With the rapid development of the individualized demand market,the demand for manufacturing flexibility has increased over *** a result,a cell manufacturing system suitable for many varieties and small batches has been *** the goal of minimizing the area and logistics handling volume,and considering the arrangement order of facilities and channel constraints,a mathematical model was established,and the problem was solved by improved *** non-dominated sorting,traditional NSGA-II will cross-operate the individuals with the best sorting to generate new *** a selection strategy is extremely easy to fall into the local optimal *** improved NSGA-II is to improve the original selection operation,which is to select the first half of the excellent individuals in the non-dominated sorting into the cross operation,and then select the last sorted ones of the remaining individuals into the cross operation,and combine the best and the worst ones into the cross ***,an example is given to simulate and improve the solution of NSGA-II and *** simulation results indicate that the improved NSGA-II population shows more obvious diversity,it is easier to jump out of the local optimal solution than NSGA-II,and the satisfactory layout scheme of manufacturing cells is ***,it is more effective to use improved NSGA-II to solve the problem of manufacturing cell layout.

The Integer-Overflow-to-Buffer-Overflow(IO2BO)vulnerability has been widely exploited by attackers to cause severe damages to computer *** identifying this kind of vulnerability is critical for software *** many works have been done to mitigate integer overflow,existing tools either report large number of false positives or introduce unacceptable time *** address this problem,in this article we present a static analysis *** first constructs an inter-procedural call graph and utilizes taint analysis to accurately identify potential IO2BO *** it uses a light-weight method to further filter out false ***,it generates constraints representing the conditions under which a potential IO2BO vulnerability can be triggered,and feeds the constraints to SMT solver to decide their *** have implemented a prototype system ELAID based on LLVM,and evaluated it on 228 programs of the NIST’s SAMATE Juliet test suite and 14 known IO2BO vulnerabilities in real *** experiment results show that our system can effectively and efficiently detect all known IO2BO vulnerabilities.

Analysis of the inter-annual variability and southward expansion of red tides in the Zhejiang coastal waters from 1981 to 2018

A time series dataset spanning 39 years(1981-2018) on red tide events in Zhejiang coastal waters was used to study the characteristics of inter-annual spatial and temporal variations. A distinct inter-annual pattern characterized by low frequency, explosive growth and fluctuating decline stages was found over the studied time scale. Most red tide events occurred in parallel to the bathymetric contour, and 95.4% were located to the west of the 50 m isobath. Additionally, the high-incidence area of red tides is expanding southward. In this paper, local sea surface temperature(SST), mariculture area and secondary industry growth rate are introduced and identified as the main factors influencing the nutrient and hydrometeorological conditions. A multivariate nonlinear regression equation based on these factors was constructed, and the goodness of fit coefficient was 0.907. The causes of the annual variation and high-frequency area in the southward expansion were quantitatively analyzed based on the proposed regression model. Finally, the results indicated that 68.7% of the annual occurrence variation of red tide was due to the SST and mariculture area, which are the main impact factors;however,secondary industry growth could compensate for the nutrient deficiency caused by the sharp mariculture area reduction and decreased SST. The background nutrient level, which is elevated by coastal economic development, especially secondary industry, is the main determinant of the southward expansion. Although the trend of the southward expansion of high-frequency areas has not changed, the red tide frequency in coastal cities has decreased by half and remained at a stable level after 2010 due to substantial economic restructuring and environmental protection.

In this study,the hypertrophic scar（HS） model in rats was established.5-fluorouracil（5-FU）patch,-1000 V and-2000 V polypropylene（PP） electret 5-FU patches were prepared and applied onto the *** in vitro permeation experiment was performed using the Franz diffusion cell system to determine the permeation cumulative amount and retention amount of5-FU through/in scar *** inhibition effect of negative electret on growth of HS was studied by hematoxylin-eosin（HE） staining,Masson staining and the immunohistologicall *** permeation study indicated that a negative electret could enhance the permeation and retention of 5-FU through and in scar skin *** staining and Masson staining indicated a better effect for-1000 V and-2000 V electret 5-FU patches on HS inhibition after28 d post-wounding compared with 5-FU *** immunohistological study showed much more reduced expressions of collegan type I,collegan type III,TGF-β1 and HSP47 in scar tissue after application of negative electret 5-FU patches than those of 5-FU patch.A negative electret5-FU patch may be advantageous for HS treatment.

