Spatial chromatin structure plays fundamental roles in many vital biological processes including DNA replication, transcription,damage and repair. However, the current understanding of the secondary structure of chromatin formed by local nucleosomenucleosome interactions remains controversial, especially for the existence and conformation of 30 nm structure. Since chromatin structure influences the fragment length distribution(FLD) of ionizing radiation-induced DNA strand breaks, a 3D chromatin model fitting FLD patterns can help to distinguish different models of chromatin structure. Here, we developed a novel "30-C" model combining 30 nm chromatin structure models with Hi-C data, which measured the spatial contact frequency between different loci in the genome. We first reconstructed the 3D coordinates of the 25 kb bins from Hi-C heatmaps. Within the25 kb bins, lower level chromatin structures supported by recent studies were filled. Simulated FLD patterns based on the 30-C model were compared to published FLD patterns induced by heavy ion radiation to validate the models. Importantly, the 30-C model predicted that the most probable chromatin fiber structure for human interphase fibroblasts in vivo was 45% zig-zag 30 nm fibers and 55% 10 nm fibers.

BACKGROUND:The study aimed to evaluate the predictive role of interleukin-6(IL-6)and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)assessment test(CAT)score in mechanical ventilation(MV)in COPD patients at the acute exacerbation stage in the emergency department(ED).METHODS:For a one-year period,among adult patients in the ED who met the criteria of acute exacerbation of COPD,158 who received MV within 48 hours after admission were compared to 294 who didn't require MV within the same period after ***-6 level and CAT score were compared between the two *** predicted value of IL-6 and CAT score was assessed by logistic regression analysis and a receiver operating characteristic(ROC)***:The IL-6 and CAT scores in the 158 MV patients were much higher than those ***-6 and CAT scores were independent predictors of MV within 48 hours using logistic regression analysis(IL-6:odds ratio[OR]1.053,95%confidence interval[CI]1.039–1.067,P<0.001;CAT score:OR 1.122,95%CI 1.086–1.159,P<0.001).The combination of IL-6 and CAT scores(area under ROC curve[AUC]0.826,95%CI 0.786–0.866,P<0.001)improved the accuracy of predicting MV within 48 hours when compared with IL-6(AUC 0.752,95%CI 0.703–0.800,P<0.001)and CAT scores alone(AUC 0.739,95%CI 0.692–0.786,P<0.001).The sensitivity and specificity were 69.6%,74.1%,75.32%and 63.6%,***:The combined of IL-6 and CAT scores is useful for evaluating the risk of COPD patients at acute exacerbation in ED,and can provide a predictive value for MV or not within 48 hours.

全球呼吸道病毒感染如流感和呼吸道合胞病毒感染等,患者正在迅速增加。呼吸道病毒的宿主免疫反应在疾病发病机制和临床表现中发挥关键作用。呼吸道病毒不仅激活抗病毒免疫反应,还可能导致不受控制的炎症反应,其特征是严重感染患者释放促炎细胞因子,导致淋巴细胞减少、淋巴细胞功能障碍以及中性粒细胞和巨噬细胞等免疫细胞异常。这些呼吸道病毒诱导的免疫异常可能导致微生物感染、败血症性休克和严重的多器官功能障碍。因此,阐明呼吸道病毒感染患者的免疫致病机制,能够指导临床治疗和患者的预后;此外,合理的调节呼吸道病毒在宿主的免疫反应,包括增强抗病毒免疫力,同时抑制全身炎症,可能是成功治疗呼吸道病毒感染的关键。本综述主要讨论呼吸道病毒感染的免疫调节及相关临床治疗策略以利于帮助制定新的呼吸道病毒感染治疗和患者预后。

