目的探讨基于互联网下远程延续性健康教育对妊娠合并高血糖患者血糖控制、心理状况和自我管理能力的影响。方法选取丽水市中心医院2020年2月至2022年2月诊治的妊娠合并高血糖患者110例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(55例)与对照组(55例)。对照组采取常规延续性健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于互联网下远程延续性健康教育。比较两组遵医行为情况,干预前后血糖、心理状况和自我管理能力变化以及早产和剖宫产发生情况。结果观察组完全遵从[83.64%(46/55)]高于对照组[67.27%(37/55)](χ^(2)=3.98,P<0.05)。观察组干预后空腹血糖(FBG)[(5.23±0.57)mmol/L]、餐后2 h血糖(2hBG)[(7.12±0.65)mmol/L]均低于对照组的(6.30±0.65)mmol/L和(8.08±0.73)mmol/L(t=9.18、7.28,均P<0.05)。观察组干预后抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分[(42.34±2.57)分]、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分[(41.36±2.68)分]均低于对照组的(47.82±2.95)分和(46.92±3.14)分(t=10.39、9.99,均P<0.05)。观察组干预后糖尿病自我管理能力量表(SDSCA)评分[(32.29±5.65)分]高于对照组的(23.47±4.71)分(t=8.89,P<0.05)。观察组早产[3.64%(2/55)]和剖宫产率[27.27%(15/55)]均低于对照组[14.55%(8/55)和58.18%(32/55)](χ^(2)=3.96、10.74,均P<0.05)。结论妊娠合并高血糖患者采用基于互联网下远程延续性健康教育可提高患者遵医行为,患者血糖显著降低,患者心理状况显著改善,患者自我管理能力显著提高,可减少早产和剖宫产发生。

针对木塑复合材料(WPCs)在长期负载下的蠕变行为导致力学失效的问题,为明确WPCs的力学性能和蠕变特性,采用两步成型挤出法,制备7种马尾松木粉和杉木木粉增强高密度聚乙烯复合材料,分析和比较两种木粉的添加比例对WPCs的弯曲性能、动态力学性能和短期蠕变性能的影响,采用数理模型对WPCs蠕变随时间的变化进行模拟。结果表明,增强木粉中杉木木粉的含量越高,WPCs的弯曲性能越好,但是蠕变性能变差。杉木木粉在增强木粉中的质量分数为83.3%时,WPCs的储能模量最大,马尾松木粉含量逐渐减少时,WPCs的储能模量和损耗角正切值分别增大和减小。提高马尾松木粉的添加量有效地降低了WPCs在10%应力水平下的24 h应变值。Findley模型和ExpAssoc函数拟合WPCs的蠕变行为效果较好,修正后的ExpAssoc模型模拟效果更优,7种WPCs在10%应力水平下的拟合修正系数R2均在0.99以上。

A new protein wood adhesive was studied with Camellia oleifera *** and N-(2)-L-Ala-L-Gln(LAG)were used as the model compounds of amino resins and Camellia oleifera protein,aiming to provide scientific foundations for the improvement and applications of Camellia oleifera protein adhesive by the reaction of model *** experimental results demonstrate that,under alkaline conditions,formaldehyde is easier to react with Camellia oleifera protein by quicker reaction and lower curing *** acid conditions,amino hydroxymethylated structure of aliphatic series from LAG is difficult to form stable reactive intermediates and further *** of end acylamino and peptide bond amino from LAG is relatively *** alkaline conditions,the free aliphatic amino and acylamino of LAG both can make hydroxymethylation reaction with *** the polycondensation,hydroxymethyl amide is the initial structure and the reactive intermediate is produced by E1cb reaction of hydroxymethyl *** bridge bonds and methylene ether bonds are structures of the polycondensation products,which are competing *** former is mainly formed by the reaction between alkaline reactive intermediate and amino of aliphatic series,and the latter is produced by the reaction of reactive intermediate and amino of hydroxymethyl aliphatic series with hydroxymethyl amide.

