The condensation reaction ofω-aminoalkyleneamide-functionalized pillar[5]arenes with 2-(4-([2,2’:6’,2〃-terpyridin]-4’-yl)phenoxy)acetic acid or 4-(4-([2,2’:6’,2"-terpyridin]-4’-yl)phenoxy)butanoic acid in dry chloroform at room temperature under the catalysis of HOBT/EDCl resulted in novel pillar[5]arene diamido-bridged terpyridine derivatives.~1 H NMR and 2 D NOESY spectra clearly indicated that the interesting[1]rotaxanes were formed by longer alkylene such as propylene,butylene and hexylenediamido chains threading into the cavity of the pillar[5]arene and with larger terpyridine acting as the stopper.However,the shorter ethylenediamido chain only exists outer of cavity of pillar[5]arene and the molecule exist on free form.

A new β-resorcylic macrolide, 5＇-hydroxyzearalenol （1）, was isolated from the culture broth of a marine-derived fungus Fusarium sp. 05ABR26. Three known compounds, zearalenone （2）, 8＇-hydroxyzearalenone （3） and zearalenol （4） were also isolated. The structure and relative stereochemistry of 1 were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data and single-crystal X-ray diffraction data. Compound 2 displayed potent inhibitory activity against Pyricularia oryzae with a MIC value of 6.25 μg/mL, while compound 3 was much less active; however, 1 and 4 showed no obvious activity.

Propofol (2,6-diisopropylphenol) has been widely used in clinical surgery because of its fast induction and rapid recovery effects (Miller et al., 2014). Although the underlying mechanisms are still controversial, many studies have focused on the augmentation of GABA-induced inhibition and/or modulation of glycine receptor channel activity. However, inhibition of glutamatergic synaptic transmission may also contribute to general anesthesia. The effects of general anesthetics are significantly enhanced when glutamate receptor antagonists are co-administered (Ishizaki et al., 1996).

Objective To explore the effect of concentrated growth factor(CGF)combined with autologous fat transplantation in augmentation mammoplasty.Methods Clinical data of 28 female patients who underwent autologous fat by CGF mixed with purified fat between May 2015 and June 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Clinical evaluation was performed to observe and measure the shape of the breast after breast augmentation,the increase in the value of the nipple plane measurement,and complications.Results All of 28 patients,after 12 months of follow-up,all patients no fat infection,hematoma,breast nodules and other complications.It showed that the contouring of breast were improved and more chubbiness than that before operation.The results were satisfied from patients.Conclusion Concentrated growth factor combined with autologous fat transplantation has a stable breast augmentation effect,beautiful breast shape,simple operation and small damage,which achieves breast rejuvenation.

In this paper, we present our investigation on the morphological and autofluorescence char-acteristics of the cones and rods using two- photon excitation with a femtosecond Ti: sap-phire laser. The results show that the micro-structures of the photoreceptor layers can be visualized at submicron level without any stain- ing or slicing. The morphology and spatial dis-tribution of the cones and rods can be resolved by autofluorescence imaging. The autofluores-cence in the photoreceptor outer segments is much stronger than other layers, but suscepti-ble to light-induced damage.

Powered by an inexhaustible supply of solar energy,photoelectrochemical(PEC)nitrogen reduction reaction(NRR)provides an ideal solution for the synthesis of green ammonia(NH_(3)).Although great efforts have been made in the past decades,there are still significant challenges in increasing the NH_(3) yields of the PEC-NRR devices.In addition to the issues of low activity and selectivity similar to electrochemical NRR,the progress of PEC-NRR is also impeded by the limited increase in NH_(3) yields as the electrode is enlarged.Here,we propose an editable electrode design strategy that parallels unit photo-electrodes to achieve a linear increase in NH_(3) yields with electrode active area.We demonstrate that the editable electrode design strategy minimizes the electrode charge transfer resistance,allowing more photo-generated carriers to reach the electrode surface and promote the catalytic reaction.We believe that this editable electrode design strategy provides an avenue to achieve sustainable PEC NH_(3) production.

