T-tube vs no T-tube for biliary tract reconstruction in adult orthotopic liver transplantation:An updated systematic review and metaanalysis

BACKGROUND Whether to use a T-tube for biliary anastomosis during orthotopic liver transplantation(OLT)remains a debatable *** surgeons chose to use a T-tube because they believed that it reduces the incidence of biliary *** in surgical techniques during the last decades have significantly decreased the overall incidence of postoperative biliary *** using a T-tube during OLT is still associated with the reduced incidence of biliary strictures needs to be *** To provide an updated systematic review and meta-analysis on using a T-tube during adult *** In the electronic databases MEDlinE,PubMed,Scopus,***,the Cochrane Library,the Cochrane Hepato-Biliary Group Controlled Trails Register,and the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials,we identified 17 studies(eight randomized controlled trials and nine comparative studies)from January 1995 to October *** data of the studies before and after 2010 were separately *** chose the overall biliary complications,bile leaks or fistulas,biliary strictures(anastomotic or non-anastomotic),and cholangitis as *** ratios(ORs)with 95%confidence intervals(CIs)were calculated to describe the results of the ***,the test for overall effect(Z)was used to test the difference between OR and 1,where P≤0.05 indicated a significant difference between OR value and *** A total of 1053 subjects before 2010 and 1346 subjects after 2010 were included in this *** pooled results showed that using a T-tube reduced the incidence of postoperative biliary strictures in studies before 2010(P=0.012,OR=0.62,95%CI:0.42-0.90),while the same benefit was not seen in studies after 2010(P=0.60,OR=0.76,95%CI:0.27-2.12).No significant difference in the incidence of overall biliary complications(P=0.37,OR=1.41,95%CI:0.66-2.98),bile leaks(P=0.89,OR=1.04,95%CI:0.63-1.70),and cholangitis(P=0.27,OR=2.00,95%CI:0.59-6.84)was obse

Simulation of Underground Reservoir Stability of Pumped Storage Power Station Based on Fluid-Structure Coupling

Based on global initiatives such as the clean energy transition and the development of renewable energy,the pumped storage power station has become a new and significant way of energy storage and regulation,and its construction environment is more complex than that of a traditional *** particular,the stability of the rock strata in the underground reservoirs is affected by the seepage pressure and rock stress,which presents some challenges in achieving engineering safety and *** the advantages of the numerical simulation method in dealing deal with nonlinear problems in engineering stability,in this study,the stability of the underground reservoir of the Shidangshan(SDS)pumped storage power station was numerically calculated and quantitatively analyzed based on fluid-structure coupling theory,providing an important reference for the safe operation and management of the underground ***,using the COMSOL software,a suitablemechanicalmodel was created in accordance with the geological structure and project characteristics of the underground ***,the characteristics of the stress field,displacement field,and seepage field after excavation of the underground reservoir were simulated in light of the seepage effect of groundwater on the nearby rock of the underground ***,based on the construction specifications and Molar-Coulomb criterion,a thorough evaluation of the stability of the underground reservoir was performed through simulation of the filling and discharge conditions and anti-seepage strengthening *** findings demonstrate that the numerical simulation results have a certain level of reliability and are in accordance with the stress measured in the project *** underground reservoir excavation resulted in a maximum displacement value of the rock mass around the caverns of 3.56 mm in a typical section,and the safety coefficient of the parts,as determined using the Molar-Coulomb criterion,was highe

As modern communication technology advances apace,the digital communication signals identification plays an important role in cognitive radio networks,the communication monitoring and management *** has become a promising solution to this problem due to its powerful modeling capability,which has become a consensus in academia and ***,because of the data-dependence and inexplicability of AI models and the openness of electromagnetic space,the physical layer digital communication signals identification model is threatened by adversarial *** examples pose a common threat to AI models,where well-designed and slight perturbations added to input data can cause wrong ***,the security of AI models for the digital communication signals identification is the premise of its efficient and credible *** this paper,we first launch adversarial attacks on the end-to-end AI model for automatic modulation classifi-cation,and then we explain and present three defense mechanisms based on the adversarial *** we present more detailed adversarial indicators to evaluate attack and defense ***,a demonstration verification system is developed to show that the adversarial attack is a real threat to the digital communication signals identification model,which should be paid more attention in future research.