Detecting change features of climate variables in arid/semi-arid areas is essential for understanding related climate change patterns and the driving and evolution mechanism between climate and arid/semi-arid *** paper takes Inner Mongolia of China,a unique arid/semi-arid ecosystem,as the study *** first detected trend features of climate variables using the linear trend analysis method and then detected their trend-shift features using the breaks for additive seasonal and trend method based on the time-series of monthly precipitation and monthly mean temperature datasets from 1962 to *** analyzed the different change features of precipitation and temperature on a regional scale and in different ecological zones to discover the spatial heterogeneity of change *** results showed that Inner Mongolia has become warmer-wetter during the past 54 *** regional annual mean temperature increased 0.4°C per decade with a change rate of 56.2%.The regional annual precipitation increased 0.07 mm per decade with a slightly change rate of about 1.7%,but the trend was not statistically *** warmer trend was contributed by the same positive trend in each season,while the wetter trend was contributed by the negative trend of the summer precipitation and the positive trend of the other three *** regional monthly precipitation series had a trend-shift pattern with a structural breakpoint in the year 1999,while the regional monthly mean temperature series showed an increasing trend without a periodical *** the year 2000,the warmer-wetter trend of the climate in Inner Mongolia was *** late 20th century was a key period,because the acceleration of the wetter trend in some local zones(I and II)and the alleviation of the warmer trend in some local zones(Ⅶ,Ⅷand IX)occurred ***,the change features had a strong spatial heterogeneity,the southeastern and southwestern of Inner Mongolia went through

A novel polyamide(PA) thin film nanocomposite(TFN) membrane modified with Beta( β) zeolite was prepared by interfacial polymerization on a poly(ether sulfone)(PES) ultrafiltration membrane. Compared with the PA thin film composite(TFC) membrane, the introduction of β zeolite with porous structure notably increased the water flux of TFN membrane. Because the β zeolite with tiny-sized and well-defined inner-porous acted as prior flow channels for water molecules and a barrier for the sulfate ions. The successful introduction of β zeolite into the(PA) selective layer and their dispersion in the corresponding layer were verified by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and atomic force microscopy(AFM). Water contact angle, zeta potential measurements were used to characterize the changes of membrane surface properties before and after incorporating the β zeolite. With the β zeolite introducing, the water contact angle of modified TFN membrane was decreased to 47.8°, which was benefited to improve the water flux. Meanwhile, the negative charges of the modified TFN membrane was increased, resulting in an enhancement of separation effect on SO4^2- and Cl^-. In term of nanofiltration(NF) experiments, the highest pure water flux of the TFN membranes reached up to 81.22 L m^(-2) hr^-1 under operating pressure of 0.2 MPa, which was 2.5 times as much as the pristine TFC membrane.

Atomically dispersed catalysts have been widely studied due to their high catalytic activity and atom ***-atom catalysts have achieved breakthrough progress in the degradation of emerging organic contaminants(EOCs)by activating peroxymonosulfate(PMS).However,the construction of atomically dispersed catalysts with diatomic/multiatomic metal active sites by activating PMS to degrade pollutants is still seldom reported,despite the unique merits of atom-pair in synergistic electronic modulation and breaking stubborn restriction of scaling relations on catalytic *** have synthesized Fe1-N-C,Fe_(2)-N-C,and Fe_(3)-N-C catalysts with monoatomic iron,diatomic iron,and triatomic iron active center,*** results show that the catalytic degradation activity of Fe_(2)-N-C is twice that of Fe1-N-C and Fe_(3)-N-C due to its unique Fe_(2)N6 coordination structure,which fulfilled the complete degradation of rhodamine B(RhB),bisphenol A(BPA),and 2,4-dichlorophenol(2,4-DP)within 2 *** paramagnetic resonance(EPR)and radical quenching experiments confirmed that the reaction was a nonradical reaction on the catalyst *** singlet oxygen and Fe(IV)are the key active species.

PURPOSE: To observe the efficacy and safety of Shaoyang Xibi decoction(SYXBD) in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA), and to verify that the theory of "Shaoyang dominating bone" in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) can be applied to KOA ***: Participants were randomly allocated to two groups: SYXBD(treatment group, n = 66)and Meloxicam(control group, n = 66). Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC) and 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36) were used to assess efficacy before the treatment and 8 weeks after the ***: Baseline data before the treatment between the two groups were similar. The WOMAC scores significantly decreased and the SF-36 scores significantly increased after 8-week treatment in both groups compared with before the treatment(P < 0.05). SYXBD significantly decreased pain scores(P < 0.001), physical function scores(P <0.001) and the total scores(P < 0.001) in WOMAC compared to Meloxicam. SYXBD significantly improved physical function(P = 0.021), bodily pain(P = 0.002) and general health(P = 0.014), with no significant difference in role emotional(P = 0.053),role physical(P = 0.517), vitality(P = 0.241), social function(P = 0.712) and mental health(P = 0.800)in SF-36 compared to Meloxicam. No adverse events were reported in the treatment group while13 adverse events happened in the control group during the ***: SYXBD, prepared based on the theory of "Shaoyang dominating bone", has a better curative efficay and safety in patients with KOA compared with Meloxicam. The TCM theory of "Shaoyang dominating bone" may be useful in KOA treatment.