In this study, the Pareto optimal strategy problem was investigated for multi-player mean-field stochastic systems governed by It? differential equations using the reinforcement learning(RL) method.A partially model-free solution for Pareto-optimal control was derived. First, by applying the convexity of cost functions, the Pareto optimal control problem was solved using a weighted-sum optimal control problem. Subsequently, using on-policy RL, we present a novel policy iteration(PI) algorithm based on the Hrepresentation technique. In particular, by alternating between the policy evaluation and policy update steps,the Pareto optimal control policy is obtained when no further improvement occurs in system performance,which eliminates directly solving complicated cross-coupled generalized algebraic Riccati equations(GAREs).Practical numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Comparative chemical characters of Sparganii Rhizoma from different regions in China

Objective： To compare the chemical characters of Sparganii Rhizoma from different areas via chromatographic analysis and to establish a sensitive LC/MS method for quality assessment of Sparganii Rhizoma.Methods： Under the optimised HPLC-PDA chromatographic conditions,twenty batches of Sparganii Rhizoma were analyzed by HPLC fingerprints.Principal component analysis（PCA）,orthogonal projections to latent structures discriminant analysis（OPLS-DA）and hierarchical cluster analysis（HCA）were performed based on all peak areas of Sparganii Rhizoma fingerprints.Meanwhile,part of common peaks were subsequently quantified by UFLC-QTRAP-MS.Results： The similarity values of HPLC fingerprints fluctuated in a wide range of 0.511–0.973,which showed variable differences of chemical characters among Sparganii Rhizoma from twenty habitats.PCA,OPLS-DA and HCA indicated that samples could be divided into five groups with different chemical characters,which generally corresponded with their geographical distributions.A total of 31 peaks in HPLC fingerprints were marked,and eight of them were identified and quantified.The quantitative result was generally in agreement with the classifications based on HPLC fingerprints,which indicated that Sparganii Rhizoma samples from eastern China mostly contained more contents including phenolic acids and flavonoids.Conclusion： This study not only proved that there were relationships between geographic distributions and internal chemical compositions of plants,which could provide evidence to the traditional Chinese medicine concept ＂geo-authentic＂,but also supplied a sensitive and rapid simultaneous quantitive method for the quality estimation of Sparganii Rhizoma.

OBJECTIVE: To present a bibliometric analysis of global scientific publications on the nondrug and nonsedative hypnotic treatment of insomnia with regard to influential institutions, publications, countries, research hotspots,trends, and frontiers. METHODS: A literature review was conducted by searching the Web of Science Core Collection(Wo SCC) and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) databases to identify all publications related to the nondrug and nonsedative hypnotic treatment of insomnia from 2000 to 2021. Eligible publications were reviewed, including annual publication increments, citation analyses, international collaborations, and keyword analyses. The data were analysed using Cite Space(vers5.8.R3, 6.1.R2 and 6.1.6, College of Computing and Informatics, Philadelphia, PA, USA) and virtualized by knowledge maps. RESULTS:In total, 9832 publications were included in this analysis. The results from the WoSCC showed that the United States of America(Count = 2268, 40.33%), Stanford University(Count = 141, 2.51%), and the United States Department of Health and Human Services were the leading country, institute, and funding agency regarding the number of publications, respectively. “Cognitive-behavioural therapy” was the most popular research topic generated from the cocited reference. The most frequently co-occurring keywords were insomnia, cognitive behavioural therapy, disorder, depression, quality of life, Meta-analysis, older adult, sleep, prevalence and efficacy, while keywords including clinical practice guideline, guideline, and Tai Chi remained popular after 2021. Circadian rhythm was the strongest research frontier for 2000-2021. In China, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Count = 69, 4.79%) was the most productive institute in this field.
