为提高空气源热泵的性能,同时更好地满足煤矿井口防冻特殊工艺要求,将空气源热泵与热管技术相耦合,使用小压比热泵机组搭建了空气源分体式热管-热泵供暖系统实验平台。该耦合系统中蒸发器和冷凝器两端均采用相变传热的方式,并对其进行不同运行工况下的性能特性研究,结果表明:该耦合供暖系统即使在0℃左右的室外条件下,耦合机组的系统制热性能仍可达到4.5以上,远远优于传统空气源热泵机组。

Cytogenetic analysis in two scallops (Bivalvia:Pectinidae) by PRINS and PI banding

Cytogenetic analysis was performed for the bay scallop （Argopecten irradians Lamarck 1819） and the Japanese scallop （Patinopecten yessoensis Jay 1857 ） by primed in situ labeling （PRINS） and propidium iodide （PI） banding techniques. The PRINS analysis revealed that major rRNA genes were clustered in two loci on the telomeric regions of the short arms on two acrocentric chromosome pairs in A. irradians and on two submetacentric pairs in P. yessoensis. The histone H3 gene sites differed in number and location between these two species. The C-band-like patterns revealed by PI staining varied considerably between these two species. A. irradians displayed terminal bands at long arms on all chromosomes, centromeric bands on some pairs and interstitial bands on five pairs. P. yessoensis exhibited only centromeric bands on all chromosomes. These results would contribute to the better understanding of karyotype evolution in A. irradians and P. yessoensis.

Oral infectious diseases caused by a variety of pathogenic bacteria seriously affect the quality of ***,these diseases remain a clinical challenge because of the lack of simple,safe,and universal *** address these limitations,we synthesize CuO_(x)nanodots(CuO_(x)NDs)with excellent Fenton-like reaction activity and utilize them in the treatment of oral bacterial *** from other complicated approaches,CuO_(x)NDs are rationally prepared using a facile one-pot aqueous *** the presence of H_(2)O_(2),these well-developed CuO_(x)NDs can efficiently catalyze the generation of hydroxyl radicals(·OH)around oral pathogens,leading to the death of various ***,results of biosafety indicate the high biocompatibility and extremely low toxicity of these CuO_(x)*** understanding the admirable in vitro antibacterial effect of CuO_(x)NDs in the presence of H_(2)O_(2),we further explore their in vivo antibacterial performance on several classical animal models including oral mucosal wound model,intragingival bacteria-infected model,and the periodontal infection *** expected,these CuO_(x)NDs with wide-spectrum antibacterial activity can serve as high-performance antibacterial reagents for the treatment of various oral bacterial infections with the help of H_(2)O_(2).In brief,current nanoplatform can act as efficient antibiotics against oral pathogens with broadening the biomedical applications of copper-based nanomaterials.

Objective： In this study, we examine the effects of recombinant adenovirus-p53 （rAd-p53） on the pancreatic carcinoma cell line SW1990. Specifically, we determine if expression of rAd-p53 sensitizes these cells to radiation. Methods： Following transfection of SW1990 cells with rAd-p53, we measured expression of P53, P21 and Bax by immunocytochemistry. Both transfected and control cell lines were irradiated with a range of doses, and the survival fractions （SF） were calculated. Dose survival cttrves were constructed and modeled for comparison. Results： Transfection of SW1990 cells with rAd-p53 resulted in increased expression of P53, P21 and Bax in a time-dependent manner. At 96 h after transfection, 89.92% of cells expressed P53, 56.8% expressed P21, and 76.50% expressed Bax. The SF following radiation was lower in the rAd-p53 transfected cells compared to the control cells, suggesting that rAd-p53 sensitizes SW1990 cells to radiation （Do for the experimental and control groups was 2.199 and 2.462, respectively）. Conclusions： Use of the adenoviral vector is an effective means of transfecting SW1990 cells with wild-type P53, and this sensitizes the cell line to irradiation. This work suggests that combining rAd-p53 with radiation therapy in pancreatic cancer may be therapeutically beneficial.

“双碳”战略的确立,为建筑环境与能源应用工程专业的人才培养提出了新的要求。传统的人才培养模式已经不能满足“双碳”战略的需求,有必要探索适应“双碳”背景的建环专业新型人才培养模式。通过分析“双碳”背景下建环专业人才的具体要求,制订了人才培养目标,总结了课程设置及质量、教学方法以及实践教学三方面的改进措施。提出的优化建议对加强建环人才培养,推动实现“双碳”战略具有重要意义。

Investigating the Genetic Bases of Growth Regulation by E2F3 in Dwarf Surf Clams Mulinia lateralis

Bivalve aquaculture plays a crucial role in the aquaculture industry due to the economic value of many bivalve species. Understanding the underlying genetic basis of bivalve growth regulation is essential for enhancing germplasm innovation and ensuring sustainable development of the industry. Though numerous candidate genes have been identified, their functional validation remains challenging. Fortunately, the dwarf surf clam(Mulinia lateralis) serves as a promising model organism for investigating genetic mechanisms underlying growth regulation in bivalves. The GWAS study in the Yesso scallop(Patinopecten yessoensis) has pinpointed the E2F3 gene as a key regulator of growth-related traits. However, the specific role of E2F3 in bivalve growth remains unclear. This study aimed to further confirm the regulatory function of the E2F3 gene in the dwarf surf clam through RNA interference experiments. Our results revealed several genes are associated with individual growth and development, including CTS7, HSP70B2, and PGLYRP3, as well as genes involved in lipid metabolism such as FABP2 and FASN. Functional enrichment analysis indicated that E2F3 primarily modulates critical processes like amino acid and lipid metabolism. These findings suggest that E2F3 likely regulates growth in the dwarf surf clam by influencing amino acid and lipid metabolism. Overall, this study advances our understanding on the function of E2F3 gene in growth regulation in bivalves, providing valuable insights for future research in this field.

通过对我国264对上下级的问卷调查发现,员工基于组织的自尊在互相投入和过度投入雇佣关系模式与助人行为之间发挥完全中介作用。相比过度投入而言,互相投入模式对员工基于组织的自尊有更大的正向影响。同时,研究还发现,个体的传统性文化价值观会调节这2种雇佣关系模式与基于组织自尊的关系。具体而言,对于传统性较高的员工,这2种雇佣模式对基于组织自尊的影响变弱;对于传统性较低的员工,2种雇佣模式对基于组织自尊的影响增强。

利用中国国家知识产权局1999—2015年间ICT产业的联合授权专利数据,构建产学研合作创新网络,并提取14596家企业的大样本面板数据,使用负二项式回归模型分别从合作广度和合作深度两个维度,考察产学研合作开放度的异质性对企业创新绩效的影响。结果表明:大学、科研机构在我国ICT领域的产学研合作创新中的作用存在异质性。无论从合作广度还是合作深度来看,大学对我国ICT企业创新绩效的提升具有重要作用;科研机构对其创新绩效的促进作用则有待进一步提升。
