以我国供应商企业前五大客户的ESG表现为样本,从供应链角度研究了客户ESG表现对供应商企业年报语调的影响。研究结果发现,客户的ESG表现越好,供应商企业的年报语调越积极,供应商创新投入在客户ESG表现与供应商年报语调间存在中介效应。进一步研究发现,年报语调与客户企业的ESG表现的正相关关系在非国有企业和议价能力相对较弱的供应商企业中更加显著。这一研究从供应链角度丰富了客户ESG表现的经济后果以及供应商企业年报语调影响因素的文献,同时对提升我国产业链供应链韧性和安全水平,实现制造业高质量发展具有重要的启示意义。

近年来,光的轨道角动量自由度的高维度特性引起了广泛的关注.该自由度在许多科学领域得到了研究和应用,特别是在光通讯和量子信息领域.为了充分利用轨道角动量的高维特性,不同的轨道角动量态的非破坏分离成为一个最基本的要求.然而,目前已有的轨道角动量分束系统,要么在稳定性和级联拓展性方面有所不足;要么分离后的轨道角动量态的特性遭到严重破坏,无法参与进一步的相互作用过程.本文基于光束偏移器构建微型Mach-Zehnder干涉仪,设计了一个稳定且紧凑的轨道角动量分束器,实现了轨道角动量模式的非破坏分束.设计中由于只存在光束的全反射,因此理论上能量损耗为零.在微型Mach-Zehnder干涉仪中的光束经过的光学元件相同,且光束的空间偏移量较小,所以该轨道角动量分束器具有很好的稳定性.此外,由于被分开的轨道角动量态与入射的轨道角动量态具有相同的传播方向,因此该分束器具有很好的可拓展性,便于级联使用.本研究对轨道角动量这一高维自由度在光通讯等相关领域的应用有重要意义.

BACKGROUND Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)is a highly fatal disease with limited effective treatment especially after first-line *** human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER-2)immunohistochemistry(IHC)positive is associated with more aggressive clinical behavior and shorter overall survival in *** SUMMARY We present a case of multiple metastatic PDAC with IHC mismatch repair proficient but HER-2 IHC weakly positive at diagnosis that didn’t have tumor regression after first-line nab-paclitaxel plus gemcitabine and PD-1 inhibitor treatment.A novel combination therapy PRaG 3.0 of RC48(HER2-antibody-drug conjugate),radio-therapy,PD-1 inhibitor,granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor and interleukin-2 was then applied as second-line therapy and the patient had confirmed good partial response with progress-free-survival of 6.5 months and overall survival of 14.2 *** had not developed any grade 2 or above treatment-related adverse events at any *** of peripheral CD8^(+) Temra and CD4^(+) Temra were increased during first two activation cycles of PRaG 3.0 treatment containing radiotherapy but deceased to the baseline during the maintenance cycles containing no *** PRaG 3.0 might be a novel strategy for HER2-positive metastatic PDAC patients who failed from previous first-line approach and even PD-1 immunotherapy but needs more data in prospective trials.

为了探索球形奥克托今(HMX)的制备方法,以二甲亚砜为溶剂,二甲基硅油/四氯化碳(体积比为1∶2)为非溶剂,硝化棉为黏结剂,采用液上滴落成球、液下扰动成球和微流控成球3种方法研究了HMX在不互溶体系中的制备及性能;通过扫描电镜、X-射线衍射仪、热分析、摩擦感度仪和撞击感度仪等,表征了样品的形貌、晶型、活化能、摩擦感度和撞击感度。结果表明,液上滴落成球法可以制备出球形HMX,其粒径在1500μm左右;液下扰动法同样可以制备出球形HMX,其粒径在950μm左右;微通道法制备的HMX球形度偏低,粒径在300μm左右。3种方法制备HMX晶型均与原料HMX的一致,为β晶型;液上滴落成球方法制备的HMX活化能相比原料值提高了141.22kJ/mol,撞击感度降低了2J,摩擦感度由原来的120N降至240N;液下扰动成球和微流控方法制备的球形HMX活化能比原料分别提高了5kJ/mol和21kJ/mol, HMX撞击感度没有明显改变,摩擦感度由原来的120N降低至216N,表明该微球结构取得了良好的降感效果。

目的了解湖北省医疗卫生机构百日咳诊断能力和预防控制现状,探讨影响百日咳诊断的可能原因。方法采用问卷调查和访谈交流的方式调查湖北省各级医疗机构和疾控机构对百日咳实验室检测条件、流行现状和防控管理等的认知,以及预防接种门诊... 详细信息

目的了解湖北省医疗卫生机构百日咳诊断能力和预防控制现状,探讨影响百日咳诊断的可能原因。方法采用问卷调查和访谈交流的方式调查湖北省各级医疗机构和疾控机构对百日咳实验室检测条件、流行现状和防控管理等的认知,以及预防接种门诊对百日咳免疫策略的认知。结果共收到4385份有效问卷。儿科医生在见过、诊断过、报告过百日咳病例的比例分别为40.1%(415/1035)、15.5%(160/1035)、14.5%(150/1035),明显高于其他科室医生(P<0.05)。市州疾控中心、综合性医院、妇幼保健院以百日咳鲍特菌培养、PCR核酸检测和ELISA血清抗体检测为主,县区疾控中心、乡镇卫生院、社区卫生服务中心以送疾控机构检测为主。53.9%(1768/3281)的医生认为所在医院不具备百日咳病例隔离收治条件,且隔离时间尚无统一认识。影响百日咳诊断及上报的首要原因为"医院缺乏百日咳实验室检测诊断能力"。63.9%(1276/1997)的了解或接诊过百日咳病例的医生反馈百日咳最早发病年龄≤3月龄。60%以上的调查人员建议2月龄开始接种含百日咳成分疫苗。结论湖北省百日咳实验室诊断能力有待提高,当地百日咳疫情可能被低估。
