To realize the abilities of reconfiguration, flexibility and integration with other enterprise applications, Internet/Intranet based CAPP architecture is presented in this paper. The architecture should be implemented for certain special domain to form the domain process planning framework and the domain framework could be developed to practical enterprise CAPP application. With regard to the characteristic of product family process planning in certain specialty domain, the CAPP applications are customized based on the framework derived from the architecture. The architecture has the common functions and services process planning. The architecture generalizes traditional functions and services into components, such as the guidance of process indexing and process variation, resource management and so on. These functions are supplied in the form of web services. In the mean time, the data interfaces needed for integration are defined and implemented with XML technology. The customization of CAPP framework to electromotor product family based on the architecture, and CAPP application system for specifically electromotor enterprise based on the framework is illustrated.

Economic Assessment and Policy Analysis on Wind Energy Development in China

Considering rapid development and emerging new challenges of China’s wind energy development, this paper summarizes and analyzes five critical problems. First, according to an economic potential assessment, if the feed-in tariff is set 0.60 Yuan/kWh, the economic potential of wind electricity of China will reach 6.63 PWh, it could meet as much as 2/3 of total power demand by2030, thus the targeted wind power proportion in future high renewable energy penetration can be achieved. Second, wind energy is abundant but little consumed in Northwest, Northeast and North China while it is insufficient in South and East of China, where grid-connection condition is *** to this reverse distribution pattern of wind power endowment and consumption in China,grid-connection transmission must be strengthened in the future, particularly the West–East and North–South power transmission projects must be pushed forward. Third, to address the issue of increasing wind energy curtailment in Northeast, Northwest and North China, stimulating local consumption of wind power by multiple ways is a possible solution in the short term, however, in the medium and long run, it is necessary to accelerate the construction of Ultra-High Voltage power grid in order to expand power transmission to other provinces and regions. Fourth, a new electricity market mechanism should be established as the fundamental measure of promoting new energy development, while green certificate trading market and carbon trading market will form the basis for such market mechanism in the long run. Fifth, though wind power development can bring multiple benefits to economy, employment, and environment, large-scale wind power development will, to some extent, affect local and regional climate. As global warming continues,the wind power resource distribution of China and the world may experience significant changes.

材料力学性能原位测试技术能够在力学性能测试过程中对材料使役过程中微观结构演化与损伤失效机理进行表征分析,研究材料成分、工艺、组织结构与力学性能、使役行为之间的内在规律。研究材料成形加工关键技术,推动先进材料设计与制造,对服务国防和国民经济建设具有重要意义。本文首先对材料力学性能测试技术的发展进行回顾总结,然后分别对扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、衍射成像下的材料力学性能原位测试技术进行概述,重点阐述了原位力学加载和温度场构建技术。最后,对材料力学性能原位测试领域的未来发展趋势进行展望。

Countries' Historical Emission Responsibilities:A Normative Perspective

This paper raises six critical normative questions on accounting countries’ historical emission responsibilities of climate change:(ⅰ) What should be the time period?What should be the start date and the end date?(ⅱ) Should the Agriculture,Forestry and Other Land Use(AFOLU) and non-COgases be included or not?(ⅲ) Should the embedded emissions in trade be accounted or not?(iv) Should countLies be assigned responsibilities for emissions before 1990 or not?(v) Should the historical responsibilities be discounted or not?(vi) Should subsistence emissions be exempted or not?From the perspectives of ethics and justice,legal,economics,and politics,we think that(ⅰ) the contributions should include past,current,and future emissions,and responsibilities should be assigned for historical emissions before 1990;(ⅱ) COand non-COemissions from the AFOLU sectors should be exempted from countries’ responsibilities since they are subsistence emissions in order to satisfy basic needs;(ⅲ) the historical emissions should be discounted based on both physical and economic ***,we claim that the discounting approach is an innovative,systematic,and pragmatic method to solve the deadlock historical responsibilities,which can decrease the historical responsibility and financial responsibility to a reasonable level for the developed countries while insisting on the equity principles.

Frequency Regulation of VSC-MTDC System with Offshore Wind Farms

Frequency regulation of voltage source converter-based multi-terminal high-voltage direct current(VSC-MTDC)system with offshore wind farms enhances the frequency stability by compensating the power for a disturbed AC ***,it is difficult to reasonably allocate frequency-regulation resources due to a lack of coordination mechanisms between wind farms and the MTDC ***,it is difficult for the frequency control of the wind farms to manage changes in wind speed;and the risk of wind-turbine stalls is ***,based on the kinetic energy of wind turbines and the power margin of the converters,the frequency-regulation capability of wind turbines is evaluated,and a dynamic frequency-support scheme considering the real-time frequency-support capability of the wind turbines and system frequency evolution is proposed to improve the frequency-support performance.A power adaptation technique at variable wind speeds is developed;the active power in the frequency-support stage and restoration stage is switched according to the wind speed.A hierarchical zoning frequency-regulation scheme is designed to use the frequency-regulation resources of different links in the MTDC system with wind *** simulation results show that the novel frequency-regulation strategy maintains frequency stability with wind-speed changes and avoids multiple frequency dips.