目标:优化云南保山香料烟多糖的提取工艺,并研究其体外抗氧化活性,为后期纯化香料烟多糖和卷烟加工奠定基础。方法:以多糖提取率为评价指标,在单因素实验的基础上采用响应面法对超声功率、超声时间、提取温度三个主要因素进行优化,得出最佳提取工艺。通过DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基清除和邻二氮菲法对体外清除自由基能力进行分析。结果:优化后多糖的最佳超声提取条件为时间80 min,温度为70℃,功率70 W,多糖提取率为3.02%。香料烟多糖浓度在0~5 mg/m L时,对羟自由基清除率不断提升,最高达71.26%,且IC50值为2.319 mg/m L;香料烟多糖浓度在0~10 mg/m L范围内增加时,DPPH的去除率先增加然后降低,IC50值为4.247 mg/m L,ABTS清除率随着多糖溶液浓度增加而升高。IC50值为6.418 mg/m L。

Canopy temperature strongly influences crop yield formation and is closely related to plant physiological ***, the effects of nitrogen treatment on canopy temperature and rice growth have yet to be comprehensively examined. We conducted a two-year field experiment with three rice varieties(HD-5, NJ-9108, and YJ-805) and three nitrogen treatments(zero-N control(CK), 200 kg ha~(–1)(MN), and 300 kg ha~(–1)(HN)). We measured canopy temperature using a drone equipped with a high-precision camera at the six stages of the growth period. Generally,canopy temperature was significantly higher for CK than for MN and HN during the tillering, jointing, booting, and heading stages. The temperature was not significantly different among the nitrogen treatments between the milky and waxy stages. The canopy temperature of different rice varieties was found to follow the order: HD-5>NJ-9108>YJ-805, but the difference was not significant. The canopy temperature of rice was mainly related to plant traits, such as shoot fresh weight(correlation coefficient r=–0.895), plant water content(–0.912), net photosynthesis(–0.84), stomatal conductance(–0.91), transpiration rate(–0.90), and leaf stomatal area(–0.83). A structural equation model(SEM) showed that nitrogen fertilizer was an important factor affecting the rice canopy *** study revealed:(1) A suite of plant traits was associated with the nitrogen effects on canopy temperature,(2) the heading stage was the best time to observe rice canopy temperature, and(3) at that stage, canopy temperature was negatively correlated with rice yield, panicle number, and grain number per panicle. This study suggests that canopy temperature can be a convenient and accurate indicator of rice growth and yield prediction.

The adsorption and dissociation of water on Cu2O（100） have been investigated by the density functional theory-generalized gradient approximation （DFT-GGA） method. The corresponding reaction energies, the structures of the transition states and the activation energies were determined. Calculations with and without dipole correction were both studied to get an understanding of the effect of the dipole moment on the adsorption and reaction of water on dipole surface Cu2O（100）. When dipole correction was added, the adsorption energies of H2O on different sites generally decreased. The calculated activation barriers for HxO （x = 1, 2） dehydrogenation are 0.42 eV （1.01 eV without the dipole correction） and 1.86 eV, respectively, including the zero point energy correction. The first dehydrogenation outcome is energetically the most stable product.

The effects of thermal annealing on oxygen behavior and carrier lifetimes of mc-Si wafers were investigated by means of FTIR and QSSPCD during single step and two step heat treatments in N2 and O2 ambient. It reveals that interstitial oxygen concentration of mc-Si and CZ-Si has a slighter decrease in N2 and O2 ambient during single-step annealing, which means oxygen precipitates are not generated. But oxygen concentration greatly decreases and generates a number of oxygen precipitates during two-step annealing. Bulk lifetime of mc-Si increases in N2 ambient at 850, 950, 1150 ℃ respectively, and annealing in O2 shows better results than that in N2 and annealing in two-step reflected better consequence than annealing in single-step. But lifetime of CZ-Si annealed in N2 or O2 decreases rapidly. The reason of lifetime increase is probably considered due to the fact that interstitial Si atoms of Si/SiO2 interface fill vacancies or some recombination centers at high temperature annealing. Moreover, a number of impurities in mc-Si probably diffuse to grain boundaries so that greatly reduce recombination centers result to lifetime rising.

In the ZrO_2-based ceramic systems doped with different oxides (Y_(2)O_3, MgO and Al_(2)O_3), the behaviors of electronic and ionic conductivity have been investigated by the quantum chemical SCF-X_α-SW method. The results of the electronic energy spectra and local state density of atoms show that, for the ZrO_2 system doped with Al_2O_3, the energy gap near the Fermi energy level becomes smaller, which implies that the electronic conductivity increases. Since the binding energy between Al and O atoms is increased, the energy for oxygen vacancy migrating is enhanced and the ionic conductivity decreases. In the M_xO_y-doped ZrO_2 systems, due to the doping effect of Al_2O_3, MgO and Y_2O_3, the ionic conductivity increases successively, and the electronic conductivity decreases successively. The cal- culation results are in agreement with that of references and experience.
