Subarachnoid hemorrhage is associated with high morbidity and mortality and lacks effective *** is a crucial mechanism underlying early brain injury after subarachnoid *** studies have confirmed that tumor necrosis factor-stimulated gene-6(TSG-6)can exert a neuroprotective effect by suppressing oxidative stress and ***,no study to date has explored whether TSG-6 can alleviate pyroptosis in early brain injury after subarachnoid *** this study,a C57BL/6j mouse model of subarachnoid hemorrhage was established using the endovascular perforation *** results indicated that TSG-6 expression was predominantly detected in astrocytes,along with nLRC4 and gasdermin-D(GSDMD).The expression of nLRC4,GSDMD and its n-terminal domain(GSDMD-n),and cleaved caspase-1 was significantly enhanced after subarachnoid hemorrhage and accompanied by brain edema and neurological *** explore how TSG-6 affects pyroptosis during early brain injury after subarachnoid hemorrhage,recombinant human TSG-6 or a siRnA targeting TSG-6 was injected into the cerebral *** TSG-6 administration downregulated the expression of nLRC4 and pyroptosis-associated proteins and alleviated brain edema and neurological ***,TSG-6 knockdown further increased the expression of nLRC4,which was accompanied by more severe astrocyte *** summary,our study revealed that TSG-6 provides neuroprotection against early brain injury after subarachnoid hemorrhage by suppressing nLRC4 inflammasome activation-induced astrocyte pyroptosis.

The integration of Blockchain Technology(BT)with Digital Twins(DTs)is becoming increasingly recognized as an effective strategy to enhance trust,interoperability,and data privacy in virtual spaces such as the *** there is a significant body of research at the intersection of BT and DTs,a thorough review of the field has not yet been *** study performs a systematic literature review on BT and DTs,using the CiteSpace analytic tool to evaluate the content and bibliometric *** review covers 976 publications,identifying the significant effects of BT on DTs and the integration *** themes emerging from keyword analysis include augmented reality,smart cities,smart manufacturing,cybersecurity,lifecycle management,Ethereum,smart grids,additive manufacturing,blockchain technology,and *** on this analysis,the study proposes a development framework for BTenhanced DTs that includes supporting technologies and applications,main applications,advantages and functionalities,primary contexts of application,and overarching goals and ***,an examination of bibliometric data reveals three developmental phases in cross-sectional research on BT and DTs:technology development,technology use,and technology *** phases highlight the research field’s evolution and provide valuable direction for future studies on BTenhanced DTs.

The implementation of early and accurate detection of aircraft cargo compartment fire is of great significance to ensure flight *** current airborne fire detection technology mostly relies on single-parameter smoke detection using infrared *** often results in a high false alarm rate in complex air transportation *** traditional deep learning model struggles to effectively address the issue of long-term dependency in multivariate fire *** paper proposes a multi-technology collaborative fire detection method based on an improved transformers ***-wavelength optical sensors,flue gas analyzers,and other equipment are used to carry out multi-technology collaborative detection methods and characterize various feature dimensions of fire to improve detection *** improved Transformer model which integrates the self-attention mechanism and position encoding mechanism is applied to the problem of long-time series modeling of fire information from a global perspective,which effectively solves the problem of gradient disappearance and gradient explosion in traditional Rnn(recurrent neural network)and Cnn(convolutional neural network).Two different multi-head self-attention mechanisms are used to classify and model multivariate fire information,respectively,which solves the problem of confusing time series modeling and classification modeling in dealing with multivariate classification tasks by a single attention ***,the output results of the two models are fused through the gate *** research results show that,compared with the traditional single-feature detection technology,the multi-technology collaborative fire detection method can better capture fire *** with the traditional deep learning model,the multivariate fire pre-diction model constructed by the improved Transformer can better detect fires,and the accuracy rate is 0.995.