OBJECTIVE： To review the relationship between calcium ion channel and epilepsy for well investigating the pathogenesis of epilepsy and probing into the new therapeutic pathway of epilepsy. DATA SOURCES： A computer-based online research Calcium ion channel and epilepsy related articles published between January 1994 and December 2006 in the CKNI and Wanfang database with the key words of ＂calcium influxion, epilepsy, calcium-channel blocker＂. The language was limited to Chinese. At the same time, related articles published between January 1993 and December 2006 in Pubmed were searched for on online with the key words of ＂calcium influxion, epilepsy＂ in English. STUDY SELECTION ： The materials were selected firstly. Inclusive criteria： ① Studies related to calcium ion channel and the pathogenesis of epilepsy. ② Studies on the application of calcium ion channel blocker in the treatment of epilepsy. Exclusive criteria： repetitive or irrelated studies. DATA EXTRACTION ： According to the criteria, 123 articles were retrieved and 93 were excluded due to repetirive or irrelated studies. Altogether 30 articles met the inclusive criteria, 11 of them were about the structure and characters of calcium ion channel, 10 about calcium ion channel and the pathogenesis of epilepsy and 9 about calcium blocker and the treatment of epilepsy. DATA SYNTHESIS ： Calcium ion channels mainly consist of voltage dependent calcium channel and receptor operated calcium channel. Depolarization caused by voltage gating channel-induced influxion is the pathological basis of epileptic attack, and it is found in many studies that many anti-epileptic drugs have potential and direct effect to rivalizing voltage-dependent calcium ion channel. CONCLUSION ： Calcium influxion plays an important role in the seizure of epilepsy. 目的调查云南不明原因猝死(简称云南猝死)病区人群对毒沟褶菌认知及采食情况,为云南猝死的病因研究提供依据,同时为毒沟褶菌中毒防控措施的制定打下基础。方法采用病例对照研究,2018—2021年在云南省25个县的90个云南猝死发病自然村内,分别选取云南猝死家庭作为病例家庭和未发生云南猝死的家庭作为对照家庭,对照选取采用方便抽样法(对照组∶病例组=3∶1)。通过问卷调查了解病例家庭和对照家庭毒沟褶菌采食、食用后症状等。计数资料采用频数(百分比)描述,组间比较采用χ^(2)检验或Fisher确切概率法。结果共发放711份调查问卷,回收率100%,其中病例家庭175户,对照家庭536户。80.82%的病区自然村附近有毒沟褶菌分布;711户家庭中15.89%食用过毒沟褶菌,以炒吃(53.10%)为主,其次为煮吃(29.20%)、先煮后炒(15.93%)和蒸吃(1.77%);94.69%的家庭食用新鲜子实体;69.02%的家庭1年不超过3次;病例家庭的食用率高于对照家庭。113户有毒沟褶菌食用史的家庭中,35.40%出现恶心、呕吐、四肢酸痛等不适症状。分别以来源、烹饪方式、子实体状态和食用频次分组,比较各组食用后受罹家庭所占比例的差异,食用频次高(≥3次/年)的受罹家庭比例高于食用频次低(<3次/年)。在421例云南不明原因猝死病例中63例在死前明确有毒沟褶菌食用史,其中食用时间在该蘑菇中毒一个最长潜伏期(14 d)内有43例。结论80.82%的云南不明原因猝死病区有毒沟褶菌分布,16.67%的人群有采食史,以炒食或煮食新鲜子实体为主。14.96%的云南不明原因猝死病例死前食用过毒沟褶菌,进一步证实了该蘑菇中毒是云南猝死的重要危险因素,我省仍有必要继续加强禁食毒沟褶菌的健康宣教。

Bifunctional Two-Dimensional Nanocomposite with Electromagnetic Wave Absorption and Anti-bacterial Performance

In current electronic information era,the complex application circumstance of 5G devices pursues the exploration of multi-functional electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorbent materials and it has become the crucial focus in industrial development.A two-dimensional(2D)graphite nanosheet decorated by nickel nanocapsules(2D graphite/Ni@C nanocomposite)was fabricated to possess the EMW absorption and the Escherichia coli(***)anti-bacterial performance *** adjusting the filling ratio and injecting nitrogen doping,the value of minimum reflection loss is−36.08 dB and the effective absorption bandwidth reaches to 5.12 GHz(from 11.4 to 16.52 GHz)with the mass ratio of 30 wt%and the absorber thickness of 2 *** 2D nanocomposite simultaneously gets an excellent anti-bacterial function expressing an *** anti-bacterial rate of 92%during 24 h which is significantly correlated to the interaction between the nanostructure of the 2D nanographite and the nickel ion released from Ni@C *** work provides a new approach to develop a promising 2D anti-bacterial EMW absorber.

The negative impact on communication performance in wireless multi-hop communication net-work caused by limited bandwidth,high bit eror rate （BER）,fading,noise and interference is alleviated by an adaptive filtering game based on frequency subbands selection and predetemined *** threshold is being obtained in Gaussian and multipath fading channel according to the frequency-matching principle and BER *** dynamic selection of subbands will obtain high use efficiency without the help of frequency hopping,and propound a new thought to improve band limited communication for wireless multi-hop communication *** effectiveness of the adaptive filtering method has been verified by interleaving spread spectrum orthogonal frequency division multiplexing （ISS-OFDM） in different interference conditions,and the simulating results based on network simulator 2 （NS2） indicate that system BER can be improved greatly.
