In this paper,two types of fractional nonlinear equations in Caputo sense,time-fractional Newell–Whitehead equation(FNWE)and time-fractional generalized Hirota–Satsuma coupled KdV system(HS-cKdVS),are investigated by means of the q-homotopy analysis method(q-HAM).The approximate solutions of the proposed equations are constructed in the form of a convergent series and are compared with the corresponding exact solutions.Due to the presence of the auxiliary parameter h in this method,just a few terms of the series solution are required in order to obtain better approximation.For the sake of visualization,the numerical results obtained in this paper are graphically displayed with the help of Maple.

Pseudorabies(PR)is an acute infectious disease of pigs caused by the PR virus(PRV)and results in great economic losses to the pig industry worldwide.PRV glycoprotein E(gE)-based enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)has been used to distinguish gE-deleted vaccine-immunized pigs from wild-type virus-infected pigs to eradicate PR in some countries.Nanobody has the advantages of small size and easy genetic engineering and has been a promising diagnostic reagent.However,there were few reports about developing nanobody-based ELISA for detecting anti-PRV-gE antibodies.In the present study,the recombinant PRV-gE was expressed with a bacterial system and used to immunize the Bactrian camel.Then,two nanobodies against PRV-gE were screened from the immunized camel by phage display technique.Subsequently,two nanobody-HRP fusion proteins were expressed with HEK293T cells.The PRV-gE-Nb36-HRP fusion protein was selected as the probe for developing the blocking ELISA(bELISA)to detect anti-PRV-gE antibodies.Through optimizing the conditions of bELISA,the amount of coated antigen was 200 ng per well,and dilutions of the fusion protein and tested pig sera were separately 1:320 and 1:5.The cut-off value of bELISA was 24.20%,and the sensitivity and specificity were 96.43 and 92.63%,respectively.By detecting 233 clinical pig sera with the developed bELISA and a commercial kit,the results showed that the coincidence rate of two assays was 93.99%.Additionallly,epitope mapping showed that PRV-gE-Nb36 recognized a conserved conformational epitope in different reference PRV strains.Simple,great stability and low-cost nanobody-based bELISA for detecting anti-PRV-gE antibodies were developed.The bELISA could be used for monitoring and eradicating PR.

Transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDCs)are promising candidates for future optoelectronic devices accounting for their high carrier mobility and excellent quantum efficiency.However,the limited light absorption efficiency in atomically thin layers significantly hinders photocarrier generation,thereby impairing the optoelectronic performance and hindering practical applications.Herein,we successfully synthesized In_(2)Se_(3)/WSe_(2) heterostructures through a typical two-step chemical vapor deposition(CVD)method.The In_(2)Se_(3) nanosheet with strong light absorption capability,serving as the light absorption layer,was integrated with the monolayer WSe_(2),enhancing the photosensitivity of WSe_(2) significantly.Upon laser irradiation with a wavelength of 520 nm,the In_(2)Se_(3)/WSe_(2) heterostructure device shows an ultrahigh photoresponsivity with a value as high as 2333.5 A/W and a remarkable detectivity reaching up to 6.7×10^(12) Jones,which is the highest among almost the reported TMDCs-based heterostructures grown via CVD even some fabricated by mechanical exfoliation(ME).Combing the advantages of CVD method such as large scale,high yield,and clean interface,the In_(2)Se_(3)/WSe_(2) heterostructures would provide a novel path for future high-performance optoelectronic device.

Neural network based deep learning methods aim to learn representations of data and have produced state-of-the-art results in many natural language processing(NLP)tasks.Discourse parsing is an important research topic in discourse analysis,aiming to infer the discourse structure and model the coherence of a given text.This survey covers text-level discourse parsing,shallow discourse parsing and coherence assessment.We first introduce the basic concepts and traditional approaches,and then focus on recent advances in discourse structure oriented representation learning.We also introduce a trend of discourse structure aware representation learning that is to exploit discourse structures or discourse objectives for learning representations of sentences and documents for specific applications or for general purpose.Finally,we present a brief summary of the progress and discuss several future directions.

Bilayer transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs) balance the high mobility of single layers with the high state density of multilayers and therefore have promising application prospects in high-performance electronics. However, the layer-controlled growth of 2D materials is still confronted with challenges such as poor repeatability between different labs and a limited understanding of the growth mechanism at the atomic scale. Herein, we report a new carbon-assisted chemical vapor deposition process that can realize the growth of WS2sheets with high yield, precise thickness controllability, and repeatability. We show that carbon can act as a reducing agent and catalyst that preferentially reacts with the WO3precursor to form intermediate WO3-xproducts with low-valence state W. The resulting oxycarbide gas has a low surface adsorption energy when deposited on the surface of as-grown WS2, which provides nucleation sites for the subsequent layer of WS2growth and leads to the vertical growth of WS2sheets. The growth mechanism is thoroughly investigated. Electrical transport measurements show that the produced bilayer WS2possesses a high carrier mobility(up to 58 cm2·V-1·s-1) and small subthreshold swing(estimated to be 148 mV/decade),which are among the best reported results for TMDs produced using CVD.