Short-term effects of low-level PM2.5,PM10,O3.and tropical meteorological conditions on emergency department visits for respiratory diseases in Haikou,china

Objective:To assess the correlation between atmospheric pollutants,meteorological factors,and emergency department visits for respiratory diseases in Haikou ***:Daily data on atmospheric pollutants,meteorological factors,and emergency department visits for respiratory diseases in Haikou City from 2018 to 2021 were *** Spearman rank correlation test was used to analyze the correlation,and a distributed lag non-linear model was employed to analyze the health effects and lag impacts of environmental *** analyses were conducted based on sex and ***:According to the criteria of International Classification of Diseases(ICD-10:j00-j99),a total of 221913.cases were included,accounting for 21.3.of the total emergency department visits in Haikou *** every 1℃increase in temperature,the risk of emergency department visits increased by 1.029%(95%CI 1.016%-1.042%).Relative humidity greater than 80%reduced the risk of visits,while higher atmospheric pressure(>1010 hpa)also decreased the likelihood of daily emergency department *** concentrations of PM2.5(3.-50μg/m^(3.),PM10(>60μg/m^(3.),and O_(3.(75-125μg/m^(3.)were associated with increased *** temperatures(>25℃)have a greater impact on females and children aged 0-14 years,while males are more sensitive to low atmospheric *** aged 65 and above exhibited increased sensitivity to O_(3.concentration,and the effects of PM2.5,PM10,and O_(3.are more pronounced in individuals over 14 years ***:Short-term exposure to high temperatures,particulate matter pollutants(PM_(2.5)and PM_(10)),and ozone(O_(3.)is associated with increased emergency department visits for respiratory diseases.

Many aphid species exhibit both cyclical parthenogenesis(CP)and the obligate parthenogenesis(OP)life history,which are genetically *** CP aphid lineages,the parthenogenetic individuals can switch from asexual to sexual reproduction quickly in response to environmental factors such as changes in photoperiod and ***,the OP aphid lineages do not undergo sexual reproduction under any *** far,mechanisms underlying the reproduction switch in CP aphids have not been fully *** padi,a serious worldwide insect pest of wheat,has both CP and OP *** diphosphate-glycosyltransferases(UGTs)are enzymes that participate in the metabolic detoxification of ***,we identified 43.RpUGT genes from *** genome and transcriptome sequences,and found that:(1)the UGT content of the CP lineage was significantly higher than that in the OP lineage at the key time points when CP lineage mainly produce virginoparae,gynoparae,and males under inducing condition,while there were no significant difference under normal conditions;(2)RpUGT3.4j7 gene was highly expressed during the time points when CP lineages produce gynopara and males;(3.the critical time points for CP lineages to produce virginoparaee,gynoparae,and males were affected when the CP lineages were injected with dsRpUGT3.4j7;(4)the knockdown of RpUGT3.4j7 caused a significant reduction in the total number of virginoparae,gynoparae,and males in the offspring under inducing *** findings contribute to our understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying the quick shift from asexual to sexual reproduction in aphid species.

The two-dimensional total routhian surface (TRS) calculations were performed to probe into the triaxial superdeformed characteristics of a strongly populated band X2 in 161Lu. This band was identified as a triaxial superdeformed band by using our TRS method. We also got its formation mechanics,i.e. the neutron-shell correction energy plays a crucial role,while the rotating energy and the deformation-driving effect of high j intruder orbit i13.2 also play an additional role.

In recent years,research has focused heavily on the investigation of functionalized ammonium polyphosphate(APP)flame retardants to improve the fire safety of epoxy resins(EP).The reason for this is the dual nature of APP's performance in fire protection of *** article provides a comprehensive overview of the advances in the use of functionalized APP flame retardants to improve the fire resistance of EP *** then presents the improvement of the modification of the functionalized APP flame retardants in terms of the hydrophobicity,compatibility and catalytic ability of the flame retardants,as well as the effects on the fire resistance,heat resistance,smoke reduction and mechanical properties of the EP *** the summary and comparison of the relevant studies,it is clear that the functionalized APP flame retardants can effectively improve the fire safety of EP composites and offset the adverse effects of APP in EP flame retardant *** addition,APP flame retardants can obtain various excellent functions through the use of materials with different properties,and the interaction between APP and materials can also lead to more efficient fire ***,the current problem is to find ways to streamline the process and minimise the costs associated with functionalized APP flame retardants,as well as to use them effectively in industrial *** hope that this review can provide valuable hints and insights for the practical application of functionalized APP in EP and perspectives for future research.
