)database were used to develop a new prognostic model(MIMIC ACLF)for ***,calibration and clinical utility of MIMIC ACLF were assessed by area under receiver operating characteristic curve(AUROC),calibration curve and decision curve analysis(DCA),*** ACLF was then externally validated in a multiple-center cohort,the Electronic Intensive Care Collaborative Research Database and a single-center cohort from the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University in *** The MIMIC ACLF score was determined using nine variables:ln(age)×2.2+ln(white blood cell count)×0.22-ln(mean arterial pressure)×2.7+respiratory failure×0.6+renal failure×0.51+cerebral failure×0.31+ln(total bilirubin)×0.44+ln(internationalized normal ratio)×0.59+ln(serum potassium)×*** MIMIC cohort,the AUROC(0.81/0.79)for MIMIC ACLF for 28/90-day ACLF mortality were significantly greater than those of Chronic Liver Failure Consortium ACLF(0.76/0.74),Model for End-stage Liver Disease(MELD;0.73/0.71)and MELD-Na(0.72/0.70)(all P<0.001).The consistency between actual and predicted 28/90-day survival rates of patients according to MIMIC ACLF score was excellent and superior to that of existing *** net benefit of MIMIC ACLF was greater than that achieved using existing scores within the 50%threshold *** superior predictive accuracy and clinical utility of MIMIC ACLF were validated in the external *** We developed and validated a new prognostic model with satisfactory accuracy