In order to better build the Neutral Beam Injector with Negative Ion Source (NNBI)， the pre-research on key technologies has been carried out for the Comprehensive Research Facility for Fusion Technology (CRAFT). Cesium seeding into negative-ion sources is a prerequisite to obtain the required negative hydrogen ion. The performance of ion source largely depends on the cesium conditions in the source. It is very necessary to quantitatively measure the amount of cesium in the source during the plasma on and off periods (vacuum stage). This article uses the absorption peak of cesium atoms near 852.1nm to build a cesium atom concentration detection system based on Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology. The test experiment based on the cesium cell is carried out， obtained the variation curve of cesium concentration at different temperatures. The experimental results indicate that: the system detection range is within 5 × 106-2.5 × 107pieces/cm3and the system resolution better than 1 × 106pieces/cm3.

The named entity extraction task aims to extract entity mentions from the unstructured text,including names of people, places, institutions and so on. It plays an important role in many Natural language processing(NLP) tasks, such as knowledge bases construction, automatic question answering system and information extraction. Most of the existing entity extraction studies are based on the long text data, which are easier to annotate due to the sufficient contextual information. Extracting entities from short texts such as search queries, conversations is still a challenging task.This paper proposes a dual pointer approach for entity mention extraction, it extracts one entities by two position pointers of the input sentence. The end-to-end deep neural networks model based on the proposed approach can extract the entities by serially generating the dual pointers.The evaluation results on the Chinese public dataset show that the model achieves the state-of-the-art results over the baseline models.

目的探讨HL60-pNL3.2报告基因热原检查法在水痘减毒活疫苗、流感病毒裂解疫苗、冻干甲型肝炎减毒活疫苗热原测定中的应用。方法参照中国药典“体外热原检查法(报告基因法)”公示稿,计算3种疫苗最大有效稀释倍数(maximum valid dilution,MVD),干扰实验探讨3种疫苗对该方法测定热原是否存在干扰。参照中国药典2020年版通则9101对该方法测定3种疫苗热原进行方法学验证,用经验证的方法测定3种疫苗热原含量。结果水痘减毒活疫苗、流感病毒裂解疫苗、冻干甲型肝炎减毒活疫苗MVD分别为1000,200和1000倍。在MVD范围内,内毒素(endotoxin,LPS)在3种疫苗中的回收率在52.5%~110.1%。方法学验证结果显示该方法可用于3种疫苗热原测定,LPS浓度与其化学光强度(RLU值)相关系数(R^(2))均>0.98;LPS浓度在1~250 EU·mL^(-1),回收率结果在76.4%~192.8%。LPS浓度>5 EU·mL^(-1)时,重复性变异度均<25%;该方法用于3种疫苗热原测定的检测限和定量限在0.05~0.13 EU·mL^(-1)。用建立的HL60-pNL3.2报告基因热原检查法测定3种疫苗热原含量,均低于污染物限值。结论HL60-pNL3.2报告基因热原检查法具有不使用动物、操作简单、快速、检测热原谱广,可对热原进行定量的优点,可用于水痘减毒活疫苗、流感病毒裂解疫苗和冻干甲型肝炎减毒活疫苗热原测定。

A Probabilistic Rating Prediction and Explanation Inference Model for Recommender Systems

Collaborative Filtering(CF) is a leading approach to build recommender systems which has gained considerable development and popularity. A predominant approach to CF is rating prediction recommender algorithm, aiming to predict a user's rating for those items which were not rated yet by the user. However, with the increasing number of items and users, thedata is sparse.It is difficult to detectlatent closely relation among the items or users for predicting the user behaviors. In this paper,we enhance the rating prediction approach leading to substantial improvement of prediction accuracy by categorizing according to the genres of movies. Then the probabilities that users are interested in the genres are computed to integrate the prediction of each genre cluster. A novel probabilistic approach based on the sentiment analysis of the user reviews is also proposed to give intuitional explanations of why an item is recommended.To test the novel recommendation approach, a new corpus of user reviews on movies obtained from the Internet Movies Database(IMDB) has been generated. Experimental results show that the proposed framework is effective and achieves a better prediction performance.