在厂网分开的电力市场初期,首先开放年度、月度合同交易,以后再考虑逐步开放日前、实时交易。东北区域电力市场试点,当前处于日前市场开放前阶段,从实际情况看,这一阶段估计要持续3年～5年。在此背景下,如何进行高峰有功调度已成为一个亟待解决的问题。文中就此问题建立了高峰调度基本框架,提出了高峰调度偶对协调法。根据机组响应能力和机组引起的网损微增率的大小,把机组划分为偶对匮乏机组集合和偶对充裕机组集合,并根据偶对协调法的思想对2机组集合分别建立了调整模型。在高峰前沿,通过这2个机组集合的调整事先做好有功储备以应对随后爬峰过程响应能力不足问题。提出的偶对协调法可同时考虑提高攀峰响应能力、减小网损和消除网络阻塞问题。对我国某实际系统的算例分析结果表明了算法的可行性。

A Novel Design of a Pre-separation Panel Structure to Protect Against the Impact of an Explosion in an Aircraft Plenum Chamber

To reduce the damage of the pressurizing panel structure of a fuselage caused by an explosion at the“least risk bomb location”in an aircraft structure,a new pre-separation panel structure was designed to resist blast ***,the dynamic strain response and morphology of impact damage of the new pre-separation panel were measured in an impact damage ***,the commercial software LS-DYNA was used to calculate the propagation of the blast shock wave,and the results were compared with empirical equations to verify the rationality of the numerical calculation ***,the fluid–structure coupling method was used to calculate the damage process of the pre-separation panel structure under the impact of an explosion wave and an impact *** calculated results were in good agreement with the test results,which showed the rationality of the calculation method and the *** residual strength of the damaged pre-separation panel was significantly higher than that of the original damaged *** results show that the new pre-separation panel structure is reasonable and has certain significance for guiding the design of plenum chambers with strong resistance to implosion for aircraft fuselages.

OBJECTIVE:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture(AM)in the treatment of pregnancyrelated symptoms such as acute vomiting during ***:We comprehensively searched the available literature up to November 2021,including Pub Med,Embase,Cochrane Library,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,and China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on AM for the treatment of severe vomiting,insomnia,pharyngeal and pelvic pain,mood abnormalities,and dyspepsia during ***:Sixteen RCTs with a cumulative sample size of 1178 cases were *** these,964 patients were included in the *** Meta-analysis results showed that AM was more efficient than Western medicine in treating discomfort during pregnancy[odds ratio(OR)=1.19,95%confidence interval(CI)(1.11,1.28),P<0.01].AM was better than the control group in improving the visual analog scale scores[standard mean difference(SMD)=0.62,95%CI(0.53,0.71),P<0.01].AM was superior to the control group in improving Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)symptom scores[OR=7.31,95%CI(3.36,15.94),P<0.01].There was no significant difference in adverse effects between the AM and sham-AM groups and the analgesic drug group[OR=0.70,95%CI(0.39,1.28),P=0.25],but the treatment and control groups had mild adverse effects with a low ***:AM is more effective than other treatments or pharmacotherapy alone in the treatment of pregnancy-related symptoms,and is relatively ***,the quality of the included trials was rather poor,and high-quality studies are required to confirm our findings.

To tackle the energy crisis and climate change,wind farms are being heavily invested in across the *** China's coastal areas,there are abundant wind resources and numerous offshore wind farms are being *** secure operation of these wind farms may suffer from typhoons,and researchers have studied power system operation and resilience enhancement in typhoon ***,the intricate movement of a typhoon makes it challenging to evaluate its spatial-temporal *** published papers only consider predefined typhoon trajectories neglecting *** address this challenge,this study proposes a stochastic unit commitment model that incorporates high-penetration offshore wind power generation in typhoon *** adopts a data-driven method to describe the uncertainties of typhoon trajectories and considers the realistic anti-typhoon mode in offshore wind farms.A two-stage stochastic unit commitment model is designed to enhance power system resilience in typhoon *** formulate the model into a mixed-integer linear programming problem and then solve it based on the computationally-efficient progressive hedging algorithm(PHA).Finally,numerical experiments validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