NFXL1 functions as a transcriptional activator required for thermotolerance at reproductive stage in Arabidopsis

Plants are highly susceptible to abiotic stresses,particularly heat stress during the reproductive ***,the specific molecular mechanisms underlying this sensitivity remain largely *** the current study,we demonstrate that the Nuclear Transcription Factor,X-box Binding Protein 1-Like 1(NFXL1),directly regulates the expression of DEHYDRATION-RESPONSIVE ELEMENT-BINDING PROTEIN 2A(DREB2A),which is crucial for reproductive thermotolerance in ***1 is upregulated by heat stress,and its mutation leads to a reduction in silique length(seed number)under heat stress ***-Seq analysis reveals that NFXL1 has a global impact on the expression of heat stress responsive genes,including DREB2A,Heat Shock Factor A3(HSFA3)and Heat Shock Protein 17.6(HSP17.6)in flower ***,NFXL1 is enriched in the promoter region of DREB2A,but not of either HSFA3 or *** experiments using electrophoretic mobility shift assay have confirmed that NFXL1 directly binds to the DNA fragment derived from the DREB2A ***,effector-reporter assays have shown that NFXL1 activates the DREB2A *** DREB2A mutants are also heat stress sensitive at the reproductive stage,and DEREB2A is epistatic to NFXL1 in regulating thermotolerance in flower *** is known that HSFA3,a direct target of DREB2A,regulates the expression of heat shock proteins genes under heat stress ***,our findings establish NFXL1 as a critical upstream regulator of DREB2A in the transcriptional cassette responsible for heat stress responses required for reproductive thermotolerance in Arabidopsis.

Leveraging the Empirical Wavelet Transform in Combination with Convolutional LSTM Neural Networks to Enhance the Accuracy of Polar Motion Prediction

High-precision polar motion prediction is of great significance for deep space exploration and satellite *** motion is affected by a variety of excitation factors,and nonlinear prediction methods are more suitable for polar motion *** order to explore the effect of deep learning in polar motion *** paper proposes a combined model based on empirical wavelet transform(EWT),Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN)and Long Short Term Memory(LSTM).By training and forecasting EOP 20C04 data,the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified,and the performance of two forecasting strategies in deep learning for polar motion prediction is *** results indicate that recursive multi-step prediction performs better than direct multi-step prediction for short-term forecasts within 15 days,while direct multi-step prediction is more suitable for medium and long-term *** the 365 days forecast,the mean absolute error of EWT-CNN-LSTM in the X direction and Y direction is 18.25 mas and 15.78 mas,respectively,which is 23.5% and 16.2% higher than the accuracy of Bulletin *** results show that the algorithm has a good effect in medium and long term polar motion prediction.

Impact Force Localization and Reconstruction via ADMM-based Sparse Regularization Method

In practice,simultaneous impact localization and time history reconstruction can hardly be achieved,due to the illposed and under-determined problems induced by the constrained and harsh measuring *** l_(1) regularization can be used to obtain sparse solutions,it tends to underestimate solution amplitudes as a biased *** address this issue,a novel impact force identification method with l_(p) regularization is proposed in this paper,using the alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM).By decomposing the complex primal problem into sub-problems solvable in parallel via proximal operators,ADMM can address the challenge *** mitigate the sensitivity to regularization parameters,an adaptive regularization parameter is derived based on the K-sparsity ***,an ADMM-based sparse regularization method is developed,which is capable of handling l_(p) regularization with arbitrary p values using adaptively-updated *** effectiveness and performance of the proposed method are validated on an aircraft skin-like composite ***,an investigation into the optimal p value for achieving high-accuracy solutions via l_(p) regularization is *** turns out that l_(0.6)regularization consistently yields sparser and more accurate solutions for impact force identification compared to the classic l_(1) regularization *** impact force identification method proposed in this paper can simultaneously reconstruct impact time history with high accuracy and accurately localize the impact using an under-determined sensor configuration.
