Impulse-copling coefficients,for A1 and Cu samples with finite surface area irradiated in air by 1.06μm,10ns laser pulses produced by a Nd:YAG laser,have been measured experimentally.A modified theoretical model of impulse-coupling is proposed,which significantly improves the agreement between the calculated impulse-coupling coefficient and the measured one.

Metallic Fe/Cu superlattice films on glass substrates were prepared by a dc-magnetion sputtering *** modulation behaviors and the crystal structures of the films were ex- amined by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)respectively. Their magnetic properties were studied by means of ferromagnetic resonnance spectrometer and the vibrating sample *** results show that there exists a strong magnetic coupling between the neighbouring Fe layers and it is the coupling that affectes the magnetic properties of these superlattice films.

Drug transporters are essential players in the transmembrane transport of a wide variety of clinical *** broad substrate spectra and versatile distribution pattern of these membrane proteins infer their pharmacological and clinical *** our accumulating knowledge on the three-dimensional structure of drug transporters,their oligomerization status has become a topic of intense study due to the possible functional roles carried out by such kind of post-translational modification(PTM).In-depth studies of oligomeric complexes formed among drug transporters as well as their interactions with other regulatory proteins can help us better understand the regulatory mechanisms of these membrane proteins,provide clues for the development of novel drugs,and improve the therapeutic *** this review,we describe different oligomerization forms as well as their structural basis of major drug transporters in the ATP-binding cassette and solute carrier superfamilies,summarize our current knowledge on the influence of oligomerization for protein expression level and transport function of these membrane proteins,and discuss the regulatory mechanisms of ***,we highlight the challenges associated with the current oligomerization studies and propose some thoughts on the pharmaceutical application of this important drug transporter PTM.

This work focuses on the ground-state phase diagram,the compensation temperatures and the critical behaviors of a ferrimagnetic graphene-like trilayer induced by crystal fields and exchange *** simulation results show that a negative decrease in crystal field or an increase in exchange coupling can increase the critical *** importantly,an M curve with double compensation temperatures can be observed,which is not predicted by the Neel *** remarkable compensation phenomenon has potential application value in the field of magnetic recording.

BACKGROUND Metadherin(MTDH)is a key oncogene in most cancer types,including hepato-cellular carcinoma(HCC).Notably,MTDH does not affect the stemness pheno-type or immune infiltration of *** To explore the role of MTDH on stemness and immune infiltration in *** MTDH expression in HCC tissues was detected using TCGA and GEO *** was used to analyze the tissue *** was stably knocked down or overexpressed by lentiviral transfection in the two HCC cell *** invasion and migration abilities of HCC cells were evaluated using Matrigel invasion and wound healing ***,we obtained liver cancer stem cells from the spheroids by culturing them in a serum-free *** expression was determined by western blotting and quantitative reverse transcri-ption *** cytometry,immunofluorescence,and tumor sphere formation assays were used to characterize stem-like *** effects of MTDH inhibition on tumor growth were evaluated in *** correlation of MTDH with immune cells,immunomodulators,and chemokines was analyzed using ssGSEA and TISIDB *** HCC tissues expressed higher levels of MTDH than normal liver *** MTDH expression was associated with a poor *** cells overex-pressing MTDH exhibited stronger invasion and migration abilities,exhibited a stem cell-like phenotype,and formed spheres;however,MTDH inhibition attenuated these *** inhibition suppressed HCC progression and CD133 expression in *** was positively correlated with immature dendritic,T helper 2 cells,central memory CD8^(+)T,memory B,activated dendritic,natural killer(NK)T,NK,activated CD4^(+)T,and central memory CD4^(+)T *** was negatively correlated with activated CD8^(+)T cells,eosinophils,activated B cells,monocytes,macrophages,and mast cells.A positive correlation was observed between the MTDH level and CXCL2 expression,whereas a negative correlation was observed between the MTDH level and CX3CL1 a
